The city of Merveran was in a surprised state seeing a troop of one thousand or so knights pass through the city, knights had always been the property of the capital and the royal family and the royal family don't just send knights to every single issue only in time of extreme danger, and due to that it was a rare sight seeing knights this far away from the capital, they where far to the south of the capital.
The knights walked in a single line straight to the Merveran guild hall, while raising their flag high in the sky , the flag was pure white to signify the purity of the knights with a golden Phoenix in the middle with its wing spread out.
It took the knights a Five minutes march to reach the guild, the troop stopped right in front of the hall , while a knight who was must likely their leader due to the respect he received from his troops who moved aside allowing him to pass through.
The supposed leader wore full clad white shiny armour like the rest of the army but his was decorated with golden outline in the chest and helmet section of the armour.
The leader immediately bowed entering the guild hall , in front of him was the guild leader herself , she wore a calm and collected expression on her beautiful face but the aura flowing from her was the opposite aggressive and oppressive even though she was keeping it in check.
" I Gillaird, Holy knight from the llionnese royal family greets the flame empress", Gilbert said.
Gillaird a thirty years old 5:9 feet tall man with a handsome face short black hair and black eye a pointed nose and a nice physical statue due to all his training as a knight .
" I have received orders to assist in the attack of the goblin's army " Gillaird said still bowed down.
" At Ease knight , we really appreciate the help from the capital , and am sure with capable men like you and your troops the goblin army shall be destroyed" ,Eleanor said.
The knights are a military force of the capital used in keeping the kingdom peaceful and free from external pressure, the knights where given ranks according to their strength, and unlike an adventurer knights go through rigorous trainings and had to swear loyalty to the crown and kingdom , who ever is found breaking the oath on his knight honor he is required to commit suicide which is why knights are devoted to the kingdom .
The rankings given to knights are as follows.
Knights = 1000-50,000 Might.
Holy knights = 50,001-500,000 Might.
Paladins = 500,001-1,000,000 Might.
Saints = 1,000,001-5,000,000 Mights.
"Your men should be tired after the trip , so why don't you rest for the day as it is already late and we can discuss about the plan tomorrow" , Eleanor said.
After speaking with the flame empress , Gillaird was given enough gold coins for his men to spend a decent night in the city inns.

Meanwhile Miles had noticed the knights entering the village and knew he would be off to face the goblin king army soon , so he decided to check his stats , it had been a long time since he even viewed it.

The next day the knights had woken up bright and early and marched all the way back to the entrance of the guild hall where they stood awaiting further orders , while Gillaird was inside the guild hall standing at the left hand side of the guild leader while Mabel stood at her right side.
Ring , Ring .
Miles heard the strange sound coming from his adventurers batch again except this time he had been expecting it and he knew what the message was all about , and not to mention , he knew how to open the message .
Miles placed his hand on his adventurers guild which immediately opened the message.
"Adventurer Miles your presence is required in the guild hall , head straight to the guild hall" , The strange robotic voice said.
Miles said his goodbye to Lilly before leaving... but not without him promising to come back save and sound .
Lilly knew Miles was incredible strong after going on quest with him , not to mention he was strong enough to destroy a goblin settlement on his own without any major injuries.
The first floor of the guild hall was packed full with adventurers Summoned by the guild.
They where mostly B rank with only a few veteran C rank , they just joined the guild and where still newbies dispute been strong , which was why they didn't go on the dungeon quest.
