Chapter 16 Episode 15: Fight

"Come... Come to me... My other half..." A deepened voice echoed in the dark.

In a dark forest, a human shadow figure with glowing blue eyes stood in front of an enormous wolf shadow figure (with glowing blue eyes as well)

"Other half? What are you talking about?" The male shadow figure asked.

"Don't you want power? Don't you desire to be the strongest and stand out among the others?" The wolf asked, "Touch my claw with your index finger and make a covenant with me. Become my other half and receive absolute power!"

"Together, we shall be the ones that will decide what goes on!" The wolf said as the man stretched out his index finger towards the wolf's claw, "We shall be a turmoil in the heavens! An entropy in the order! A calamity to all our enemies! Together, we shall be... The beginning of the end...!!"

The man screamed while the wolf roared as it's index claw and the man's index finger meets, creating a blue explosion that destroyed the forest and made the entire earth glow brighter while blotting out the stars in the universe.

"Cloud... Clouuudd!!!" A masculine voice called.

Cloud gets himself and quickly turns and sees the person to be Sting.

"Yo, you alright?" Sting asked.

"Well... I... I... " Cloud said while looking around, confused.

"Wait, your eyes... They are purple, again." Cloud said while staring at Sting, "I thought you asked Zotek not to change your eyes back to its normal color?"

"Yeah, i did, but-"

"NOW THAT THE CONTESTANTS ARE HERE, ARE YOU GUYS READY?!!" Trengal asked, causing Cloud to look at the arena.

Cloud spots Killer bee and Karma in the arena, staring at each other, which left him surprised.

"Killer bee and Karma....? What are they doing down there?" Cloud asked.

"Isn't that obvious?" Sting asked, "They were announced to face each other in the 3rd round."

"Huh?!" Cloud said in disbelief.

"An A- candidate versus an S ranked candidate..." Rish said, "The difference between them is just too great."

Meanwhile at the arena, Killer bee and Karma were still staring at each other.

"Forfeit this tournament, Bee." Karma said with her arms folded and her eyes closed.

"Huh? What are you-"

"You heard me." Karma cuts in on Killer bee, "This match is nothing more than a farce. In other words..."

"You don't stand a chance against me!" Karma said as she opens her eyes, creating a powerful pressure that pushed Killer bee back a bit and made many among the audience shudder and murmur among themselves.

"What the heck was that?!"

"Such tremendous power... That Dreygar girl is no pushover!"

"She is a Dreygar! What do you expect? They were the strongest tribe in Agaroth!"

"You don't have to say that. We all know how they got that title."

"Still, it doesn't change the fact that that Tenplar is going to lose."

"Yeah. Unless that Tenplar girl is hiding some sort of special abilities, she should just forfeit for her own good."

"Yes, she should probably forfeit."

"That pressure... It was far more ominous than Van's." Reyla said within herself with a wide-eyed expression, "That girl is going to die..!"

"Bee... What will you do now?" Chief Tenya asked within herself while clenching her fists.

"WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT!!" Trengal said, "KARMA JUST RELEASED AN INSANE AMOUNT OF PRESSURE WITH JUST A GLARE!! KILLER BEE IS SHIVERING JUST FROM FEELING THAT POWER!!"

Killer bee's face was slightly pale, along with her eyes being widened with fear as she stood on her feet while trembling and facing the ground.

"T-this power ... It's too great!" Killer bee said within herself, "Who am i kidding? I don't stand a chance against her! Should... Should i forfeit?"

"No!" Killer bee said within herself as she clenches her fist and raised up her head with a determined expression, "There is no way I'm giving up, right before the fight even started! I am a warrior of Agaroth and a pilgrim candidate! I cannot go this far after everything I've been through, only to back down just because my opponents seem stronger than me!

I will not run neither will i cower, because...!

"Because it is my warrior's way!" Killer bee said while emitting a golden aura.

"Alright then." Karma said, "Have it your way." .

"BEGIN!!" Trengal said

Killer bee advances towards Karma at high speed and attacks with a back kick which was easily blocked by Karma and ended up creating a mild shockwave.  Killer bee hops back a bit and leaps in the air and performs an axe kick, but the attack was easily blocked again which created another mild shockwave.

Killer bee backflips to the ground, and quickly charges towards Karma, throwing multiple punches and kicks at Karma but Karma was easily dodging all of them.

"Killer bee punches, too?" Cloud asked, "She truly went easy on me during the rumble."

"Killer bee punches but she uses more of kicks in a battle." Sting said, "Wait a minute! You fought Bee in the rumble? How did you win? Tell me."

"I thought i told you this, before?" Cloud asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Huh?!" Sting said with a confused expression.

