Already Chaos

The tallest building theoretically could reach any height as long as the foundation is strong to support it.

That is a statement that has been confirmed true as a 'building' 3 times the size of the tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, was right in front of an obelisk monument as it covered the large pond while the base of it uprooted the ground from where it magically appeared.

Sounds of helicopters were present as the base of it was surrounded by tape measures and armed guards.

Tents with medical patients were around it as some unfortunate people were caught by it and crushed while some lucky phew were able to be pushed out but not without losing a limb or gaining severe damages.

Military Helicopters flew around it while tanks and infantry were around it. Intercoms were being broadcasted from all around to stay away

All this happened within the 30 minutes as the national guard was stationed while Large white tents were inside the circle of military men and women as people in lab coats and some in containment suit were around while going in and out of the tents

Getting in white trucks, they drove to the closest they could get with flat terrain. Once they encountered the rough terrain, they got out and started to climb the small hill the object made when it appeared.

There, the people in containment suits started to probed it with all sorts of devices and machines.

Military vehicles were all around while reporters, cameras of different countries were around it and displaying this scene to be seen all around the world which were told to back away.

Except for the military, scientists, officials and people working wearing the hazmat suits, Everyone else was away due to the 5 mile radius block the government told the public that they were not allowed to cross and in violation of that rule, people would be imprisoned and fined.

Cars and a sea of people were seen through a news helicopter as it showed tens of thousands of crazy people near the 5 mile border that were stopped by the national guard trying to go near it.

"As you can see, a sea of people are gathered around. Some are even to be seen carrying weapons. Of course, the national guard along with the police are calming them down while the ones who don't comply are seen to be detained for a while. We have no idea what this gigantic object is but the people of the United States America are seen to be ready. We currently do not have any idea what this is or who...."

The voice of the new reporter started to fade away as a young man entered his backyard to see a huge fence with endless green grass and patches of dirt, nothing extraordinary.

Not even a ball or plants could be seen as the only extraordinary thing was a black sandbox that had black sand.

It was 9.5 feet long and 4.5 feet wide. Its surface was 50 inches wide and 100 inches long.

Currently somewhere in that stand was a miniature black cube toy. From above, he could see miniature buildings, people, clouds and objects as they were weirdly moving and in the exact same place they were in when he saw in the news.

He saw cars about to collide with the black wood metal like wall but instead, they passed through it like they were a ghost.

"It's been about a day but what should I do with this…I have so many things I want to do but how should I go about it now that I know it works?" He said to himself in excitement.

He was alone but his excitement made him talk to himself as he could imagine himself becoming the first superhero gaining fame and riches.

While also imagining disguising himself as an alien and create hi tech ships, contact earth, and mess with them.

Or even better! He could allow everyone on earth to use magic and create portals where monsters invade like in this novels he read but this time he will be the strongest from the start.

Kane had more images of what he wanted to do but he didn't know which one to do it first.

Truly a one of a kind problem for himself.

But first, he approached the sandbox and once he was 5 feet near it, a translucent prism like bubble formed around him and the sandbox.

If another person was here, they wouldn't see what happened as the sandbox could only be bonded to one person per multiverse.

And with that bubble came a prism like color panel in front of him as it had a bunch of options and decisions ranging from anything.

"So like its name, it can do anything except…" he trailed off as a red panel appeared before him

"Yeah yeah, I know." He waved his hand as the panel disappeared and now nothing was in his way. He concentrated on the black toy he dropped and then a panel appeared.

It had its own miniature setting. It had options to decree and increase its mass and size. Change its structure and appearance. Its color, open it, change it direction, etc.

If Kane wanted to, he could change every single building and human into a jelly bean. Make a company out of nowhere that produces the cure for cancer or out of nowhere, create a black hole .

He also had the ability to physically grab stuff in the sandbox and do anything to it. He could potentially grab a star and put it anywhere.

And yet, here he was messing with earth.

