Category: daily
Description: To become strong enough to hunt the powerful Sovereigns, you need to become stronger than ever by undergoing the training regimen, put forward for you. The training regimen is divided into three categories:
Physical training;
Sub-description: Firstly, you need a strong physical body so as to be able to compete with the Sovereigns. Follow the training regimen below to achieve that.

Mental training;
Sub-description: As the Sovereign hunter, you need a powerful mind. A mind that would be impenetrable by the illusory attacks of the devious Sovereigns. Follow the regimen below;
-One hour of undisturbed meditation.
Karma training
Sub-description: karma is indespensable in your quest as the Sovereign hunter so make sure to also train it
-karmic rotation: 0/100
Time limit: 24 hours
Rewards: +0.25 increase in physical stats, +0.25 increase in karma pool, a stronger mind.

As Eden looked at the screens in front of him, he became speechless. He never knew about the existence of systems, much less that the could give quests.
He studied the descriptions, sub descriptions, time limits and rewards of each quest and concluded.
The first quest was not possible for the current him, and after checking through he discovered the no time limit. And although the question marks in the rewards and penalty intrigued him, he decided to shove it aside for now and focus on the other two that needed immediate attention.
The second quest was supposed to be a daily quest, that required him to undergo some sort of training regimen. He studied the many descriptions and found out that, although a little more harsher, it wasn't at all different from his original training regimen back on Kaineix's castle, which was convenient as he had planned to continue said regimen already and seeing the rewards only made him more eager to do the quests though the penalty was quite brutal.
If any one was going to be difficult for the current him, it would be the third sub quest. It apparently required him to kill the zone's boss and clear the seventh floor. The rewards were great but the penalty still gave him second thoughts.
'well. Not like I have any say in these quests. Looks like I'm going to have to just do it, it's a relief that there is any time limit though'.
He decided to complete the daily quest now, he could see the time left and even if he slept a whole eight hours, he'd still have enough time to do the quest tomorrow but he opted against it. Procrastination was never good, and who knows whether or not he'd get the chance to do the quest tomorrow, so he decided to go for it now while everyone was asleep.
He got up from his bed, and walked out of the tent. He walked away from the campsite, stopping a good distance from where the rest where sleeping. After double checking that there weren't any beasts near, he begun the quest starting from the physical training regimen. He decided to follow the order in which the system put forth the regimen for him, and as it wasn't different from what he was used to be finished the first quest in about an hour.

The hardest to complete was definitely the ten kilometers run as he hadn't completely gotten used to the specs of his new body, but he still managed it. As he did, he could feel his body getting stronger but he knew that it was only a slight, almost negligible increase.
'well, time for the next one'.
He proceeded to sit in a lotus position with his legs crossed and eyes closed. He began to meditate.
The key to meditation was to clear ones mind of all outside distraction and focus on one thing in particular. It was an excellent way to train ones mind, but it was continuosly put off due to its boring and lack lustre nature. After all, it was hard to find someone who would be willing to sit cross legged thinking about nothing for an entire hour.
But Eden wasn't just anyone, he had lived for at least several thousand years in total now and he had the wisdom to back it up. He knew the benefits of the exercise and wasn't skeptical about it.

'alright, now time for the last one'.
Karmic rotation was a form of training ones karmic energy which involved absorbing karma from the outside then circulating it around the karmic skeleton from the karmic pores on the skin to the karma vessels or karmic veins and finally the core. The process allowed one to refine ambient karma and develop ones karmic veins, as well as increase the capacity of ones karma core. It was an efficient means of training ones karmic energy.
As he was about to start drawing in the ambient karma, Eden heard a twig snap. His neck twisted and he quickly turned his head in the direction of the sound. He reinforced his vision with karma and was now able to determine that something was there, hidden under the cover of the bushes and the night.
He quickly got up from where he sat and approached the bushes where the sound originated from. As soon as he did, he heard rusting of the leaves and the figure darted away at shocking speeds.
"You won't get away". Kim said as he activated his stigmata and gathered energy round his body focusing on his legs and leg muscles, he felt his leg muscles get stronger from the reinforcement and entered a crouching position which was followed by a system message.

He smirked a little, and immediately began running. He was moving at impossible speeds to due the enhancements from his stigmata and he quickly darted through the forest, in pursuit of his stalker.
He ran for about three more minutes before the stalkers back came into view, they were wearing a dark hood that blended well with the night, the karmic energy surrounding them was powerful and they kept up their earlier pace. The speed they were moving at was far inferior to Eden's, but he had the starting advantage and was able to keep a little bit of distance ahead of Eden.
The stalker took several turns around the forest, turns out that they knew a lot about said forest which only served to raise Eden's suspicions.
As Eden got closer, he noticed that the stalker was moving weirdly. Instead of running, it was more like he was teleporting from one location to the next as he would disappear from one location, reappear in another and run away normally before repeating this action again. Eden's confusion and suspicions grew, but he decided to refrain from questioning himself about the intruders ability and focus on the task ahead.
Neither of them were losing momentum as the stalker in black weaved his way around the forest, but Eden kept up. It was intense. They had been running for almost ten minutes now and Eden realized that he was getting further and further away from the camp site. He decided to end this now.
He stopped running, but instead picked up a twig from the ground. The twig was relatively durable and after feeling it for some time, he thought,
'this should do'.
Eden took a sword stance. He stood with his back faced towards the fleeing stalker.
Meanwhile, the stalker had already covered more distance and was now almost out of Eden's sights. Eden didn't seem to care about this as he activated his stigmata.
'focus! Don't use too much power'. Eden thought to himself as he readied the attack, gathering just enough energy he said out.
"Blue tempest swordsmanship, one point dragon stab!"

He stabbed forwards without balancing himself, and the corresponding recoil pushed him back. He flew backwards–towards the fleeing stalker at far superior speeds and crashed right into them.
They tumbled and rolled on the ground and by the time they stopped rolling, Eden took the initiative and pinned his stalker down with his arms while being directly on top of them.
If anyone else witnessed this scene, they would have surely gotten the wrong idea.
"Show yourself!" Eden said, the blood thirst oozing from his voice, he was clearly pissed at the intruder's actions. He grabbed the hood and straight up ripped it from the stalkers body, revealing a handsome face with blonde hair and azure blue eyes.
"Eh, Daniel?!" Eden said, confused.
