A lonely alleyway

Vanessa and I arrived at the school and waited outside a while for Alex, Alex then arrived and waved hello to Vanessa, but then he kissed me infront of her...Vanessa's mouth literally hanged all the way opened...

Alex saw Vanessa's expression so he knew I hadn't told her so he just stayed quiet, I tried not to sound awkward and I said, "Well umm...we were at the park, and it just kinda happened...", Vanessa glared down at the floor with her hands formed into fists Vanessa then said, " How dare you..." I knew Alex and I had made Vanessa angry so Alex and I said, "We were going to tell you".

Out of nowhere Vanessa threw her head back and burst out laughing, Vanessa said, "Yall should have seen your faces!" Vanessa was laughing really loud and she started bringing everyone's attention to us, Alex said, "Shush please, everyone's is staring at us..." Vanessa then said, "Sorry its just that I kinda wanted yall to date in the beginning of the year, and now that you two are together I am so happy!" Alex and I started laughing too.

A bus then arrived at our school and to be more specific it was Ely's bus... I quickly grabbed Vannesa's and Alex's hands and said let's go inside, Vanessa said, "Arent we going to wait for your best friend?" I awkwardly responded saying, "We kinda got into a big fight..." Vanessa just nodded and we all went to our first class....I avoided Ely as best as I could but in lunch he caught me coming in, as soon as he caught me staring at him, I quickly started walking the other way but Ely ran up to me and said, "Nicole wait!" everyone's eyes suddenly started to look at us...

"Not here" I said, Ely nodded and we both went to talk outside in the hall, I didn't want to be the first one to talk so Ely said, "Why are you mad at me?" I responded saying, "I'm not mad at you" I didn't want too look at Ely so I looked at the floor. Ely then grabbed both of my hands and said, "I'm sorry for whatever I did... I really am Nicole... I dont want you to avoid me...just tell me what's going on..." I screamed saying, "You wouldn't understand! you think you know everything about me but you don't, you hurt me and you dont even know why...".

I started to slowly cry, Ely was about to hug me but Alex showed up and said, "leave Nicole alone she doesnt need your pity she's my girlfriend now so I'll take care of her". Alex then put a hand over my shoulder and took me away from Ely, I noticed we weren't heading back to lunch so I said, "Where are we going?" Alex said, "Were going to the rooftop", I responded saying, "That place is off limits what if we get caught?" Alex then said, "We wont I've heard its basically abandoned up there". I nodded and we both kept walking.

We saw some stairs and went walking up them, as we got upstairs I noticed Alex was right, it really was abandoned, Alex then took off his jacket and put in on the floor so we could sit on it. As we sat down I silently looked at the clear blue sky Alex said, "You look pretty from this angle", I quickly turned the other way so he wouldn't see my blushing but Alex gently spun my face to face him.

I looked at him, and he looked at me, I could never forget the moment when he slowly kept getting closer with his eyes closed and kissed me softly on my lips, I then closed my eyes and kissed him back...It was a magical feeling no one could ever forget. I then hugged Alex and told him, "I dont ever wanna let you go", Alex hugged me back and said, "I dont want to let you go either", we stayed on the rooftop until lunch ended and went to our next class.

When it was time for the last class of the day Zac was waiting for me in the door of the class, I had almost forgotten I had scratched him on the school party. I awkwardly tried passing him but he just stood in the way I could feel him glaring at me so I just kept staring at the floor, "Take a seat Mr.Wilfredo" said the teacher, Zac move and went to sit on his desk. Throughout the class, I could feel Zac's glaring, I couldn't pay attention because of him.

When the day was over I quickly got up and went with Vanessa and Alex, but Alex's phone rang, when he finished the call he said, "I have to go my little brother did something stupid and hes detained, I nodded and Alex gave me a quick peck on the cheek before leaving. Vanessa then said, "Girlfriend I need to go also I thought Alex was going to give you a ride I'm so sorry", I smiled and replied to Vanessa, "it's fine".

I was going to go on the bus but I saw Ely so I decided to walk, which was not a good decision... on my way I was craving for a snack so I stopped at a small convenience store and bought some crackers. I then looked for a place to sit but a boy around my age came up to me and said, "Please help me my dog got run over!" I quickly followed the boy but we were only going deeper into a lonely alleyway. I stopped when I saw him... Zac.
