Kill Hody Jones And Get [Earthly Immortal]!

The three-headed fishmen advanced step by step. Just as their Short Swords were about to strike Arias, footsteps approached from the side.

"Halt!"

Hearing the voice, the three-headed fishman immediately lowered his Short Sword. A great white shark man with long black curly hair and sharp teeth walked over, holding a rusty steel fork. Behind him trailed a dozen dirty fish-man gangsters.

"Boss!" The three-headed fishman respectfully shouted.

As this fish-man appeared, the fear on Arias's face vanished. It seemed his guess was correct.

"Why isn't this human afraid when he sees me?" Hody Jones looked at Arias condescendingly. "I, Hody Jones, am the boss of this fish-man street! I will kill all humans in the future! Only fish-men deserve to enjoy this world! Today, I will use your blood to commemorate the first step of the future plan!"

After declaring his intentions, Hody Jones fiercely thrust his steel fork forward. Arias, however, stood still, with five translucent mask shields rotating around his body – the five directions of enlightenment granted by Xian Tongzi's destiny.

The steel prongs struck the shields, discovering their impenetrable defense. Frustrated, Hody Jones thickened his arm and attempted another stab, but the Five Directions Revealed Truth held strong.

"How can it be?" Hody Jones exclaimed in confusion. Arias's will extended like lightning, seizing his neck. Lifted with tremendous force, Hody Jones struggled to breathe as his steel fork fell to the ground. The fishman's face turned purple, and he gasped for air.

The fairy boy's destiny not only provided defensive skills but also a robust body and natural strength. Arias applied more pressure, breaking Hody Jones's throat bone with a crisp sound. However, uncertain if this alone would kill a fishman, he exerted additional force, crushing Hody Jones's neck.

The head rolled to the ground. In the Pirate World's worldview, decapitation without Devil Fruit abilities typically meant death. As Arias squeezed Hody Jones's neck, a systematic voice resonated in his mind:

"Kill Hody Jones in advance, and the entire Fish Men Island will be changed in the future! The reward is [Earthly Immortal]!"

As Hody Jones met his demise, several other fishmen were frightened to death. Arias, with a cold glance, recognized that his objective was achieved, and he had no intention of continuing the bloodshed.

As he turned to leave, a sharp voice echoed, "Humans are killing fishmen!" Arias faced a short but strong fish-man shouting loudly, quickly followed by a swarm of fish-men emerging from Fishman Street.

Witnessing the severed body of Hody Jones, initial fright turned into collective outrage among the fish-men. Arias frowned, realizing that killing on Fish Men Island would lead to dire consequences for the fish-men themselves.

The commotion attracted Poseidon troops, who surrounded Arias. The mermaid captain ordered, "Take him away!" Mermaid warriors advanced to apprehend Arias.

"Stop!" Just as Arias contemplated defending himself, the right minister arrived with Shirahoshi and Hancock. Seeing Arias targeted by a mermaid warrior, Hancock nearly erupted. The right minister hurriedly comforted her, "Miss Hancock, please be patient. There must be a misunderstanding here, and I will solve it!"

More people gathered, demanding an explanation from the mermaid captain: "What's going on?"

When the mermaid captain saw the right minister's intervention, he quickly explained, "Humans killed a merman in Fishman Street, and I was about to capture him."

The right minister frowned, surveying the murloc gangsters loudly accusing human murlocs. Turning to Arias, he asked, "Your Excellency Arias, did you kill this merman?"

"Yes," Arias confessed.

The right minister's frown deepened, but considering Arias had previously saved a mermaid girl from human pirates, he believed Arias wouldn't harm innocent beings. He inquired, "Why?"

Arias responded coldly, "I came back to look for a ring. As soon as I found it and was about to return, three fishmen stopped me and tried to kill me. Since I've accepted Mr. Neptune's hospitality, I naturally didn't want trouble, so I defended myself."

He continued, "Unexpectedly, I got lost in this street, and the merman led a group of mermen to surround me with a steel fork, wanting to kill me. Right minister, wouldn't you fight back in such a situation?"

The right minister, aware of Fishman Street's opposition to Princess Otohime's peaceful coexistence plan, understood the potential animosity. Acknowledging Arias's justification for self-defense, he considered the circumstances.

However, a little fishman shouted, "He lied! We didn't provoke him; he came in and killed Hody Jones!"
