A Family Reunited & A Fiery Redhead

As we were heading back towards Kibi, after handing Gyutaro some money to enjoy himself in the Flower Capital, both me and Hiyori headed home.

"Soon enough will be at my village, and you'll meet with your mother once again."

"…. I still can't believe that she is alive…. I thought she died in the fire of my family's castle…." She says as she clearly is holding back her tears.

"Supposedly before she was about to die…. She saw what she thought was the ghost of your father, and he spoke to her telling her not to leave her children motherless, so she jumped forward in time trying to follow the path your brother went through, but she was weakened from her wounds so she could only send herself 15 years into the future where she landed in the embrace of the Great Tree Alenu, I was notified immediately of her appearance and when I discovered her state that she was in I had my doctors save her life, now she has been living here since and taking care of Kibi in my absence." I explain to her as we make our way across the bridge from the Flower Capital to Kibi proper.

She then looks outside and is stunned by the beauty of the land that has been reclaimed from the destruction that was caused by both Orochi and Kaido.

"The land! It has become beautiful once more! I thought the word Orochi was spreading around was lies to make the people of the Flower Capital genuinely happy about Kibi being a sea of rolling verdant hills…. But he was telling the truth for once…."

"Heh.. he must be a prolific liar if everything he says is taken as a lie all the time, but if he has told the people that Kibi is beautiful once again then he is telling them the truth." I say as I watch the scenery pass us by.

And not long later our carriage finally arrives in town, and she was doubly shocked, as she now knows who I am but didn't think that I would treat the people of Wano fairly or justly, I get the feeling that most people of Wano either don't believe I'm as kind as I am described or that I am only slightly better than Orochi and Kaido, but not by much.

"Welcome to Greenfield, Hiyori, now come now, it's time we meet your mother once again." I say as I disembark from the carriage with her following closely behind.

She looks around and sees that there are plenty of different shops, there's even a swordsmith even though Orochi has outlawed anyone who doesn't work for him to wield a sword of there own.

"As you can see, compared to Orochi or Kaido I don't treat people like garbage or as slaves, so long as they have a craft they can set up there own stores, if they don't have there own craft they can work on they can always work in the fields and help the crops grow, but thanks to some of my scientists I have made it so we don't need huge amounts of people to watch over the crops giving more people with there own crafts they are proficient at to make there own stores." I say as I explain the overall situation of Greenfield.

But soon enough we come across the main building that was built around the Great Tree Alenu, who at the time seemed to be playing around with the children and animals of the town, with little Tama the highest on the tree.

I just wave up at Tama who smiles and waves back at me, "Even the children here seem to like you…" she says as she looks at me a bit skeptically.

"What? Oh wait let me guess, Orochi spread some bullshit rumor about me or something to make people fear me just like him and Kaido, maybe he told of my escapades against world nobles that made people fear me? Well yeah a good chunk of the arrivals later on we're afraid of me, but after seeing the things run around here they all came to agree that Orochi was lying and that I'm not that bad of a person…." I say before shaking my head in exasperation.

"Hmmm…. You don't earn the title of Emperor of the Sea without doing something catastrophic though…"

"Ok well let's say to friends, family and unrelated people I'm a nice guy… but to my enemies I'm much scarier than Kaido is to the people of Wano, so there's a hint of truth in what Orochi said to everyone about me, but enough about me because someone wishes to see her daughter more than anything in the world." I say as I lead her into the HQ.

Though she seemed rather nervous she still follows me inside as we both make our way to the courtyard, and when we arrive what we see is Toki sleeping in Alenu's embrace, his vines and roots making a makeshift chair while using his leaves as comfortable cushions.

But at the sight of her mother who she had though she had lost all those years ago makes her fall to her knees not to far from her mothers sleeping figure while she shakily says, "M-mom? I-is that r-really you?" She says as tears well up in her eyes that she can't hold back unlike all the previous times before.

Hearing a voice that's is both familiar and unfamiliar to her, Toki begins to open her eyes and right before her is a beautiful woman with flowing emerald colored hair kneeling before her, she begins to run her eyes thinking who she sees in front of her is just a part of her imagination, but when she reopens her eyes the woman is still there.

"H-Hiyori?" She asks the woman before her if she truly is her daughter, but as soon as she says her name Hiyori rushes over to Toki before falling into her arms and crying tears of joy and sorrow into her mothers arms.

Seeing that both begin to cry while holding each other calling to one another "Mama!" "Hiyori! I'm so so sorry that I left you behind all those years ago…" she says as she holds her daughter close to her.

