Creed's POV

I clenched my fist in frustration as I sat alone on a bench.

'I have to do something, I can't be sitting here like I did last time.'

I got up and began to pace around to think of something I can do to help them.

'Pascal and the machines are helping manufacture bullets so I don't think it'll do much.'

I then left the camp but then an android stopped me.

"Sorry Creed but 2B told us not to let you out." he apologized

I groaned and looked around and sighed but then I looked at the top of the buildings and thought of something.

'Maybe, maybe I can over watch them from up there.'

"Hey is anyone watching the battle from the top of the buildings?" I asked

"No one's stationed there." he replied

"Look I won't do anything reckless that'll make 2B mad, I'll just over watch the battle and coordinate the battle." I said

"But 2B threatened me saying that if I let you out she'll kill me." he shuddered while saying that

"Look I'll take full responsibility for that." I said

"Sorry I can't do that." he said

I groaned in defeat and looked at the buildings.

"Then send someone to overwatch what's going on." I said

The android looked confused but then Anemone approached me.

"Creed, 2B told us about you. You should go back inside and rest." she said

"Okay I'll rest if you send some on top of one of those buildings to over watch the battle. It'll effectively help us win for sure." I said

Anemone pulled out something and it looked like a device and handed it to me.

"Then you go over watch." she said, "I'll let 2B know, she'll be okay with this."

I nodded and took the device and looked at it confused.

"What's this?" I asked

"Radio transmission so that you can communicate with the platoons." she replied

"Give me a sitrep." I said

"We're divided into 5 platoons with about 60 androids in each. Three platoons are stationed in the front. First is stationed on the left, third in the middle and second on the right. Fourth platoon is going to hold the second barricade while fifth holds here but they're mostly gone because they're helping clean up." said Anemone

"Got it." I replied

I decided to walk towards the first blockade and when I got there 2B looked at me and sighed.

"Normally I would force you to go back but this time it's reasonable." she said

"I know, I won't jump in to fight." I said

I looked around and began looking for the perfect building which turned out to be the tallest building, the place we trained.

"I'll let you know if I see anything." I said

2B nodded so I left and headed up towards the building and onto the roof with a chair I found on one of the floors. Once I got there, I was flooded with memories of our training sessions, how much fun we had here. I let a few happy tears run down my cheeks cause it felt so nice to be up here after 2 years of not being here.

I leaned against the edge and began looking through my binoculars, I could see all the platoons clearly except for half of both first and second. But I could see the other streets and the forest kingdom up ahead.

I picked up the device Anemone gave me and examined and tried to use it but I was so confused and I kept looking at it until I decided to press a button and hold onto it.

"Hello, this is Creed, does anyone hear me?" I talked into the device

"Nines responding, I hear you." replied Nines

"Okay I figured how to use this but is anyone on recon?" I asked

"Yes there's an android out there." replied Nines

"Got it." I said

I continued looking out towards the Forest Kingdom but I saw movement in the trees.

"I got movement, heading towards the third platoon." I said into the device

I saw all the androids get into position and I continued watching but it was an android running back.

"Hold your fire, just the android." I said

I saw Jackass talking with the android and they seem to relax. I sat on the chair, leaned back and rubbed my eyes in frustration.

'Why do I have a disease? What the hell did I do?'

I began coughing again but it wasn't as severe as the ones from before.

'I hope the treatment keeps me alive.'

I took a deep breath and held it in for four seconds and exhaled and counted to four again. I began to feel the breeze against my face as my cloak tried to fly away from me.

But then I felt someone wrap their arms around me and I saw that it was 2B's arms but she gently bit my ear making me blush a bit.

"I think we should do it here." she whispered

"2-2B?" I gasped

She began to caress my body and I felt myself shiver from her touch.

"Sh-shouldn't you be d-down there with your platoon?" I asked

"The android said that their army is devastated right now and once a machine is devastated it can't function." she replied