"Is that what we should be talking about?" Rish asked while facing the arena, "This battle between an S rank and an A- candidate is nothing more than a joke. Killer bee should do what's right for her and just surrender."

Sting noted Cloud slowly clenching his fist while staring at Rish with a stern demeanor.

Meanwhile at the arena, Killer bee  was still trying multiple attempts to hit Karma, Karma was easily blocking all of them with one hand while paying attention to her fingernails.

"She is not even paying attention to this fight at all." Killer bee said within herself while trying to hit Karma, 'This is like a waste of time to her."

In a flash, Karma hurls her fist towards Bee which Bee instinctively guards against but the force of her punch, violently sent Killer bee rolling back.

"HOLY CRAP!" Trengal said, "KARMA HAS FINALLY MADE A MOVE AND PUT AN END TO KILLER BEE'S BARRAGE! THINGS ARE ABOUT TO GET SERIOUS, FOLKS!!"

As Killer bee struggled to stand, she noticed her arms to be severely shaking.

"My arms..." Killer bee said within herself while staring at them, "That attack earlier... i barely blocked it."

Killer bee recalls as she quickly guards against Karma's punch.

"If that attack had hit me... I would ha-"

"You have improved, Bee." Karma cuts in, prompting Bee to raise her head to look at her, "Looks like our constant sparring has paid off. However, you are aware that attack was a weak one, right? You cannot beat me, so don't waste everyone's time and just give up."

"No. Not yet." Killer bee weakly said, " I've still got a lot of fight left in me."

Karma slightly bends her head in confusion as Bee was hopping. Killer bee stops and exhales, setting herself in a stance to run.

"That punch earlier... I have to be more vigilant." Killer bee said within herself, "I have sparred with Karma multiple times. Surely, i must have improved somewhere against her..."

Killer bee closed and exhales again.

"Alright, here i go." Killer bee said within herself.

Killer bee sprints towards Karma and in a flash, she appeared over Karma and her straight punch, leaving many of the audience in shock.

"Gates!" Killer bee said while in mid air as she stretched out her arms and emitted a golden aura from her palms.

A golden portal appeared underneath Karma and Karma found herself in mid air with Killer bee while being surrounded by multiple golden portals.

"Now take this!!" Killer bee said as she disappears from the air and Karma began to react to multiple invisible attacks, prompting her to set her arms to guard.

"I DON'T BELIEVE IT!" Trengal said, "KILLER BEE IS BRINGING THE FIGHT TO KARMA AND IS ACTUALLY DOING SOME DAMAGE!!"

This left many of the audience in shock and they began to murmur among themselves.

"Unbelievable."

"Impossible."

"The Dreygar girl may have been stronger but her arrogance brought her to this situation."

"That's right. You can do this, Bee!" Cloud said within himself, "Keep fighting and don't stop!"

Meanwhile as Karma was still guarding against the invisible attacks, Killer bee appears over Karma in mid air, cups both of her hands and with a battle cry, she smashed Karma down to the ground.

Karma lands on her feet and as Killer bee appeared behind Karma in mid air to kick her, Karma lands an elbow attack on Killer bee's belly (without even looking) causing Bee to cough out blood and lands a hardcore punch on Bee, sending her roughly rolling back.

This moment, left many of the audience shocked and dumbfounded.

"WHAT THE...! KARMA JUST TOOK CONTROL OF THE MATCH WITH EASE!!" Trengal said, "LOOKS LIKE KARMA HAS BEEN TOYING WITH HER, ALL ALONG!!"

"Toying with her?" Cloud asked within himself, "Bee..."

Back at the arena, Killer bee was kneeling on the ground along with her visions blurring as Karma was walking towards her.

"To be honest, i was starting to get bored with you hitting me from different directions with your portals." Karma said while staring down, "Can you find something else to entertain me with?"

"Entertain you with..?! What the hell?!" Cloud asked within himself in shock.

"Like hell!" Killer bee said as she placed her palms on the ground, "Gates: Consecutive rush!"

Millions of portals quickly surrounds Karma but Karma disperses them quickly with just an effortlessly swipe of her hand, leaving Killer bee stunned.

"I'm not talking about that boring thing." Karma said with her eyes closed, "Don't you have anything else to entertain me with? I've seen this move before."

"She wiped out all of my gates with just one swipe of her arm?" Killer bee asked within herself, "How is this even possible?"

"If you have nothing else to offer me then this fight is over." Karma said with a dark glare as her red irises glowed brighter.

Karma appears in front of Bee and lands a knee to her belly before she could react which made her cough out spittle and Karma began to smack Killer bee around with her fists.

"What's wrong, Bee?!" Karma asked while punching her, "Didn't you say that you were going to win?! Aren't you going to fight back?! You're weak! You're too weak! You don't have the power to do anything! And right now...!"

