After Ron dealt with Captain Nezumi and his fleet, the Going Merry continued its journey to Reverse Mountain without encountering any further marine interference. This left everyone perplexed. The surviving Marines must have reported back to the East Blue Navy base about the Merry's journey, so why hadn't the Navy sent a fleet to intercept them?

At ten o'clock at night, in the Merry's cabin, Ron and the girls enjoyed a dinner prepared by Makino and Nojiko. Although neither of them were full-time cooks, the food they cooked was delicious. Makino even prepared some cider for the girls, while Ron opted for rum, and they all enjoyed the tasty meal and their comfortable life aboard the ship.

"The Navy's absence is suspicious," Nami remarked, taking a sip of cider.

"Perhaps they're afraid of Ron?" Kaya suggested, tilting her head in thought.

"How absurd!" Tashigi scoffed. "The Navy is not afraid of pirates!"

"But Sister Tashigi, you are a pirate now!" Kaya retorted. "You're one of us, so why are you still on the Navy's side?"

"I..." Tashigi gritted her teeth. "I didn't become a pirate by choice. I was kidnapped by this guy, Ron!"

"Cough, cough!" Ron blushed and coughed, diverting attention as he poured himself another drink.

Makino watched Ron's embarrassment and sighed inwardly. Everyone on board, except perhaps Kaya and Nojiko, had been dragged onto the ship by Ron, unwillingly. She herself had been the most unfortunate, carried aboard directly by Ron. The memory made her sigh.

Fortunately, Ron hadn't forced anyone to do anything against their will. That was the only silver lining. Makino looked at Ron, who was eating and drinking heartily.

"As for why the Navy hasn't pursued us in the last few days, I suspect they've set up an ambush near Reverse Mountain," Nojiko suggested thoughtfully. "Although we're not hiding our tracks, the sea is vast, making it difficult for them to track us. They'll probably assume that we're heading for the Grand Line, so it wouldn't be difficult for them to set up an ambush along our inevitable path."

"That makes sense," Nami agreed, as did Makino and Kaya. It seemed to be a plausible explanation.

"Let's ignore them, whether they're planning an ambush or not," Ron declared, raising his eyes. He took a few more sips of wine before continuing. "As long as they don't provoke us, I won't take action against them. But if they continue to provoke us... Well, they'll have to face the consequences!"

"Brother Ron is so cool!" Kaya exclaimed in awe.

Ron jokingly pointed at Kaya's head. "Praise me again and I'll ascend to the heavens!"

"Hehe!" Kaya playfully stuck out her tongue.

After dinner, the group prepared for bed and sailed through the night toward their destination. With Ron on board, the girls felt safe from any possible pirate attacks during the night.

Ron returned to his bedroom and thought. "System, open the data panel."

"Ding! The data panel is open, please view host!" The system replied.

Looking at his skills and attributes, Ron shook his head inwardly. His attributes hadn't improved since his last check, indicating that he needed to acquire new skills if he wanted to improve them further.

"Go to the Grand Line, find a way to learn the Navy Six Styles and Haki..." Ron thought to himself. The East Blue and the first half of the Grand Line were relatively tame, but he knew that as he approached the Sabaody Archipelago, closer to the Naval Headquarters and Mary Geoise, where powerful individuals congregated, he would encounter more formidable opponents.

As for mastering Haki, Ron was still thinking about it. He felt that with his current physical strength and abilities, he was on the cusp of awakening Haki. However, he needed to personally experience the power of Haki by sparring with someone who possessed it. Once he awakened even a small amount of Haki, he could immediately maximize its potential by allocating skill points. With the immense number of skill points at his disposal, any skill could reach its peak in no time.

In Ron's eyes, the value of a hundred skill points was negligible considering that he had Billions. He estimated that he would use up that reserve within the next year. (T/N: Not the Billions of skill points but hundreds of them)

"Living with such a 'gold finger' is a blessing and a curse," Ron sighed. Despite the benefits, he also recognized the weight of responsibility that came with it.

Lying on his bed, Ron's ears pricked up when he heard movement from the darkened doorway. "Who could it be at this hour?" he wondered.

To his surprise, a petite figure stealthily approached, prompting him to speculate, "Is it Nami trying to steal my things?"

Before he could react, the figure slipped under the covers and snuggled into his bed.

"Oh... you!!!" Ron exclaimed as he recognized the girl's familiar scent and realized that it wasn't a thief, but someone else entirely.