Seeing this I let the mother daughter pair get reacquainted before leaving them to themselves as I head off to my office.

But after seeing that… let's just say dark thoughts clouded my mind on things I want to do but must wait to do as I take my seat in my chair.

Thinking these rather dark and somewhat sadistic thoughts, a mission pops up in my quest log, this one even calling itself a personal mission, a mission that I wanted the system to hand me personally, so it was tailor made just for me, even stating that if I don't complete it like the missions back when I was still a slave the penalty for failure would be death, and the time limit 6 years with several conditions that need to be met before it's completion as well as a few optional objectives as well.

When I look at it, it stuns me for a few seconds, but after thinking about it, it just makes me grin evilly instead, "Oho Hehehehe…. Things just got even more interesting than before, but for now I'll just have to make plans that will come to fruition soon enough, I should mainly focus on the South Blue then deal with the rest as time moves on…"

Somewhere in the South Blue, my ship as well as Shiryu's ship are currently going across the sea.

"So you basically want me to develop a reputation down here in South Blue? As well as 'convince' other pirate crews to come under our flag? I mean I know that it's a quest and all but do you think these weaklings out here in any of the blues will amount to anything?"

"Well wasn't Roger born in the South Blue? And he became pirate king so I think we should give the pirate crews out hear a chance to prove there worth and see if any are remotely interesting, if nothing else just go around and cause terror on the seas, I could care less who you steal or kill just remember-"

"-that we have no reason to kill those that can't fight back, I get it, I get it, I promise not to slaughter random people unless they intend to fight back." Shiryu says as he has come to know me well enough over the Mushi.

"Right…. Also I have been hearing rumors of this group of pirates going around causing a ton of damage down here in the South Blue."

"Oh? Now that's a bit interesting, and your saying there a brand new crew that just formed recently?" I say slightly intrigued about this one crew going around causing chaos in there wake.

"Yes there's them and another group of pirates, but they mainly steal only food, hell even reports I have heard is that the ship looks like a pizza, the Captain and crew must be total gluttons or something like that…." Shiryu says a bit disgusted by there excessive levels of gluttony.

"So there's a group of pirates that goes around causing chaos everywhere they go, and another that just steals everyone's food mostly, well I'm more interested in the chaos causing group, I think we should go make there acquaintance."

"Luckily for you boss they have recently attacked an island not far from here, so let's see what these kids are really like, and how they can handle when the adults come to play Heh Heh…" I could feel that Shiryu was just itching to use the Dance of Wrath on some people.

"Well let's sail there and see if there still causing havoc there." I say before hanging up, "Eve! Let's set off towards Centaurea!"

A few hours later we arrive at the island country of Centaurea, inland I could see hadn't really been damaged to much but the main harbor city was burning right in front of our eyes with several sunken ships, civilian and marine ships, floating and sinking into the sea.

And as it's pulling away from the harbor a ship that looks more like it was made out of bone than wood appears cutting through the corpses of ships and people alike.

But even though it sees our Jolly Roger clearly, and I know for a fact every Sea knows of my flag, they don't turn away, instead they come at us faster.

I just grin at the sight of this, "Well they got guts I will give them that, but I'd rather board them than destroy them completely, Zeek blow the horn to signal to Shiryu that we are boarding them." I say to him

He just grins at me, "Oh boy! Finally I get to have some action for once!" He says excitedly as he blows the horn to Shiryus ship, and he blows the horn back signaling he understands and we begin to separate our ships letting these pirates come in between us.

And it seems they didn't want to do it the easy way either as they go directly between us as well letting both of my crews easily board, but once we arrived a brawl commenced between our crews with only me, Shiryu, Catarina and Barvars, who saw no point in fighting, looking upon the main leaders of there crew, one red haired fellow that was clearly the leader, a man wearing a blue mask covered in white stripes and holes, a man who just looks like he is dying of thirst for some reason and finally a rather tall fellow, roughly 10 ft tall like us, wearing a cloak while wielding a trident.

"So, your the famous Monster of the sea are ya? Well what are you doing all the way out here in the South Blue? Shouldn't you be taking down marine bases all across the Grand Line or something?" The fiery redhead says as he watches on at us, clearly he wants to fight but I see the guy in the mask is holding him back.

I just take out my cigar as Shiryu lights it for me before lighting his own before I breathe it in and breathe it out, "Maybe I should, but you should have heard by now that I have been gathering crews all across the world under my banner, pirates, mercenaries, the mafia just to name a few, now I'm out here looking for more to join my banner…. Intrested?"

