The training begins (1)

While Justus was excited about Amazon lily and woke pretty early up, Shanks was in comparison, still tired and told him:

"Justus, your Auntie should come soon to take care of you."

"But Grandpa, won't you come with me?"

In curiosity, Justus asked as he looked at the sleepy Shanks.

Shanks rubbed his eyes as he replied in a sleepy voice:

"Well, I still have matters to settle, but meanwhile, you can spend some time with your Auntie; I am sure she missed you."

And Shanks was right. The last time Hancook saw Justus when he was about 2-3 years old, and back then, he was still a 'baby' compared to now.

Even though he talked with her via transponder snail, she was always so excited about him. Of course, he appreciated her love, but at some point, she was just too much.

However, as he began to think about her, a ship just arrived at time, and a voice sounded that we are all familiar with...

"Ouiiii, My little nephew! Justus!"

And as he looked up, a giant ship was on the way to his little boat and being about five times bigger than his boat. He was impressed and thought:

'Was that a true pirate ship?'

The ship came closer, and as it came more closely to him, he just noticed how gigantic that ship was compared to him. As he looked up, a ladder fell, and the voice repeated:

"Come up, Justus!"

Nodding, he climbed up the ladder as he looked to his Grandpa and asked:

"Don't you come with me ?"

"I want to get some rest first before I start to train you. Have some fun before we start. The years until you can hoist your sail are still far away." Shanks replied with an open eye as a devilish smile appeared on his smile. Seeing this devilish smile, Justus frowned as he tried to ignore it and climbed the ladder up.

As he was on the ship, and he was greeted by a tall woman that lifted him and put him against her chest. As she said:

"Oi, Justus, my adorable little nephew, it's been so long since I saw you!" Her long black hair fell her back, and her coat covered her long legs as she put him on her lap. And who else could it be than Boa Hancock! But as soon as he sat on her lap, several other Amazones came to greet him.

"Justus, Woah, you have grown, little man!" A fatty lady said her orange her was bound together in a bun and wielded a giant polearm with a particularly oversized blade. It was no one else than his Auntie Boa Marigold!

"Auntie Hancook, Auntie Marigold! Where is Auntie Sandersonia?" Justus asked as he looked around. Even though Justus couldn't remember the face of Sandersonia, he knew that there were 3 of them, and therefore he was quite confused, as he only saw two of the three Gorgon sisters.

Hancook replied with a smile as she patted his head:

"Well, she's on Amazon Lil and is preparing a banquet for you. Even though we can't eat at my residence and have to eat in the forest, it is going to be quite nice."

With big eyes, he looked at her as he thought:

'Why would we eat in the forest and not at her residence ?' But then he remembered. Shanks told him that they would train in the forest. Does his Grandpa want him to get used to the environment?

However, a minute later, Justus shook his head as he asked:

"Auntie Hancook, did Grandpa Shanks told you to set up the banquet in the forest ?"

"Ara ara ara, such a smart child. Yes, your Grandpa told us that you are going to train in the forest, and also he has asked us to set up the banquet in the forest, so you can get used to sleep, eat and live there in general."

Sigh. Hancook replied with a bitter smile.

"Hm, it's okay, Auntie! You know I want to become a Pirate just like you and uncle Luffy." Justus declared with a smile as he looked up to his Auntie Hancook.

(A/N: No, Justus is not with Luffy nor with Marco or so related. Due to his status as the Grandson of the Red-Hair shanks, he met some people such as Luffy, etc.)

"I am sure you are going to be a great one like your Grandpa and Uncle," Marigold said with a smile as she patted his small shoulders.

All three of them began to talk for a while as they then finally arrived at the forest of Amazon lily...

Walking for a while and looking around, Justus saw many beasts that were several times taller than him; they looked fearsome, pretty strong, and intimidating.

But as he looked enthusiastically around, something jumped out of the bush that gave Justus a heart attack. And as Justus saw what jumped out, he got even more shocked. It was a big bunny! The Bunny had a thick black fur while its eyes were dark red, and its tooth intimidating and spiky. Looking at this Bunny, his heart skipped a beat, but as he was about to run, Marigold began to talk.

Marigold suddenly shouted out:

"Justus get back Auntie is getting rid of that Bunny."

Justus nodded as he took a step back and ran to his Auntie Hancook. As he looked back, he saw how a dark layer was materializing on her blade.

'I already saw it once!' Seeing her weapon being wrapped up by this dark layer, he suddenly called back a memory not even long ago. Back then, Shanks used his Haki against that sea beast, but there were even small lightnings back then. Why were they missing now?

And as the polearm of Marigold and the Bunny clashed, a small hole was created by her Haki's impact. But then suddenly another Bunny appeared behind her!

"Au-" Before Justus could even give her a call out, Marigold already turned around and destroyed the Bunny just as she did with the one before.

'What... How did she know about the attack? And also, why did it seem like her dark layer was weaker than Grandpa's?' Questions, Questions, and More Questions manifested in Justus's head. How did she know that the Bunny would attack her, and why did it felt like she was much weaker than his Grandpa Shanks?

"Is everything alright, Justus ?" Hancook asked him as she saw the worried and anxious face of him.

"Y-Yes!" Nodding and putting a smile on his face Justus replied as they continued to walk to the banquet.

As they walked for a while, several other beasts attacked them, and Justus got to see this dark layer thing sometimes. And the more he saw it, the more curious he got, and in an instant, he then looked up to Hancook and thought:

'Is Auntie Hancook also able to use this dark layer thing?'

After walking another 40 minutes, they arrived at a place that many should be able to recognize. It was the place where Reighley and Luffy trained!

As they arrived, they got greeted by Shanks and Sandersonia.

Seeing his Grandpa and Sandersonia, he smiled and ran towards his Grandpa and Sandersonia. Seeing her nephew, Sandersonia smiled and lifted him and said:

"You have grown, haha!"

"Hehe, of course!" With a bright smile, Justus replied as he looked at them.

"So, are you guys hungry ?" Shanks added as he looked to his Grandson. Seeing his Grandson having fun with his Aunties made him quite happy.

As all of them nodded, they sat down and began to eat. Even though Justus wasn't a glutton, the food was just too good, and he couldn't resist than take a good bite of everything.

However, as he finished eating, his stomach was so full that he felt like explode soon as Shanks leaned over to him and said:

"Enjoy this until you gotta train till tomorrow!"

Hancook and the sisters who heard him began to laugh out loud while Justus moaned and began to eat more...