"All you can do... Is regret puffing your chest at me!" Karma said as speed of her punches, massively increases, prompting Killer bee to scream out in pain.

"Know your damn place, Bee!!" Karma said as she finalized everything with a straight kick that sent Killer bee violently bouncing back.

Killer bee began to cough out blood while trembling as she struggles to get up but ends up falling on the ground, which brought murmurings among the audience.

"This isn't a match. This is a beat down."

"Yeah, a very brutal one."

"She should stay down."

"Yeah, she can't win."

"Yeah, she should just stay down."

Among the audience, the shopkeeper stared down at the arena with his arms crossed.

"Not even your own friend, huh." The shopkeeper said within himself.

"This isn't looking good at all." Cloud said.

"What were you expecting?" Rish asked, "This is a fight between an S rank and an A-. Did you honestly think she ever stood a chance in the first place?"

"Man, Karma has shown her dominance in this fight!" Trengal said, "What can Killer bee do to defeat her?!"

This is like a repetition of the previous round." A Ripar male said.

"Yeah, it is." A Tenplar male said, "She should probably forfeit for her own good."

"Yes, she should forfeit." A redhead Tenplar woman said, "I won't blame her if she does."

"Still, i can't get over the fact that a Dreygar survived the unknown slaughter." A bald Ripar man said, "I wonder if there is anyone else that survived."

The voices of the crowd echoed in the court, telling Killer bee to stay down and give up as she  groaned in pain while struggling to get up.

"Give up!"

"Give up, young lady!"

"Yeah, no will blame you if you forfeit!"

"This is for your own good!"

"Give up!!"

"Damn it, my body..." Killer said within herself while struggling to get up, "These people don't expect me to win. Well, nobody expects me to win. But what they are saying about me is true. It was foolish of me to think that i could fight her; This fight is completely above me.

I guess the best thing to do is-"

"Hey, Bee! what do hell do you think you are doing?!" A masculine voice shouted, "Get up and fight!"

Killer bee opens her eyes in shock and looked up at the audience center, seeing it to be Cloud, who happened to be standing with a frowning demeanor, leaving Sting, Pit, Rish and many others to stare at him with astonishment.

"C-Cloud?" Killer bee asked with a wide-eyed expression.

"Bee, when you fought me, you were over 3 thousand times stronger than me." Cloud said, "You beat the crap out of me and tossed me around like a rag doll, but i never gave up! I fought with everything i had and i was still willing to give more!

Now that you are in the same type of situation I was, you want to give up? Not on your life!! Don't you dare give up! Warriors don't quit, they fight till the bitter end! I don't care what others say about you! I believe in you, so stand up and fight! You can do this! Now go!!"

Sting and Pit smiles at Cloud after he had finished encouraging Killer bee.

At the Chiefs center, the other Chiefs noted Chief Tenya bending her head while smiling with her eyes closed.

"What a friend, indeed." Chief Tenya said within herself.

"You really know your way into a girl's heart, don't you, Cloud?" Reyla asked within herself while smiling.

"I thought you were joking when you said he was alive but now i see you weren't." A bald red bearded man said.

"Would i joke about something like this, father?" Reyla asked.

Meanwhile at the teachers center, Schroeder, Leorona and Zera were smiling at what Cloud had done.

"Not bad." Zotek said with a stoic face.

Killer bee, who happened to be lying down on the ground, was staring at Cloud with a mildly surprised but grateful look.

"He never doubted me..." Killer bee said within herself, Even when others were against me, he never was."

"If he truly believes in me, then i can't afford to betray his trust...!" Killer bee said within herself while getting up, "I must fight!"

The crowd became astonished as Killer bee stood on her feet.

"THIS IS INCREDIBLE!" Trengal said, "BECAUSE OF CLOUD'S ENCOURAGEMENT, KILLER BEE HAS REGAINED HER STRENGTH AND IS READY TO FIGHT TO THE VERY END!!"

The audience began to murmur among themselves due to what they were witnessing.

"Unbelievable..."

"Incredible..."

"She is really ready to do it."

"Is she sure about this?"

"Damn. My body... It hurts a lot." Killer bee said while touching her chest and emitting a golden aura from her hand, "But it doesn't matter. What matters is that i fight!"

Killer bee's wounds disappears while Karma stares at her with a stoic expression.

"So, i see you want to continue, huh?" Karma asked.

"Sorry Karma, but Cloud is right." Killer bee said, "I can't give up when i haven't given everything I've got."

"So, lady Karma of the Dreygar tribe..." Killer bee said while emitting a blazing golden aura.

"Lady?!" Pit asked within herself.

"If it is entertainment you want... Then entertainment you shall get!" Killer bee said with a grin as her golden irises glowed brighter.
