You're awake?

"Tell us where's the system? I Want that system!" Mr. Lukas said that to Jodan who was in a desperate position. His hand was scrambled and he stretched out his head as if he couldn't stay in that position. THe downcasted face looked terrible. His drool was dripping. It had a mixture of blood in it. His dark circled eyes made his appearance more innocent. He was looking down always. But it wasn't like it at first.

"You're awake? That's no surprise. After all, you're a monster who can't possibly die from just a little electric shock." Mr. Lukas was saying harsh things with thinking for a second.

"You are known as the future for those filthy monsters. How should I say, they think you got some god-like powers. How stupid! If you had some good stuff under your nose. Why haven't you use it when I captured you? Was it because you were afraid?"

Jodan looked straight at Mr.Lukad with h throbbing eyes, "It- It's because I don't what to hurt humans. I- I don't want to kill!" He screamed out loudly with an expression contains an intense amount of sorrow in it.

"Don't make me laugh! You monster only care of hunting us! You can't even think like that even for once!" Mr. Lukas glazed back at me with a grin.

"See Reyes, that is a fake emotion. He is certainly crying but only makes us feel bad for him." I nodded a little as I wasn't skilled in this stuff. As for Reiner's time, I could slightly guess the fake emotions that are hiding his inner self. But for Jodan, Don't could think of it as a fake expression. Why was it? Was it because Jodan is higher level than Reiner. Uncertain of my answer, I looked again at Jordan's innocent-looking face. It was indeed expressing something that only we humans can understand.

"I'm telling the truth---" Without letting him finish the word, Mr. Lukas backed off and pressed the button on the electric machine. Within a second a high voltage electric shock went on its way to Jodan's head, making him spark with lights. It was unbearable torture, so I averted my face slightly to left. If it was a regular human, he should be burned to Crip, however in his case, his skin turned black, and smokes emitting from there. The next moment I could see him recovering rapidly. His burned skin regenerated as the cells in them multiplied thousand times. He didn't give up convincing Mr. Lukas. Without caring for his life she continued,

"I mean no harm! Believe me, I was a human before the system took over my life. I know how you people feel. I know how humans live with terror in their hearts every day." His eyes were dripping wet.

"Huh?" That came out surprisingly. I never heard you can turn yourself into a monster!

"You think we're a fool? Don't say filth, you bastard!" Mr. Lukas punched him on his face real hard, making his two teeth came out of his mouth. A chunk of blood was visible on the ground. Mr. Lukas backed off a bit.

"Coming to the point, where's the system?" Mr. Lukas shouted. He was in deep anger and I could certainly feel it. The hidden wrath he held in his heart was something to see.

"T-The diary.. diary," Jodan said as if he remembered something.

Mr. Lukas picked up the diary from the large table that was placed by the prison guards. Mr. Lukas specifically asked for it. There was laying various pieces of stuff that Mr. Lukas placed gently before Jodna woke up.

"This one?" Jodan nodded slightly in agreement.

After that, Mr. Lukas began flipping the dairy while glancing at it intensely.

"Are you kidding me? This diary has nothing in it. Moreover, the cover page is dirty as hell!" Mr. Lukas got angry again. It was quite unusual for the calm and composed Mr.Lukas to get so angry over that Lindo of things.

"T-this is the system. You have to believe me. There written my name's and status just like a video game."

"Video game? Have you ever played a video game where you got that kind of thing?"

I hesitated at first but answered it diligently.

"It's something like that. I have played once. It's called player states or something round the corner." I said while scratching my head from behind.

"Bullshit! You think this is a game! You think we would believe such lies. If you want to lie then better make a good one!" Mr. Lukas was pretty pissed of. However, Jodan's persistence was something to look forward to. He wasn't giving up.

"Believe me. I got that diary from six months ago. I'm feeling an extraggation amount of pain from that. There is an old man who proclaimed himself as a mentor of the system. He was the one who made the system. His name is Dr. Rickon Brady."

Both I and Mr. Lukas froze for a second.

"Dr. Rickon Brady?" Mr. Lukas exchanged glances with me and directed me to give him his phone.

He got into a call. It was probably Ms. Clara.

"Hello, search a name for me. It's Dr. Rickon Brady." The time it took was less than one minute. The database of CPA-4 is massive. It has the names of each individual living in the cantonment. The chief of it was obviously Ms. Clara. She was a real genius. Not only she updates the database every day but also took special measures to help the police find the criminals. Every citizen has an identity card. There's a GPS in that card. Only the detectives and police know about it

Whiten a few minutes an answer came from the other side."

"Are you sure, Lukas? It's the right name."

"Yeah."

"Then why didn't you ask me to find sixty years paralyzed old man with a urine problem?!" Ms. Clara was yelled undoubtedly. Mr. Lukas grabbed his phone tightly as if his anger was boiling. I took a step back. This is getting intense. You should say a better lie Jodan.
