Meeting a sage

TIMESKIP: 3 years

One could see a boy probably six years old running around the konoha village. The boy have black and red hair and is wearing light blue half sleeve shirt and a navy blue shorts with blue ninja sandals and have a grey ninja tool bag alon his waist and his fists are covered in bandages.

This boy was Haruto Uchiha Uzumaki who came to the village 3 years ago after his parents' death. He now looks more refined and is tall for his age.

During these three years he have started doing some minor work outs but was not allowed to train vigorously as it will hamper his growth. He sometimes practice shurikenjutsu with itachi and another boy older than both him and itachi. His name was Shisui and he was also from Uchiha clan and was regarded as a genius along with itachi who is regarded as a genius born only in hundred years.

Haruto used to compete with both itachi and Shisui in many things like taijutsu, shurikenjutsu and many other things but was never able to beat them.

Although being better than Haruto in almost everything, itachi was still a bit jealous of him because both Haruto's and itachi's younger brothers Naruto and Sasuke were mainly attracted and spent time with him which made itachi very jealous of Haruto.

Haruto was trying to ask Minato to teach him his FTG, to which Minato denied saying that he do not have enough chakra.

Haruto was also not allowed to use his mangekyo unless he was in life or death situation. When Haruto asked for not allowing him to use his eyes he was told that too much use of mangekyo can make him blind which was enough to make a child comply in fear.

Haruto also had many friends but they were mostly from Naruto's generation and were clan heirs of various clans. They regarded Haruto as their leader not because he was older but because he was kind to everyone of them. They would follow his every command with even questioning him as they trusted him blindly.

They all met at the birthday of the Hyuga heiress Hinata's 3rd birthday and since then they have been friends. On that day after the party a cloud ninja tried to kidnap Hinata but was stopped by the likes of Haruto and itachi who captured him without killing.

Today like all other days Haruto returned home after doing some morning exercises. When he reached home he found Kushina preparing breakfast so he decided to help her after getting refreshed.

After sometime Minato teleported in the living room. He was working the whole night in the office because of some meeting. When he came back his family greeted him.

They all sat down on the table and started eating their food. While eating Minato sighed. Seeing which Kushina asked, "what happened, is everything all right?" Minato said, "everything is fine, it's just that I am very tired."

Hearing his answer Haruto thought for a while about something and then said, "hey dad a few months ago itachi told me that his dad was also stressed and tired after a mission so to help him his whole family went to a hot spring, shouldn't we go as well?" Haruto was smiling while looking at his father and so was Naruto with his mouth open.

Hearing his opinion Minato thought for a while and then nodded in consent with a smile on his face. Seeing this Kushina smiled as well.

After some preparations they decided to go in a spring with a beautiful scenery covered with trees.

While they were walking towards the spring while talking Haruto was explaining Naruto what is a hot spring. When the spring came in view Naruto and Haruto raced to the destination seeing which their parents smiled.

Haruto reached the destination first while waiting for his family to arrive. He then noticed a man standing on a tree with binoculars in his hands looking somewhere with his mouth open.

Soon Haruto's family arrived. Seeing them there Haruto asked, "what is that man doing on the tree?" Haruto pointed in a direction in which the parents looked. They saw a man with spiky white hair wearing a red coat over marsh green clothes.

Seeing him both Minato and Kushina recognised him. Minato started to smile wryly and Kushina was flaring in anger.

Kushina reached the tree and went up without the man noticing her. She went closer to her and put her hand on his shoulder and started to release her killing intent and asked in a cold voice, " Jiraya sensei what are you doing here?"

Recognising the voice Jiraya frowned and turned his head in fear and said, "hi Kushina fancy meeting you here, I was just watching some birds here." Jiraya said that with a voice full of fear.

Hearing his answer Kushina snapped and punched his face with full strength making blood flow out of his nose. Jiraya flew and landed in front of the others.

Minato looked at him with pity and said, "long time no see sensei." Hearing his voice Jiraya looked upwards and saw his student and stood up and cleaned his nose and said, "indeed."

Kushina returned cracking her knuckles and asked, "so what were you doing here sensei?" Hearing her voice Jiraya his behind Minato and said, "save me from her please my life is at stake here, I was just doing my research."

Haruto and Naruto saw this and asked in a childish voice, "who is he dad and why mom is angry at him?"

Hearing them Minato and Kushina looked at each other, meanwhile Jiraya looked towards the source of voice and found two children standing there looking at him in a confused expression. Jiraya doing his usual stance said, "I am the great toad sage and also one of the three legendary sanins of konoha Jiraya."

Seeing his stance both Naruto and Haruto looked at each other and then started laughing. Seeing them Kushina also started laughing while Minato was trying to control his laughter. Seeing this Jiraya got pissed and said in an angry tone, "what is there to laugh, is something that funny here." They continued to laugh for a while and eventually stopped and Minato apologised saying, "sorry for there rudeness they are mine and Kushina's sons." He asked his sons to introduce themselves and so they did. Minato also told them that Jiraya was his sensei and was like their grandfather and about his achievements.

After Naruto and Haruto finished listening about his achievements they looked at their grandfather they looked at him with stars in their eyes and said, "COOL!!" at the same time. When Jiraya heard them he had a smug on his face.

After talking for a while Kushina remembered something and came near Jiraya and asked with anger, "I forgot about it, so what were you doing here?" Knowing Kushina well her family moved away from them and Minato said, "we are going inside, sensei do make sure to join us." Minato grabbed his children and ran inside without looking at Jiraya and thought, 'I hope you return back in a single piece.'
