Ignore every other review about this. The book is great. Chapters are top-quality, translation is on-Point. Every chapter costs 13-20 ss because it's so long but if you hoe enough you won't realize how the day goes by. Took me 11 hours to get to the last chapter in a crazy Sunday binge read. It's just that good. Ignore the hate comments, they'll stop at around chapter 140. It's one of the best stories, absolutely no loophole, whenever you feel like author-him did an oopsie2, it'll be explained in the next 1-4 chapters. Try the story. Give it a chance. It'll be worth the read :)

i think the novel is popular just because of the art style in the manhwa (it is very cool), this story is like any regular Korean novel, you enjoy reading the beginning then it turns bland (i read 180~200 chapters) what is the goal of the mc (let's keep it hidden till the final chapters) this is a fighting category (is there someone the mc can't defeat so he works hard to win? he wins the fight every time somehow) no screen time for others his mother was there like what 8 paragraphs? another thing all Korean novels have (a rushed ending) seems like the author doesn't want to write any more i read like 7 novels with same things above maybe more( no doubt they different ideas to write about but still)

Horrible translation, way worse than the fanfic. As always managed to ruin a novel many have enjoyed for free. This is why we cant habe nice things. Well done guys

If you like novels which are more like games than yes this is for you but If you are the person who is interested in Magic and Murim based novels than I strogly recommend that please don't read the novel. But If don't have other good novels to read or you have already read them. Go for it, this is a good reading. The main problem in this novel I had seen that MC is dumb and It seems he is unable to decide things. World background is same as **Seoul Station's Nacromancer**. As I had read the Seoul Station's Nacromancer novel so for me Solo Leveling was not that good but for the people who are reading Solo Leveling first It would be fun reading and worth spending SS. As for translation It is not that bad people are exaggerating. Here Translator is also doing his Job and spending his time. People have mostly read translations at Reddit by chestnut or 100 whitesalts for free so when It comes to spend SS the reactions would obviously come.

Seems interesting . Their comic is the best at culvitation genre (much better than most chinese general cultivation and leveling genre , probably bcs the art and good writing conversation) . I dont know for the novel but i hope this as good as the comic

So at last webnovel occupying this novel huh? I dont know what exactly gong on about the translator. There was 137 chaps already tranlated and now we return below 50 chaps?

I just want to say it this story is amazing believe it you will not regret . I read 218 chapters till now and you will see in every comment that how amazing this story is But in start you will see some comment about how stupid MC is he should put some state points into intelligence but.... They are all saying that because they read THE GAMER Manga before this (i guess) because i read that after this . But give this novel some time you'll see.. I'm also suggesting you guys that you should watch or read this novel's manga " solo leveling " art quality is second to none just read till chapter 10 you will be going on after that . If you find better art any where else then plz comment I'm kinda person that don't give 5 to any one unless i truly like sorry love their work but solo leveling manga is deserve six stars after reading solo leveling i stared light novels read many in this web novel and other sites as well , there are some good , bad and some are just poop but this one is.... The MC is dumb af. Does all the things dumb main characters do in novels that have systems with assignable attribute points. I only read a bit so far but the MC so far is weak and stupid at the same time. He showed some miraculous signs of intelligence at the beginning but afterwards degraded into an animals intelligence.

Started reading this novel and could not stop thinking, "this really reminds me of Seoul station necromancer." I actually had to look up if they were by the same author. Stories are very similar, to the point where I'm considering dropping this because it's like I've already read it before. Guess the saying of "there's nothing new under the sun" holds true again.

This book is amazing but they really should take notes from the fan translation by 100 whitesalts. Even better they could work with them since they pushed out translations to chapter 136 and we’re all amazingly well done

Very good I really like this book it is very fun to read and I love the story it is very interesting and I find myself in a trancelike state when reading it

Started with reading the manwha... Fell in love with it, never read a LN and because i couldint wait for the manwha to update i caved and started reading the LN. Dont regret it a single bit and im glad this is my first LN. This a great LN to read for gamers i believe.

I can't really say this is super good but its fun to read if you have lots of time. Lots of errors here and there but it still is good. The world seems disconnected to itself and the story. The main mc has no brain. Lots of stats but seems very linear in the way he thinks.

Second review: QI's response to the free translations being better than the contracted translation is shutting down the links to the free translations, and forcing you to use SS for a worse product. Still love the story and still waiting for this to get to 137 to continue reading
