First day at the academy

After hearing his answer everyone present in the room thought for a while but shrugged it off. All of them(except Naruto) know better than anyone how strong and smart Haruto really is.

"But why do you want to graduate from the academy so soon?" asked Kushina. When everyone heard her question they looked towards Haruto for the answer.

Haruto looked towards them and said, "I want to catch-up to Itachi as soon as possible and since he had already graduated from the academy I will have to make haste."

Hearing his answer everyone nodded and smiled at him. Gai even stood up from his chair and started talking about 'YOUTH'.

They continued the party without noticing the look that Haruto had while thinking about something.

The next morning Haruto along with Kushina were walking towards the academy while greeting everyone on their way.

"So are you excited today for joining the academy?" asked Kushina. "Nah, I am fine not excited that much since I don't know anyone who would be joining the academy along with me" replied Haruto with some disappointed in his voice.

Hearing him Kushina patted his head and said, "don't be like that you can always make new friends in the academy." Listening to her Haruto only nodded his head and started to talk with Kushina.

When they reached the academy they saw a lot of people gathering there and were conversing with each other. They waited for a while for the ceremony to start and every member of Uzumaki family knows that Kushina does not like waiting at all.

Anger was starting to build up in Kushina and she could explode anytime now. Seeing her getting angry Haruto could only sigh and thought, 'dad is going to die tonight for sure.'

After some time both Minato and Hiruzen came. The ceremony started with Hiruzen giving a speech about the will of fire and Minato trying to look away from an angry Kushina.

After the speech ended the children were asked to gather in their homerooms. So after parting with Kushina Haruto went to find his name in the list and find his homeroom.

When Haruto entered his homeroom all the other children were looking at him curiously as he looked younger than them.

Seeing their look Haruto was wondering what was happening but shrugged it off without any care. He found an empty seat and sat there.

After sometime a person having brown hair tied in a ponytail and having tanned skin with a cut above his nose came in the room.

He placed his books and files on the table and said, "Good morning everyone I am Iruka Umino will be your homeroom teacher for now on and I hope that we all could get along with each other. You can call me as Iruka-sensei. Now I guess we all should introduce ourselves."

After that everyone started introducing themselves their names, ambitions, likes, dislikes and other things. During the introduction Haruto noticed that most of the girls were looking at him like he was a prey but Haruto did not have it a second thought.

When Haruto's chance came he stood up and said, "Haruto Uchiha Uzumaki" and sat back down. Everyone gave him a second glance and then continued the introduction.

After the introduction was over Iruka told them to change their seats according to the arrangement given. Haruto sat with a boy who should be of Hyuga clan because he had a byakugan and a girl having blonde hair.

The girl looked towards them and said, "nice to meet you, my name is Nanami Yamanaka" to her response Haruto and the boy nodded and the boy said, "nice to meet you as well my name is Kogarashi Hyuga" he had a sense of pride as he belonged to the Hyuga clan. They both now looked towards Haruto. Noticing their gaze Haruto smiled and said, "Hello my name is Haruto. I hope we could get along."

After all the students had finished taking their seats Iruka started his lesson. After the lesson was over Iruka told everyone to assemble in the training ground.

In the training ground the students were asked to perform some target practice with shuriken and kunai having Haruto taking first place in both and Kogarashi having the second place making him slightly mad.

When the time for taijutsu practice came Kogarashi raised his hand and said, "Sensei I would like to challenge Haruto in a taijutsu match."

Iruka looked towards Haruto and asked, "and what about you, do you accept the duel." Haruto looked towards Kogarashi and observed him for a while and said, "I accept"