But in time Kane will grow bigger ideas but now, he was just having fun and messing around.

"Hmm…. Should I do this…." His voice trailed off as he thought of something and in the next second he disappeared from his backyard.

Back to where the object appeared, scientists and other professionals trying to communicate with this thing, stopped and froze as they all saw something out of one of their thousands of camera surrounding this.

Although there was no trace of any doors or anything, a part of it opened up and out came two beings with appearances out of this world.

One was a female figure was what the scientists could make out of due to her shape and curvature. She had some sort of hat on her head while she wore a long dress that reflected the cosmos as the 2nd being who stood beside her was a male figure with silver skin color and bright blue eyes with only a gown covering him.

Before everyone, It was Kane himself who was having a hard time not trying to smile and be scared at the same time as countless tanks, and infantry aimed their weapons at him while he could see a panel appear before him and warning him of projectiles aiming at him from afar.

What was crazy was that the projectiles were all over the world.

Although he knew he shouldn't be scared due to him having an sandbox that could do anything, he still had the mental of a human even though he gave himself beyond powers.

It wasn't anything grand, he focused on himself and a window appeared before he started adding stuff. Adding invulnerability and several powers, he changed his appearances as well which didn't make him feel uncomfortable or awkward as he just put on a 'skin'

The humans all around the the 5 mile radius stood silent as they saw this scene and for the first time, it made reporters shut up with leaving the human population in silence.

[1 minutes prior to Kane putting the toy in the sand box]

The president of USA, so far was the most powerful man in the world who had access to powerful military forces and technology along with hydrogen, and nuclear bombs.

He was currently in his office looking over papers and trying to pass a bill to congress about this new space force branch. It detailed of how they should spend some more money to try and advanced their technology to establish a moon base as so far, China and Russia have been doing the same and are almost succeeding.

And when that happens, it would cause America, a big boy in a small garden, to feel fear of being left behind and seeing new "toys" from their enemies, coming from above.

He hoped for congress to see the bigger picture but his thoughts were interrupted by a huge shake. It caused him to fall out of his chair and look around as special forces trained secret service men, came running in and cover him as they quickly moved him to an elevator while pressing a button to go down.

The last thing he saw before leaving his office was a black object appearing in his window.

"Mr.President, you are safe now, this should take us down to PEOC, where you should be safe along with the nuclear football."

"What the hell is going on Hill!?" The President mildly yelled as he had sweat drops appear in his forehead while looking at his security.

He didn't say anything as he tapped his earpiece and got information quickly.

"Your family is safe, luckily they were in Texas meeting the mayor about the border. It looks like a level 4 earthquake came and go."

"What!? How does that make sense we are not on any fault lines so how in the hell does that happen. This fucking thing makes any sense to you? What's gonna happen next? Is a tsunami gonna hit Wyoming? Is Yellowstone gonna hit russia?"

This time, the secret service known as Hill, became quiet as he got very interesting information as the doors to the elevator opened up.

So far, only 1 minute has passed as they entered PEOC and tightly shut the door, not letting anyone else in or out as already some personal and the secretary of defense and treasury being here.

"Mr president, what I'm about to show you, you should brace yourselve."

"Huh?" Was all what he said before a monitor in the bunker showed what happened outside and saw how something appeared before the Washington monument.

It was now broken a tiny but still survived as it even survived a level 5.8 earthquake in the past before.

But the pond before it and some gas and trees near it, was now gone as something stood in its place.

"Oh my god...."

(AN: So…how'd I do guys? Any feedback and suggestions? I'm not a professional in economics or political field so I have no idea if the stuff I'm going to be saying is right.

Also, since this is my first time writing, I just decided to make this as it constantly was in my mind.

Not sure if I should continue with it as I just wanted to share my story that was stuck in my mind.

Soooo….should I start it? I'm thinking of making 10 chapters and seeing it go from there depending on how you guys will like it. As I just decided to write it to share it with you guys.)
