Things have changed

Every day I drive into my thoughts. Try to find a new reason to live. When I found a reason, I just dumped it and say "let's play MNVrop" a game in this generation. It's mainly an RPG game with a VR experience. I made like a thousand friends there. When a new event arrives, I played overnight to get the rewards.

"Ah!' (Sigh) What a great time that was. I totally miss those times.

Today is one of those nights.

"Come one man, Kill that one. Yahh, daadaaaa."

Then I again get bored and found nothing to do, started thinking about the future, what will I do? What will happen to me in the future. Then again, I throw that thing into the trash and would just play MNVrop 2! A sequel to the first game. After all, this is a new generation. Everyone is highly dependent on technology. Despite day or night everyone plays the VR games.

"On the right! Max! Shoot!" It's the crazy dude, Max who plays with me. As you can guess that he has some mental problems. Just who makes weird noise like that while playing. but he is a good guy.

After world war three, everything changed. The map of the world was greatly altered. People who are in the geometric subject had to work their asses off. Due to that war, many countries shattered. Leaders of the countries made a decision. A decision that altered the whole world. they divided the earth into four pieces. The world has become a different place to live in. CPA 1 for Northside countries, CPA 2 for Southside countries, CPA 3 for Eastside countries, and finally CPA 4 for Westside countries, where I live now.

"Behind you, Oh! Sh*t I died. That one was hard to kill."

Subsequently, during world war three, one thing that was seriously hampered was 'Nature'. We now have two summers and two winters. No Spring or any other season. In the first winter, everything was just like we have before the war. Not too cold. But when it comes to the second winter, people were found frozen if they went out. The chilliness is very unlikely to be survived by any living creatures. I remember the time when I opened my room window and saw birds dropping from the sky. It's like nature cursed us. Likewise, when it comes to the second summer, the heat of the sun can melt metal. A funny thing is we now get holidays for the whole second summer and winter seasons. Though it is not for low-income people.

I remember the news not long ago, people were found burned to crisp. Most of them are poor. They had to work because they need food to survive. The government did give them food and other daily necessaries but it wasn't enough to fulfill every one of them. They were the worst survivor of this curse. Not gonna lie but I also had a hard time dealing with this.

Living is really hard....

"Another round? Shall we?" Speaks on the microphone.

Each CPA developed its technology broadly. We got advanced communication, more security, robotics. We now have self-driving cars, buses, and robots. Also, the military developed greatly by this technological revolution. We are very dependent on technology. The economy of the world also rose fairly. CPA 1 became the number one of the economic growths. Basically, CPA 4 is the lowest of them all. It's also not that developed than the other four. For that reason, the cost of living, food is less. I as a youngster lived in CPA 1 because of the cheap cost. Though it is not that inexpensive.

In this tragic world, one thing was wildly evolved. A creature, no, a monster, they look exactly like humans. More likely they are humans. Researchers have found that their mind is extremely twisted. No humans can understand them. After World war three, the crime rate sky rocked. The police had a hard time. The police department invented many inventions to help catch those monsters. Those evolved one has five times more strength than any normal human. In other words, they have considerable potential. Moreover, they starve for the pure taste of killing. They kill humans for their desires. I totally hate those monsters. How can they kill innocent people? No emotions can be found in them. An endless void.

"Run! Jodan! Run. You're dead man! That dude is chasing after you."

The interesting yet scary fact is whoever saw them, never comes back alive. Many cases showed their existence. The government stopped the channels that demonstrated their presence. Now we got no information about them. Police officers and their cars can be found near a house, park, or dark alleys. It becomes a common thing in our day-to-day life. Common people are totally unaware of them. If only the government had given us some info about them we would be at least a little conscious. I found that info from several websites, forms, etc. The most important source is Peter, my friend. He's scared of them yet collects info about them and told me all about them. I recently get to know that they have red eyes, Claws like wild animals. Though it didn't come from any reliable source.

~woah~ "Scary". The more I think of it the more I get scared. Added that they have great manipulative strength. They can easily manipulate people without even noticing them. Is anyone being capable to eradicate them? Aren't they just really over-powerful? There has to be some way to kill them. Unless the common people like me are not safe. There isn't a single thing that is their weakness or we don't know that up till now. They brilliantly hide. They are the Monsters that disguise themselves as humans. They are the