But as soon as I say that there side just prepares there weapons while the hot head starts to take all the metal around us to cover his arms while he just grins at me fiercely, "Not a chance in hell! I'm gonna find the One Piece and become the next pirate king! There's no way I'll bow my head to anyone!" He says as he shouts at me.

I just smile a bit at that, "Well then we both want to get the one piece then, you to claim the title as Pirate King, and me because I already have a rough guess as to what it truly is and what it's meant for, so I need it more for that, it's good to have dreams like that so I won't laugh at you for that."

That seemingly stuns him a bit and seems to lose a bit of his anger at my previous statement for saying that, so he looks me straight in the eyes as he says, "I, Eustass Kid, have always been laughed at for having that dream by a lot of people, and I have slaughtered every single one for it as well, I'll be honest with you Eagle besides the dream of being pirate king, what you broadcasted to the world over 6 years ago with the Shabody Massacre made me respect you, I always knew that the government is corrupt even as a child and that the World Nobles get away with to much evil shit that it makes most of us pirates look like saints as a result, so I request that to fight you one on one! I want to see the might of the Monster of the Seas!" He says as he shouts the rest at me towards the end.

I just look at him as I take in another puff on my Cigar, "Fine, I'll indulge you Kid, Shiryu, Catarina, try not to kill those 3, but as for the rest well as I always say, 'The weak don't get to choose how they die.'" I say as I jump back onto my ship and wave Kid to join me.

He just Smirks before jumping on my ship as he holds his large metals arms at the ready to punch me, in return I pull both Dandelga and Nidai Kitetsu or NK out from thin air, but to him appear as if I'm pulling them out from my red admiral jacket.

This just makes him smirk as he opens his hand towards me blades, but after a few seconds nothing happens, which confuses him, "Why aren't your weapons being attracted to my arms!" He shouts at me.

"It's because there technically not made out of metal…" I say as I unleash there power with one wreathed in flames the other wreath In darkness, "There more made of the physical manifestation of Flames and Curses that give them this form, so of course they can't be pulled away from me, but enough talk, it's time I teach you a lesson Kid." I say as I launch myself at him.

He goes and uses his arms to block, but like a hot knife through butter I easily cut his large metal arms in half, but he reforms them, but seeing this I decide to dice them completely making them smaller and smaller pieces and also making it harder for him to keep it together.

It doesn't take long for him to run out of energy and lose his magnetism, and one straight forward kick to the gut sends him tumbling back and landing on his back exhausted, before I stomp my boot on his gut and position my blades in such a way that they look like scissors ready to cut his head off.

"You have skill kid, and drive, so I won't be surprised if sometime in the near future you go off and head off into the Grand Line, so I'll make a deal with you, I'm gonna leave you this hear token, you can use this to gain entrance to my island that I call Haven in the new world, by that time will have a rematch, but if you do have a rematch with me it's gonna cost ya, beat me and I'll hand you my title as emperor of the sea, but lose and you'll have to join my fleet in return." I say as I drop the symbol of a blood Eagle by his head.

"Oh and this will be another gift I give so you'll rennet this bet always…" I say before I take my blade and cut a deep wound across his cheek, making it so when it heals it will leave a scar.

He grabs his face in a rage, but before he could say anything I grab him by the neck, after I take my swords back, before chucking him back onto his ship with what remains of his crew.

With that I burn there sail so they cant follow us right away before both me and Shiryus ships set sail back off into the South Blue.

A bit later after Kid recovers a bit he holds his face to slow the flow a blood falling off his face as he grabs at my mark furiously in his other hand, "Just you wait Eagle! I'll meet you in the New World and take you up on that Challenge! And I promise I'll take your title away from you before I destroy that island that you call yours! I swear it!!!" He shouts towards our ships in the distance, but we were well out of ear shot by then.

"Now with that out of the way I think I deserve to take a long break of my own." I say to myself, but that personal mission is always nagging at me, but all I know the time isn't right to do it just yet.

Personal Mission- King of the Mountain.

Objectives- Destroy/Assimilate the Beast Pirates and other crews under there banner.

Destroy/Assimilate Orochi's Oniwabanshu and his Samurai

Kill Kaido

Kill Orochi

Optional Objectives- Give Kaido what he would consider to be a disgraceful death

Give Orochi a Disgraceful death or Assassinate him.

Rewards- Determine based on overall rank and if optional objectives are completed anywhere between a B to SSS Rank completion.

Time Limit- 6 Years

Failure to complete will result in hosts overall Termination.
