“New Reward”

On an unknown island of the Grand Line. In the center of this island, hidden by the large trees, a modest base could be seen.

"Big news, big news!" exclaimed a tall humanoid bird excitedly.

This humanoid bird's name was Morgans and he was the president of the Journal of World Economics which he inaugurated a few years ago.

The Journal of World Economics is a newspaper spread throughout the world by a species of birds.

"Mr. Morgans publishing this news will put us in a very dangerous situation!" said a reporter in a nervous tone.

"I don't care! I was already cooperative enough not to publish anything about the Ohara incident. This time they won't be able to shut me up!" said Morgans resolutely.

"Inform all the bases. Have them start distributing the new newspapers as quickly as possible" added Morgans.

"Y-yes sir" replied the reporter as he went off to do his job.

"Hohoho I never saw news like this" said Morgans as he laughed and grabbed the new newspaper he was planning to distribute.

The headline read as follows: [Celestial Dragon Murdered by The Demon of Fire!]

Incredibly, Morgans had all the details about this event in which Yamamoto visited the Kingdom of Ilisia. The death of Boo Kong, the death of King Lucas, the ineffectiveness of the Marines in capturing him, and much more. Morgans, just by reading the headline, felt a great excitement.

He wanted this to be in circulation and see how the world turned upside down because of this news.

"Mr. Morgans!" said the same journalist, interrupting Morgans' thoughts, which were imagining how the world would go crazy.

The journalist held a blue den den mushi in his hand, which was ringing.

"They contact me quickly" Morgans said as he took the den den mushi from his employee's hand and answered it.

"Hello, this is the world's greatest journalist, Morgans."

"Kong speaking" said a deep voice from the other side.

This was the current Fleet Admiral of the Marine.

"Oh, what a surprise that the great Fleet Admiral is giving me a call" Morgans said in an exaggerated tone.

"This is not the time for jokes, Morgans. You must already know what happened two days ago in the Kingdom of Ilisia. You're probably getting ready to spread hundreds of newspapers all over the world..." Kong said in an annoyed tone.

"Mm, I don't know what you're talking about" Morgans said as he played with a pen on his desk.

"The death of the World Noble!" Kong said, raising his tone angrily.

Morgans didn't mind Kong's anger and replied, "Oh yes, I remember... Who knew the Fire Demon would show up on the same island as that World Noble?"

Kong was not at all pleased to hear Yamamoto's nickname.

"Since you already know, you'll most likely be making newspapers to tell about the event, right?" asked Kong.

"Yes, all I'll be doing is spreading the news to the world. After all, the entire Kingdom of Ilisia knows that World Noble died. The Fire Demon made sure of that" replied Morgans with a slight smile.

"Tsch" Kong clicked his tongue annoyed from the other side. He was already aware that Yamamoto not only killed the World Noble but walked all over the city with his corpse until he dumped it in a crowded area.

"I will see to it that the news spreads as little as possible in West Blue. But I needed you not to publish any newspapers about this event" said Kong.

"Mm... even if I don't publish the news, rumors fly you know? It's a matter of time before people find out about this important event. I'll just make it happen faster" said Morgans shaking his head.

"If your birds distribute the newspaper to all the islands, the world will be in chaos. It's a grave offense that a World Noble, a descendant of the creators, has been killed" Kong said in a solemn tone.

"Tell me, what do you want?" Kong added, clearly trying to bribe Morgans. This wasn't the first time.

"I'm sorry, Kong, but this time I won't be silenced! This news must be known to the whole world, hohoho!" Morgans said, laughing manically as he ended the call.

"That damn bird!" grumbled Kong, who was in his office at Marineford.

"What should we do now?" Sengoku asked, sitting in a chair. He had listened to the conversation to the end but remained silent.

"We'll increase the bounty on the Fire Demon. And we must discredit Morgans' newspaper. No island with a Marine base should be allowed to have such a newspaper" Kong replied.

A day passed.

Morgans' news had spread all over the world. The Marines made every possible effort to prevent people from believing what this newspaper said, even resorting to punishments.

But this didn't work; on the contrary, it caused people to believe even more in the truthfulness of Morgans' newspaper. This news reached the kings of all the kingdoms, instilling fear in them regarding Yamamoto. He had dared to assassinate a World Noble and a King, something even the most powerful pirates wouldn't dare to do, especially murder a Celestial Dragon.

