The Nara would be proud

"We have taken the position in Konoha, what about you?" The Raikage was in a good mood because of the victory over Konoha. On the other hand, the Tsuchikage was stressed. "We are still at a stalemate" the stone and sand have had multiple battles but have not been able to get an edge.

It began to look like the battle between the sand and the stone would have to do with the Kage. The problem was that the Kazekage wouldn't come out of the village and the stone couldn't get any closer than they are to the sand.

"They are most likely going to see what happens to Konoha before making a big move, I suggest that us and the cloud send shinobi to the sand to try and push them back so we can put more pressure on Konoha." said Akashi

"I agree, but I don't know about the Raikage'' the Raikage didn't know what to think. On one hand, it would help in the war but if somebody like Tobirama showed up with a big army it would be bad because of the lack of fighters.

"We could send some, but if we send too many it would be disadvantageous" the Tsuchikage was happy at the news. "How many can you send?" after thinking for a moment we all decided to send 500 shinobi over.

-Hokage and Kazekage meeting-

Hashirama, the Hokage, and Reto, the Kazekage, were having a meeting over the war. Because of his military smarts, Tobirama was also there. Hashirama spoke first "The cloud is pushing us back and I don't want to step in but I might have to."

Hashirama said it in a sad voice 'why do we have to have a war anyways' he let out a sigh. Tobirama spoke next "Because they are pushing us back but can't gain anything on the sand they will most likely send more people over to the sand.

Both kage agreed to this statement. Tobirama spoke again, "Based on their location I have figured out the most likely route they will choose, we should ambush them there."

He said as he pulled out a map and pointed at it like a history teacher. The Hokage and Kazekage then spoke at the same time "I agree."

-Back with Akashi and the other Kage"

"They will think that we will come from this side," he said pointing at the same location Tobirama did. "But there would be two advantages if we don't. One they will not expect it. And two we can attack them from the side they won't have as many people on."

He thought they should choose the long way of getting around because of the higher chance of success. "But they will likely think of us trying to send reinforcements and try to ambush us and if we are not there it will raise suspicions, so we should send a smaller team on this side. And if they don't ambush then it will be extra reinforcements, it's a win-win."

The Raikage and Tsuchikage both thought about it and decided that it was the best suit of action to go the longer way.

-a couple of days later-

After receiving the orders both teams headed out. Right now the captain of the smaller team was on high alert. Both sides were not told about the other, so it would be believable if they got ambushed.

The smaller team consisted of around 100 or so people. They had 15 jounin, 10 chunin, and 65 genin. It was a weak team but it would still serve its purpose to distract the enemy.

As the captain was walking he heard something and signaled everybody to get ready to fight. Suddenly a kunai was launched into his neck. They all turned to where it came from. There was a man with a beige color outfit and white eyes, they all knew this clan "It's the Hyuuga!"

There was plenty of other shinobi for Konoha so the 'Reinforcements' were taken care of easily. "Ha, isn't this a little low to be Reinforcements?" "Yeah, they must be scared of us, after all, we are the strongest village!" two random ninjas said as they laughed

On the other side, the real Reinforcements were on their way. It would normally take around ten days to reach the sand from the leaf with this route. But with them using carriages it would only take around four days.

-Four days later-

Once reaching suna they looked at the attack point. Because this was the opposite side of the battlefield there were MAYBE 100 guards, so it wouldn't be hard to break in. they would start their attack two days from now. That would give them time to get the reports about the stones 'Reinforcements' being dead and they would lower their guard.

this is the best chapter I have made in the past 5 or so chapters. Also, how should I handle Minato?
