The year 5506 is much more advanced than the technology used a few millennia ago. With the reduction and limitations of Earth's resources, mankind was forced to find a new place to fulfill their ever-increasing demand. The Earth is vastly different from when the first signs of technology began appearing in the civilisations, but not how metallic and rundown people would think. After the first successful exploration into space outside of our system, the countries who warred over resources made an alliance with the promise that they will go find a new planet to colonise.

Of course, the millennia war took a toll on the Earth, starting from 2116 to 3034 it left many places in ruins. Unfortunately technology stagnated to the point that some countries even went backwards in advancement, using cheap but indestructible phones, transportation that runs off of the banned fossil fuels, the technology really digressed.

What no one foresaw was at the start of the wars of the Allies and the Axis is that one of the leading countries decided to be a bystander. The United Kingdom had a very favourable position in the world in time during wars. The rest of the countries did not really mind all that much, as since they dwell on an Island they will surely run out of resources very quickly, but the reality made them feel sour. The United Kingdom became a paradise of sorts and never once interacted in the wars even until the very end. In fact they were the ones who proposed 'peace' in the form of armed technology that the rest of the world has never seen before. But of course most people weren't willing, but they were when the UK announced that they have made progress in space and will offer spaceships that will allow for galactic exploration on the terms that each country settles on a new planet.

They all hesitated but in the end they relented and took a few hundred years to absorb the technology given to them and to recreate it into their own, that was also a condition as the UK wouldn't just share technology it had been working on for a millennia for free. A few hundred years after the war, 3400, the only country left on the planet was the UK. They then colonised the rest of the planet but under very specific conditions. Each continent can only have 1 Mega City which is 1 million km², 3 Super Cities which are 250 thousand km², 10 regular cities which is 100 thousand km² and 100 small cities that are 10 thousand km² each. This would take 26,250,000 km² of the Earth's land mass, which leaves the rest of the Earth, 483,850,000 km² left for either nature or agriculture. Therefore the earth just looks like a green and blue sphere with blobs of metal at different parts of the Earth, much more optimistic than other situations.

Within the capital of Earth, London, in a room in a skyscraper there was around 100 people. These were the UK's most-renowned and skilled pro league players, UK Royals, which was actually organised by the still standing Royal Family. Of course they were not just British as there are people who have plenty of other nationalities here. However over the course of millennia which reaches the current year 5506, a new race of sorts had begun to emerge which is the accumulation of years of reproduction between many nationalities but a strange occurrence happens within their DNA. When born they can have vastly different genetic makeups to their parents, e.g the Mother and Father could both have brown hair but the child ends up with green hair. That is another trait of this Era, people come in all different colours, literally.

They were all gathered around a holographic screen that displays quality thousands of time better than things like 32k pixel quality, it is literally like looking at real things. Of course technology would need to progress this fast, as eyesight and other senses have evolved incredibly to the point that they could see pixels in a 32k pixel screen. They were watching an advertisement that appeared a few days ago that rocked the whole galaxies, the introduction of Niva technology and the World of Niva.

Advertisements are much longer now as well, however human sense of time has changed. Due to the increasing life spans of where it is not uncommon for someone to reach 1000 years old even in an average household, people's perception of time had changed and therefore the advertisements accommodate that.

The screen showed a world that was all green and blue where you can see other planets from the ground of this lush planet. The World of Niva is set in a medieval-style period where the existence of mana is what propels the advancement of humans. Scientific technology is extremely behind, using ancient objects such as feather and ink, coal to power factories and introduction of cars that are similar to that of the Rolls Royce Phantom Limousine in the 1920s. The technology is very rarely used though as it only brought disadvantages when compared to mana-technology that is much better in quality and brings no disadvantages. Every being in the World of Niva has mana and they have the ability to control mana somewhat, atleast.

There is 12 playable races from the start of this game. Each race has an opportunity to evolve into another race at various levels, which means players are not limited to just these races. Within the World of Niva there are hundreds of races and some races that have not even been discovered. Dungeons allow players to earn EXP and gain items that would usually be very hard to get when killing monsters in the wild. The NPCs are incredibly realistic and the only way to know if it is a player or not would be through the use of the player tags (PT) above their heads, but there are named NPCs which are important characters and may mix with the players, and if it never told you it was an NPC, you would very likely think it was a player. NPCs also have the use of the [System] that is also granted to players.

The screen started zooming in on various areas of the map. Showcasing the different empires and kingdoms spread across the World of Niva. The human empire that thrives with many races, the demon kingdoms that are shrouded with darkness, and the other kingdoms. You could see new races which are unplayable but possibly able to evolve into, in fact if you meet certain prerequisites then there isn't a race you cannot evolve into. It zoomed in onto the Beastmen cities that looked like a massive market with dirty buildings, and then it went to a Kingdom of Faeries where a beautiful Queen and King were busy doing their own things, and then showed the Elves who looked like taller Faeries without the pretty wings but carried a more noble temperament. After going through all the different Kingdoms and places of interest, the advertisement continued onto the advertisements scheduled afterwards.

"This is our next target, the World of Niva and we will create a guild that will crush all the others!" A handsome youth of the age 132 shouted with vigor. He could see the excitement in all of his comrades eyes, he was certainly going to be the leader of a guild that rules.

The next advertisements played quietly in the background "The new novel, Demoness of the Snow Lotus is an interesting blast to the past.... Buy Now! Pure and free-range Muffuloof eggs!.... Sales on tickets to the Whirlpool Galaxy, only 10,000 ponyuns!"
