Ch 17 : Chisaki's determination

After the beating from the Third Kazekage, Chisaki didn't immediately stand up.

He lay on the ground for a pretty long time, as if trying to digest what the Thord Kazedkage was saying just now.

It was only after a few hours later that Konan eventually brushed up her courage to go near Chisaki.

" Chisaki, you okay? Don't mind that old mind words, he-"

But before Konan could even finish her words, Chisaki pulled her into his embrace as he apologized to Konan.

" I'm sorry for worrying you, Konan. That old man's words have really waked me up. I'm sorry for being such a bitch!"

" Ah..."

The sudden words and gestures really made Konan didn't know what to do. Her face was now full of red blush, but on the other hand, she still wanted to enjoy this hug a little bit longer.

" Don't worry, Chisaki, no matter what you do, I will always stay by your side and never leave you.."

" Yeah, I know you will, Konan. We will always stay together..."

It was such beautiful scenery.

Two kids made up with each other and embraced each other like brother and sister.

But hidden inside, the crazy desire for revenge began to emerge in Chisaki's mind. Blood must be paid by blood, and he wouldn't stop until he got his revenge on whoever killed his father.

Without him knowing, the simple words that Chisaki said just now would later lead to one of the biggest bombing incidents in Ninja world when he went missing a few years later.

The following day, after he said his goodbye to Konan, Chisaki left toward the Kazekage's office.

The Kazekage had specially requested that Chisaki did not need to enter the ninja school anymore as he had a special assignment to Chisaki.

Entering the building where the Kazekage's office resides, Chisaki met a few acquaintances, and all of them offered their condolences to him, with Chisaki responding politely.

It was pretty quick, but Chisaki was now able to put his guilt and regret aside. Yup, rather than locking his door and crying all day long, it would be a lot better if he was to go for the murderer of his father and get his revenge with his own hand.

After all, he needed the other side to feel the same feeling and despair as him.

Chisaki entered the Kazekage's office, and inside, the Third Kazekage seemed to be waiting for him.

There was a graduation application on Kazekage's desk. And the Kazekage was smoking from his pipe.

From Chisaki's experience in all these years knowing the Kazekage, the Third Kazekage was not a natural smoker and only smoked when he went through a stressful problem.

" You have come, Chisaki. I have been waiting for you. Come here and take a look at this form! It might be a bit too soon, but if you want, I could have you graduate from the academy now."

The Kazekage's words are not unexpected, as Chisaki was already at that level 1 year ago.

The only reason that held him back from graduating was that Chisaki still wanted to enjoy his leisure life. But now, it seemed that Chisaki had found a new motivation that made him think about graduating.

After thinking about it for a while, Chisaki eventually decided to take the Kazekage's offer.

" One of Konoha's elite ninja, Orochimaru!"

It was for just a slight moment, but The Third Kazekage was able to see the craziness in Chisaki eyes.

Damn.. did he just create a monster?

Still, Chisaki has his own choice and destiny, and all he could do was just to support whatever Chisaki chose as his elder.

"Then, come to the underground training ground tonight. We will do your assessment at 6 P.M. today.!"

"Yes, Kazekage sama!"

Later that day, at 6 P.M., at the underground training ground, Chisaki was right on time.

"On time huh, Chisaki!"

"Well, I'm not gonna be late for my graduation exam."

"Ha ha ha, you look very confident!"

"Of course, If I couldn't pass on my first try, then I wouldn't have the chance to get my revenge." Chisaki was standing straight!

The Third Kazekage sighed at Chisaki's response.

Revenge.. was it really the right thing to let Chisaki go to the battlefield this early?

This decision was made when the Third Kazekage saw Chisaki yesterday.
