Chapter 9 Miracle

Konoha.

Uchiha Residence.

In the living room,

"So how are you going to perform a miracle?" Asked Sakura, a curious look in her green eyes, the bet was set, she looked forward to his performance.

"Just watch Sakura-San, you'll surely be surprised" Said Ryuma smiling, as he picked the black package that he brought here, and opened it.

"A mouse?" The package was opened, revealing a small cage inside with a white mouse in it, which surprised Sakura.

"Take a close look at it Sakura-San, look at those green marks" Ryuma pushed the cage a little closer towards Sakura and motioned her to look at it carefully.

"Is it poisoned?" Sakura took a close look, and like Ryuma pointed, she did find small green marks on its body, the mouse looked too weak to even move.

"Yes it is, we should go to the yard Sakura-San, it'll be easier for me" Suggested Ryuma, looking towards Sakura, as he didn't want to operate on the table.

"Okay" Hearing his suggestion, Sakura nodded as she also didn't want a mouse to be placed on the dining table, it really is better in the yard.

Following Sakura, Ryuma arrived at the yard as without wasting anymore time, he opened the cage and raised it slightly, the white mouse sliding out, falling on the grass, still not moving too weak.

Thud…

Ryuma squatted down his sword right on his shoulders, Sakura also coming near him, both of them looking at the mouse.

"It's time for the magic…" laughed Ryuma, and in the curious eyes of Sakura, he stretched out his hand, palm facing down his fingers bent.

"What's that?" Suddenly Sakura's eyes widened as she saw a small spinning cyclone appearing in the palm of Ryuma.

"ROOM- "But she didn't get an answer from Ryuma who just rolled his fingers the next moment, the cyclone spreading out, a spherical blue zone covering an area of 30 meters, both Sakura and Ryuma inside.

"What kind of Jutsu is this?" Asked Sakura as she stood up and looked at the blue curtain around her, a curious look in her eyes.

"It's not a Jutsu, it's a Kekkai-Genkai Sakura-San" Ryuma who squatted beside the mouse, turned to look at Sakura and cleared her confusion with the answer he had prepared long ago.

He knew one day his abilities would be revealed, and Kekkai-Genkai was the way to cover it up, although it was not the best way, but he couldn't come up with another excuse.

"Kekkai-Genkai? Interesting!" Said Sakura, a smile appearing on her face, looking forward to what ability does this never seen before Kekkai-Genkai of Ryuma holds.

"Watch closely" Ryuma motioned to Sakura to look towards the mouse on the grass and held the sword on his shoulders in his right hand.

Clink…

Swish…

The next moment, Ryuma sheathed the sword, a long blade appearing, as he gently sliced it towards the mouse on the ground.

A cold light flashed in the void, the mouse on the ground stiffening for a moment, before from the waist, it suddenly was divided into two, upper and lower body separated.

Squeak…

The weak mouse was terrified as it let out small panicked voices, but it only lasted for a second, as it seems to feel no pain, a confused look in its small eyes.

"Y-you…"

"Take a closer look, do you see any blood?" Seeing him dividing the mouse into two, Sakura was stunned as she looked at him not knowing what to say, but Ryuma quickly cleared the confusion and pointed towards the mouse which lay divided into two on the ground.

Tap…

"What is this? What did you do?" Sakura hurriedly moved forward, sitting beside Ryuma, giving the mouse a thorough look a shocked look in her eyes.

"This is just the start, let's continue" Ryuma didn't answer he words for now and calmly he once again motioned her to focus on the mouse.

"TAKT-"

Ryuma moved one of his fingers upward, the mouse currently divided into two began to float, rising to the height parallel to Ryuma's and Sakura's face.

Squeak…

Ryuma's fingers began to dance, small green particles began to flow out of the body of mouse, hovering in the air, lastly Ryuma moved his fingers once again, the upper and lower body of the mouse getting reattached, like it was never separated.

Ryuma placed the mouse on the ground, as the now healthy mouse ran away at a speed of light, todays experience leaving a deep shadow on him.

"This…it's a miracle…." Sakura's fingers trembled, as looking at Ryuma, she said in a quivering tone, her eyes still widened from what she saw.

A poisoned mouse before her was cut open, but it didn't bleed, then the poison particles floated out of its body, and at last, it's body got reattached like it never got separated, a never seen miracle for an expert medical shinobi like Sakura.
