“First week”

In the Kidō there are 3 levels. The first of them is the Kidō Practitioner: at this level, the person possesses basic knowledge of Kidō. They can use Kidō of low to medium levels without enchantment but have difficulty using high-level spells. The second is Kidō Expert: the person shows considerable knowledge of Kidō and its various forms. They can use medium level spells to great effect even without enchantment, even though they generally use high level enchantment to ensure maximum potency.

In the bleach world, most lieutenants and captains possess this level of Kidō skill. And lastly the Kidō Master, the person shows great knowledge of Kidō and its various forms. He can use high-level spells to great effect even without enchantment and can use several spells in quick succession. In addition, his skill allows him to create his spells or modify existing spells to suit his purposes.

Bleach's Yamamoto was a Kidō Master, so Yamamoto in this world wants to reach the same level, though it will most likely take him a long time. As for Olvia and Robin, he doesn't know what level they can reach.

Also keep in mind that Bleach's power levels are not identical to this one, even so, it is another world and the limits are different, so anything can happen.

According to the "Basic Manual of Reiryoku" the "Awakening of the Inner Spirit" training for beginners has a duration between 1 to 2 years for people with no level of Spiritual Power like Olvia and Robin.

This depends not only on the level of Spiritual Power but also on discipline, learning ability, and overcoming emotional challenges, so perhaps either of them can finish it in less time.

On Yamamoto's part, he also has a low spiritual level of only 5 points, his difference is that he possesses the Shigekuni Yamamoto Genryūsai template, which gives him a talent that is one of the best in the Bleach world. In addition, to complement it he has the system, so he can raise points to his Spirit Power, although for this he will need to put his life at risk by fulfilling missions or killing powerful enemies.

This does not mean that his power will grow by itself, he will have to train like everyone else, but he has so to speak a better bloodline, like for example Big Mom who as a child already had a monstrous strength.

So it is not a fruit of great power, as it is only good for talking to animals. However, if you use it to befriend animals and create a great connection with them, they will protect you as when her bird friend named Milo saved her from Nelson and his henchmen. As for Ryu, he was an exception since he was a very kind dragon and he was not in his best condition, because if he had been, he would never have tried to communicate with a human.

This week he was not watching the status sale with his stats, as he was very focused on his training writing down absolutely everything, and taking over the training from Olvia, Robin, and Apis.

As for his speed and endurance training on the first run, he does of the day, he managed to increase from 40km to 45km in approximately 2 hours. He kept the time he ran before, only he managed to run more km which means his speed and endurance improved. In the second circuit, he did on day 1, he was already tired after an hour and a half, however, now he could run for 2 hours.
