My Spotlight!

Cynthia wore an eye catching orange jumpsuit today and was exceptionally stunning with her beautifully decorated face.

She had some files in hand as she walked graciously towards the top floor in her six inches heels. Zeus just came out of his office when he spotted Cynthia approaching the office door with a proud expression on her face.

"Good afternoon assistant Zeus." She greeted when she was five feets away from him.

"Director Cynthia... good to see you." He greeted politely.

"Is the president in?? I would like to discuss some important business with him. " Cynthia asked.

"Um... yes. But he's a little busy so I'll have to take these first." Zeus offered to take the document but Cynthia refused with a weird expression.

"It's okay... I'll take this myself. You must be really busy so I won't waste anymore of your time. Cynthia said politely before walking up to Levi's door and knocking on it.

With a sigh and a shake of his head, Zeus went on with the task he was given while Cynthia walked into the office.

"Good afternoon president." She greeted him with a smile.

With a nod of his head, Levi continued to scroll through his mails without raising his head.

"This is the list of the guests that were invited and their designated positions. I've also compiled a list of the jewelries and shoes we have for exhibition and their prices so it would be easy for you to identify them." Cynthia spoke as she placed the documents by his desk.

Levi didn't even look up when she was speaking but just continued with what he was doing. These documents were of no importance to him as Zeus already had all these information so there was no need for her to bring them to him.

"Anything else??" He asked expressionlessly.

"No no. But um... I was thinking maybe I could go with you tonight??" Cynthia asked with eagerness in her voice.

"I don't need you as my plus one." he responded coldly.

"Oh... then that will be all sir." with disappointment, Cynthia turned around and headed to the door.

"President Reigns... Lunch is ready." Emma's voice came from the door of his lounge which made Cynthia halt her hands on the door knob.

"On my way." Levi, almost immediately, stood up and headed to the lounge. Cynthia upon seeing this, turned green in envy as she stormed out of the office in fury.

"Um... Am I going with you for the product launch?" Emma asked after hesitating for a bit. They were currently having vegetable noodles with fish and egg on the dining table.

"Do you want to??" Levi asked her with a smile. That smile moved something deep within her that she had to look away to come back to her senses before she replied him.

'Ahem' "If you want to them I'll come." Emma twisted her answer and left Levi speechless as he stared back at her. Can't she just give a yes or no for an answer??

"It depends on what my wife wants. Wifey... should I go with you to the product launch??" Levi teased with a smile that caused Emma's face to go red.

"Okay." She nodded with her heads down and Levi nodded in satisfaction. "Zeus will take you to get ready by 4pm and I'll pick you up so we can go together. I still have some things to attend to." Levi then went back to his office in a good mood as he continued with his work.

Emma has completed about eighty percent of her workload so she went to have coffee with Andrea.

"How's the preparation going?" Emma asked as she took a sip from her hot steaming coffee.

Andrea was dressed simply in a white T-shirt and a blue jeans, with a pair of white carnvas. She had her hair hung up in a ponytail and looked like a young teenager even with her curvy shape.

Emma wore a corporate black suit today with a white inner and as usual, her hair was held to the side with her hair clip. She looked graceful as she sat under the afternoon sun having coffee.

"Preparation is going great! I'll be trying out my dress on Saturday." Andrea said cheerfully.

"That's quick. It's only in three days. I wish I could come with you but I'm going with Reigns to a family gathering." Emma said somewhat upset.

She wasn't ready to go to Levi house, and for a family gathering at that! She could already imagine the look of disdain she will get from each and every member of their family.

She wouldn't blame them though, after all, who would be happy to have a street girl coming into a rich family to later inherit a fortune.

"Don't worry girl... you will get accepted eventually. It's just a matter of time before they see how wonderful an ordinary girl like you is. Don't let that spoil your mood." Andrea encouraged and Emma put aside her in-laws problem and talked happily with Andrea until it. was 4pm. Zeus came to pick her up in one of Levi's less eye-catching Ferrari and they went over to a famous beauty parlor for her makeover.

At 6:50pm, OR's seven star hotel entrance was crowded with reporters of various news outlets. Some famous actresses also walked the red carpet with big business gods.

Suddenly, Levi's Black Bugatti Divo pulled up at the end of the red carpet which immediately drew the media's attention.