Also, the Marine was not very smart. On the same day that the shocking news came out that Yamamoto murdered a World Noble, the Marines began distributing a new Yamamoto bounty poster.

His initial reward of 100,000,000 berries was raised to 500,000,000 berries. This clearly showed that Yamamoto had killed a World Noble. Otherwise ¿Why would they raise his reward so much from one day to the next?

...

Yamamoto had already arrived at the port of Warship Island. He knew absolutely nothing of all the commotion he had caused.

When the ship docked at the port that was now in better condition, he noticed the Marine ship that Olvia and the others used to escape.

Everyone was in the harbor welcoming them, the only one who was not there was Legos as he was in critical condition.

Clover, Hocha, Apis, Robin, and everyone else including Ivankov and Kuma were waiting.

To the surprise of the archaeologists from the ship came down many more people than they expected.

"Professor Yamamoto it's good that they arrived safely!" said Olvia as she approached Yamamoto who had already set foot on land after a long journey.

"Yes, I didn't expect them to send more than 40 ships after us" said Yamamoto somewhat tired.

"It's good to see you well old man. It's better not to make trips from now on, I didn't think they would put so many resources into finding us" said Clover calmer as he saw Yamamoto return safely.

"Grandpa Yamamoto!" exclaimed Robin and Apis as they hugged him. Yamamoto was a little surprised by this, but it was normal. He had spent the last month training them so their relationship was much improved.

"Hello, Robin and Apis. I hope you haven't neglected training" said Yamamoto with a slight smile.

"Of course not" said Robin shaking her head.

"Me too..." said Apis looking away.

"Grandpa it's good to see you" said Hocha excitedly as she also hugged Yamamoto.

*How many granddaughters do I have...?* thought Yamamoto rolling his eyes as he hugged Hocha back.

"By the way, who are those people?" said Hocha looking towards Tesoro, Stella, Ramses, and the other ex-slaves.

Olvia and the others also looked at Yamamoto waiting for his response. For they expected him to come back alone. Instead, he brought a large group of people with him.

"This is Tesoro and his girlfriend Stella. For some reason I ended up helping him rescue his girlfriend Stella from the hands of a Celestial Dragon" Yamamoto said as he introduced the couple.

*Boyfriends!?* thought Stella and Tesoro as their cheeks turned red.

Tesoro and Stella greeted everyone with some shyness. Then Yamamoto introduced Ramses and the other 4 ex-slaves that he didn't know their names.

They introduced themselves with much more respect to everyone.

*Strange that this old man goes around helping people* thought Clover doubting the goodwill of his friend.

"And finally... this is Monkey D. Dragon belongs to the people who helped them escape" he said as he introduced Dragon who was still wearing the robe that covered his face.

"Nice to meet you all. Hello again Professor Clover" said Dragon as he took a step forward and took off his hood.

Dragon's appearance was just as Yamamoto remembered, albeit much younger. He had long black hair and a piercing gaze. What surprised Yamamoto the most was that Dragon hadn't yet gotten the reddish tattoo on the left side of his face.

"Oh, Dragon, it's been a while!" Clover said in a cheerful tone as he shook hands with Dragon.

"Dragon-san! We've completed our mission!" Ivankov shouted while twirling around.

Finally, Yamamoto was able to meet this particular individual, although he had already noticed him among the archaeologists.

"Good job, Ivankov, Kuma" Dragon said, nodding.

"Thank you!" Ivankov replied with a big smile.

"Thanks... but I arrived late" Kuma said, feeling a bit down.

Yamamoto noticed that Kuma looked completely different from the series. Although he had a hood that made it difficult to see his face, he didn't have the appearance of a cyborg, and his voice sounded human and kind.

"Don't blame yourself. If it weren't for you, Lego would have been killed or captured" Ralph said from the side, expressing his gratitude to Kuma for saving his friend.

"What happened to Lego?" Yamamoto asked.

Olvia explained Lego's situation, which in short, was that he was in a coma due to several bullets that had nearly killed him.

"Can you do anything?" asked Ralph and the other Marines looked at Yamamoto with pleading faces.

"I can't do much if he is in a coma. We need a doctor" replied Yamamoto.

Ralph and the ex-Marines made sad and disappointed faces.

*I should learn Healing Kidō to try to cure him. If not, find a good doctor* thought Yamamoto.
