Chapter 6 - Academy,Will of Fire and...

Done with remembering his first meeting with the Zanpakuto Spirit, Ren finish washing and start to dress himself, while looking at reflection in the mirror Ren say "Come on Ren today they won't break you...these 2 years of training forged your will in such a way that won't break so easily..."

What happen today that make Ren so worried? Well today is a very important day for every kid that is around 5 of age, the first day of the Academy and like every year the first day is dedicated to the classic class introduction, meeting the teacher and obviously the first round of brainwashing with the talk-no-jutsu of the 3rd Hokage about the will of fire....in a village hidden in the leaf....naruto logic.

Ren's thought was interrupted by Mebuki yell "Ren, Sakura wake up and come to have breakfast, hurry, or we will be late!" before Ren had time to move the door of the bathroom was flung open by a very excited Sakura who went to the sink a started to wash her face while mumbling "Goof Morgrin Fen".

"Morning you too Sakura, see you in the dining room as i'm ready and only need breakfast to hope to survive this morning" replies Ren then he went to the kitchen to greet his mother and then to the dining room.

Soon Ren enter the room and greet his father that replies "Good morning too Ren" then Kizashi ask "So are you excited like Sakura ,or maybe nervous, scared, calm, annoyed ..... horny?"and bewildered Ren"Dad how could i be horny on the first day at the academy, also how can i be horny at the age of 5?" then with a thumb up and an almost too bright smile Kizashi replies "Well you know when a boy and girls meet each....."without waiting to the end of the sentence a pan from the kitchen flew in front of Ren and hit Kizashi right in the face

"It's too soon for that topic Kizashi, and you Ren forget what this idiot told you ok?" nodding at the speed of the sound Ren answer "Yes,mom i remember only telling dad good morning then the sight of the breakfast prepared by the greatest mother of Konoha took all my focus" this bring a small smile on Mebuki face and she return to the kitchen

Entering the dining room Mebuki and Sakura sit then after eating together all of them got out of the apartment and went in the direction of the Hokage Mountain where, at its feet, is located one of the most important location of Konoha, the Ninja Academy.

The Academy is also the home of the Hokage office the most important administrative component of the village where missions are dispatched and the day-to-day running of the village takes place.

Arriving at the academy Kizashi and Mebuki wish good luck and left Ren and Sakura with the other kids waiting for the dreaded will of fire speech.

While waiting Ren and Sakura search for some familiar faces and soon Ren found the future Ino-Shika-Cho of his generation and while holding Sakura hand drag her near their friends.

"Hey Ino-chan,Choji and Shikamaru how are you holding on?" ask Ren as soon as he he is near them, "Hi Ren-kun,Sakura i'm fine" replies Ino while Chouji simply grunt while eating chips and Shikamaru with a bored expression says "What a drag ... why do we have to go to the academy...i'm still looking for the chance to escape and relax"

With a sigh Ren "Good luck with that all the chunin-sensei will be around us today so it'll be hard escape their detection" while chatting with his friends he keep looking around and soon he find the others famous rookie 9.

Hinata as shy as always,while secretly glancing in Naruto direction, who is all alone thanks to the rumors spread by Danzo's Root, in another direction there is a Kiba who seem like is looking for a good place to mark is territory and near Kiba there is the ultimate ninja Shino who should use is weak presence instead of playing with insect.

And then Ren saw something that shocked him so much that he started to fluctuate his chakra flow 'cause he was worried that he was caught in a genjutsu.

What Ren saw was the future emo-boy with a bright smile on his face and even worse he was talking with friends even if seeing how similar they are is probable that they are other Uchiha clan members.

'Another 2 year and emo-boy will be born ,and even if i grow stronger i'm still to weak, right now if i use everything i learned i can only maybe defeat some weak chunin and that only if I surprise them with shunpo' thought sadly Ren

"Ok, Follow me now we will go to the roof to listen to a few words from lord Hokage" said a chunin sensei and soon all the kid followed. Waiting for them on the roof was the 3rd Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi his skin is light, his hair is grey, his face is gaunter, and he has the wrinkles and liver spots of old age and he wear the official uniform, the customary hat and haori with a red, full-length kimono that is tied using a white sash.

As soon as all the kid sat down the Hokage started "Welcome everyone, you are all here today because you all choose to take the hard path of becoming a ninja of Konoha..."

And so Sarutobi introduced the academy and the various class that will take place then is speech kick up "You only get one life. There's no need to choose an impossible path. It's fine to live as long as you like and die. However… protecting a precious person… you must not forget this no matter what path you choose."and started his dreaded talk no jutsu

Ren at this moment was hit full force by the power of this terrible technique and he was about to fall from it when Sarutobi was on the closure of his speech"Konoha it is a place where every year shinobi are born, raised, grow old, fight, and die to protect their home. These people are precious to me. We share a home, we share a life, and though we may not share ties of blood, they are precious to me. They are my family."

Doing everything possible to hold on, Ren choose to meditate and focusing all his attention on the small tanto inside himself while the Hokage voice was on a crescendo as he was reaching the climax of his speech "And if I do fall, maybe one you will take my place . I am only one of a long line. I carry this title in trust for those Hokage who came before and those who will come after. I am the Third Hokage! And THIS IS THE WILL OF FIRE"

And it was too late the talk no jutsu at this stage is unstoppable Ren was about to surrender when he heard the clear voice"Do not give up Ren-dono your will is stronger than that and i know and i have seen in this year as you trained with me everyday, and i can prove it to you listen well...."

Now Ren mind was focused only on the spirit voice as he feel is soul resonating with the zanpakuto"Ren-dono.....my name is......."then Ren said in a low voice at the same time of the spirit"....Senbonzakura".
