Through his Observation Haki, Ray observed the battle between Kaido and Kizaru as his had concluded. Truthfully, it wasn't looking good for Kizaru.

He wasn't sure if Kizaru had awakened his fruit at this point in time but he sure wasn't using it at the moment. Kaido alongside his mastery of Haki was slowly whitling down Kizaru, and Ray himself wouldn't be of much use. He was too drained, at best he'd be able to use a few techniques.

However, not helping Kizaru would just delay the inevitability, his death. Making up his mind Ray raced towards their battle, keen to slow down Kaido's momentum.

A flash of light was currently beaming around the battlefield before appearing above Kaido, what followed was a flash of light that slammed into Kaido at unfathomable speeds.

Boom

The blast decimated the area however it's intended target wasn't effected much. 

"Wo Ro Ro Ro, its futile" despite bleeding slightly from his mouth, Kaido was sure of his victory. He then prepared another attack before he was briefly interrupted, a massive slash was flew towards him, forcing him block. The force from the slash was thoroughly dispersed.

"Marine brat!" Kaido frowned, as he knew Ray's appearance here meant King had been defeated.

His mood dampening, Kaido decided to finally use his full power, transforming into his hybrid form. This form granted him a massive increase to his speed, agility and mobility, while further increasing his vast resilience and physical strength to even greater levels.

"It's not looking good for us young man~~~" in a lazy tone but it couldn't completely hide his nervousness underneath.

"Shit, you don't have to tell me, we're fucked" replied Ray as he put him guard, both hands firmly gripping his katana.

With his spiked kanabo clad in Conqueror's Haki, Kaido's figure could be seen approaching rapidly. Figuring they couldn't dodge, both Ray and Kizaru readied them selves.

Half-dragon, Light and Human clashed with one another. The ground beneath them cracked as it couldn't withstand their combined might.

Flashes of red and black lighting flickered as Ray and Kaido clashed their wills again, however just like last time, Ray was inferior.

"Grrrghhh, puny Marines!" grunted Kaido in anger as he broke through their combined attacks with his own, slamming his spiked kanabo onto both of them. 

Two figures could be seen soaring through the air, one figure enveloped in pure light. They were both sent miles away. Ray was tumbling through the ice until his momentum slowed down till he stopped, laid flat on his back, muscles aching in pain and ultimately defeated.

'God damn, he hits like a truck' thought Ray, Kaido was simply too strong for him at the moment.

'Kizaru sure as hell isn't beating him'

Interrupting Ray's thoughts, his Observation Haki flared in danger as he foresaw his end. 

"Shi-"

Before Kaido could land the finishing blow, he was interrupted, Ray saw a figure flash before him. A tall, tanned, broad-chested, muscular old man with a Marine Coat draped over his shoulder's with 'Justice' written on the back.

"BWA HAH HAH HAH, it's been a while Kaido" declared Garp as he blasted Kaido away with punch, the sheer might of his fist knocked a Yonko away like a fly. He then landed before Ray and turned around, smiling towards him.

"Hmm, he's done a number on you" said Garp, inspecting Ray's condition

"Oh you don't have to tell me old man, I can feel it" replied Ray, happy Garp had arrived.

"Forget the other beast pirates, you and Kizaru retreat, it's not worth trading you lives for some little pirates."

"Ray remember this, you're the future hope of the Marines" reminded Garp.

"Don't get me emotional now old man" said Ray as he slowly got up. He spotted Kizaru and ran towards him, not wanting to get in Garp's way.

Seconds later he turned around as he felt the clash between two powerhouses, one representing the Marines, the other a Yonko.

Kaido's spiked kanabo met Garp's fist, their strength equally matched despite Kaido using his full might, showcasing how monstrous Garp was. 

"WO RO RO RO, you haven't changed Garp! Still as mighty as ever" said Kaido, pouring more strength onto his weapon.

"BWA HAH HAH HAH, I'll die of old age before I lose to you" in response, Garp did the same.

Just this clash alone, shook the air as the clouds began to split apart, Hyokaido was slowly falling apart as massive cracks were forming all over the island, displaying the true might of two supreme kings.

Their Conqueror's Haki clashed with one another, black and red lightning blowing away anyone or anything that dared to interrupt their battle, they were both locked in a stalemate.

Despite Garp's old age and slight decline in overall strength, he could still match a Yonko of the New World. One hailed as the 'Strongest Creature'.

Seeing they held no advantage over another, they both backed away, Kaido floating on his cloud as a result of his devil fruit's control. Garp maintained his position in the air using Geppo.

Suddenly, large waves of Conqueror's Haki was unleashed yet again. Kaido leapt into the air and imbued his spiked kanabo with an insane amount of Conqueror's Haki, large bolts of lighting emitting from himself as he looked like a god of thunder.

Garp responded accordingly as he leapt towards Kaido, hardening his fists with Armamanet Haki and coating it with Conqueror's Haki as well, somewhat superior to Kaido's. 

"WO RO RO RO RO, this is payback from that event decades ago... GARP!" Kaido's kanabo, viciously slammed towards Garp at rapid speeds.

Destroyer of Death... THUNDER BAGUA!

"BWA HAH HAH HAH, just like then, you'll be defeated" said Garp as his fist was directed at Kaido.

GALAXY IMPACT!

The air cracked as they both clashed yet again, massive bolts of purple and red lighting evaporated Hyokaido, this time they weren't even touching another as the sky began to split even further.

Buildings miles away were blown apart by the sheer might of their impact, those few left alive felt as if God had punished them on that day.

Further away on Garp's Marine ship, Ray could feel the clash between those two, Ray somewhat in awe as this was the first time he had witnessed it first hand.

"Ooooh, that's something else~~~" exclaimed Kizaru, even he was impressed by this display.

'That's it, that's exactly what I what, no matter how long it takes, I'll be there at the peak with you Kaido' thought Ray as he clenched his fists in frustration. He was disappointed in himself, the inability to match Kaido remained heavily on his mind, deciding he would train even more profusely when he had recovered.

"Admiral Kizaru, I'd suggesting evacuating those left on the island" said Bogard, not wanting the innocent to die in this conflict.

"May as well" replied Kizaru as he transformed into a figure of light, beaming straight into the distance.

A few days later, Morgans released a World Economy Newspaper that shocked the entire world...

[Paradise, Hyokaido]

[A new star rises in the Marines! Garp's protogee!?!?]

In the newspaper, it stated...

[Shortly after dispatching Queen, Marine Captain Ray clashed with Kaido of the Beasts as well as King the Conflagration after his loss. Although Ray was unable to withstand the Yonko for long, he proved his might by making the emperor bleed.

Marine Admiral Kizaru arrived later wanting to help the young Marine captain so he clashed with Kaido in his stead. King then fought an intense battle with Ray where the latter emerged victorious.]

[That wasn't the most shocking part of this event however...]

[Kaido of the Beasts, renowned as the world's "Strongest Creature", Captain of the Beast Pirates or commonly referred to as a Yonko, was heavily involved in a battle in Hyokaido.

Intially, Kaido clashed with Admiral Kizaru but seeing as the Admiral was slowly getting overwhelmed, the rising Marine Captain stepped in to help. It was futile as both were quickly defeated, however, Monkey D. Garp, Hero of the Marines had arrived.

Both Yonko and Marine Hero clashed for days before concluding their intense battle shortly after...A draw. They both retreated with their comrades as their clash left Hyokaido in utter devastation... Half the island destroyed...]
