After another two hours, he got used to absorbing and transforming the energy into stamina, and so he tried using Sacred Perfection Body Tempering to see if he could use the two together already, he would be satisfied for today.

But after trying for 9 hours, he still couldn't do it, he felt as if he already did everything needed to be done, he perfected the rhythm of the body and he still couldn't even produce a single strand of internal energy.

It was evening now so he decided to head home and sleep.
