Chapter 30 An Anti-heroes beginning
Fujitsu begins to hear an echoed voice call out to him as he begins to regain consciousness and sees a figure looking down at him. Sand starts to come from behind the figure and starts to surround fujitsu, "it's about time you begin to notice my existence boy" the figure says as their eyes become more visible to fujitsu showing their sandy orange colored eyes with star pupils that give off a menacing stare.
The figure began to get closer and closer to fujitsu's face " Who are you" fujitsu says as sand swarmed around fujitsu making a cocoon of sand around him "You'll know when the time comes" the figure says. Fujitsu wakes up abruptly forgetting he had injuries he slowly got up and tried his best to make it back to the town as he makes his way back to the town he sees a family of rabbits huddled up together. Fujitsu looks at the family of rabbits with dead eyes and imagines himself and his family being happy together he resumes making his way as he stops looking at the family a wolf swept by and took one of the baby rabbits with it. Fujitsu turns around and sends a sand pillar at the wolf killing it and continues to walk. "I'm gonna find that iron sand bastard again along with Kane" fujitsu says in his head as he began to see the town come into view "I gotta find kane most definitely since he's created weapons out of alchemy-canceling material" fujitsu says in his head.
(A few minutes later)
"How did this even happen Fuji" Doctor Shā asks fujitsu looks away "I fell down some stone steps" fujitsu responds shā almost broke down into laughter fujitsu quickly turns his head to see his aunt trying her best to not laugh after what he told her. "How did you fall down the steps" Shā asks as she continues to try not to laugh "I tripped over my foot ok" fujitsu says with a sour face Shā couldn't hold her laughter anymore she busted out laughing
fujitsu looks down at her laughing. "Ok ok I'm sorry" shā says after she began to regain her composure "Aunty I want to leave town" fujitsu says as he looks down at the floor and then looks at her shā looks at him confused "What do you mean leave town it's not because of what happened last night with the tower is it" shā says with a questioned face. Fujitsu gets up off the bed "I feel like there is something bigger going out in the world other than here in Hajimari" fujitsu says with a more serious face shā looks at fujitsu with a more concerned face "fuji don't tell me you're still thinking about continuing to be an alchemist" shā
Says with a scared face." I am, I think I can be a real alchemist officer that can help people" fujitsu says shā looks at him and begins to see a boy with a big smile on his face "You remind me of him when you say that" shā says as a gentle smile begins to form on her face she walks up and hugs fujitsu "Fine you win just let me know the day your heading out ok" shā says with a gentle face.
(Next morning )
Shā walked fujitsu to the train to vakos city shā gave fujitsu one last big hug just before the conductor tells everyone all aboard "Before you go take this so you don't forget your aunt's pretty face" Shā hands fujitsu a picture of them together. They wave goodbye to each other as the train leaves the station fujitsu looks at the town one last time and then at the photo his aunt gave him a tear rolls down his face I'll miss you aunt shā.
(1 year later in Vakos city)
A man screams for help right before he gets stabbed in the back with a blade of sand standing over the man's body is a person with an Oni mask who then pulls the blade out of the man's back and vanishes with the wind.
