The Technological Faction
-Relies on Technological developments
--Consists of Humans, Beast men and Androids
--Views magic as Sufficiently advanced technology and refuses to believe its anything but that.
The Magical Faction
-Relies on Magical developments
--Consists of Elves, Demi-humans, Demons, etc.
---Views magic as superior to technology and views the technological faction with disdain due to their views on magic.
The Techno-Magic Faction
-Relies on a mixture of Magical and Technological developments
--Consists of a mixture of most races.
---Occasional internal conflict due to former members or kin that originated from either of the other two factions.

--Various sub-species exist
--Humanoids that look more like animal than a human
--Depending on the sub-species, there will be different inherent strengths

--Humanoids with bat-like wings and tails.
--High potential for magic

--Humanoids with small parts of their bodies having animal beastly characteristics
--Depending on the sub-species, there will be different inherent strengths

--Humanoids with an almost ethereal beauty regardless of gender and long pointed ears.

--Moderate potential for physical comb
--Tends to look poorly upon teachnology
-Humans
--Have the most diverse potential for varying aspects
--No potential for magic, except in a few cases where the potential is on par with the strongest
-More races are going to be included.

The MC would be reincarnated into this world, but before doing so goes through a series of strange events. The first thing he notices is that he doesn't have a body, but can still see properly.
A screen appears in front of him stating that he will reincarnated into a new world. He is given the choice of which faction he would be born in. He ends up choosing the Techno-Magic faction, because there isn't a point to limiting himself to technology or magic.
He is also informed that the world he is being sent into has a level system. Most people need to choose a class and can only learn skills and abilities from that class.
The MC is given the power to learn any skill or ability.
