She was angry and humiliated just because of that stupid Reina. She was far more better than her , richer than her and even more beautiful than her.

She was Eliza Peterson, the only daughter of the grand lord of Belgian. And Reina she was just a daughter of the mere count if starffen ,she couldn't even compare with her; she was somebody in the society and everyone respected her because she had power and looks , by now treated like a mere pest all because of 'Reina'.

She purposefully fell to humiliate her ; she had been aiming for her bodice, but the foolish girl moved at the last minute and it made her tear her sleeve instead. She touched her neck; the prince had never raised his hand to her much less try and strangle her. But he had almost killed her today because of Reina.

Reina would pay for what had happened.

She quickly stood up from the ground and dusted her some dirt that was on her skirts ,she didn't want anyone to see her in this humiliating position. A small growl came from behind her and she turned around to sees black wolf.

"Oh it's just this annoying mutt." She said angrily." Run along now; am not in the mood to play." She was getting irritated , and the stupid mutt seemed to have cottons in it's ears." Didn't you here me I said shoo." She shouted at it waving her hand to shoo it away.

This seemed to angary the wolf as it growled louder, and started coming towards her; looking at her with death in its black eyes.

She trembled when she saw the deadly stare, and started running towards the castle; with the wolf hot on her heels. She screamed for help, but didn't see anyone where was the gaud when you need them. She was going to be die before she even have the throne; no she wasn't going to die before that.

"Adam!" She shouted. "Leyla!" She knew for sure she would die.

She slipped and fell flat on the ground , the wolf jumped on her.

Meanwhile in the palace.

"Your Highness, where are you taking me?" Reina asked for the twentieth time. She was scared that Alex would take her to a room again.

This time he didn't ignore her ;he stopped and turned to her." Do you really want to Know?" His eyes held angary in them." Why did you do it?"

Wait what did she do that made he mad?" But I didn't do anything. "

"You did." He stated." Why did you save Eliza? "She trembled when she felt the rage in his voice.

" Because you wanted to kill her , and I didn't want someone to die because of me." She sighed." Your Highness I know that you meant to teach her a lesson but they are other ways that one can discipline a person than killing them." She said.

He took a step froward and the action made her to walk backwards until her back hit the cold wall of the corridor.

A minute passed. And then another and it seemed like eternity for her.

"I know that they are other ways my dear, but killing is the best. It'll show an example for others who think that they can escape Justice, Eliza is lucky that you were there to stop me. But she'll not always have the lucky around her someday." He whispered." Next time am hoping you'll let me punish a person my way." He smirked before adding." I don't want the future queen showing pity for someone because it won't be a very good example for the people. "He said playfully.

She was about to reply when she heard a scream." Adam!" That was Eliza's voice." Ahhh somebody help me please Adam! Please!", what was happening to her?

She didn't have time to think when Alex suddenly dragged her along with him ,passing a few corridors until they entered a room which seemed like a living room. with Eliza and Steven sitting on chairs.

"Bother Alex." Leyla said coming to meet them." Brother Alex I heard a lady Eliza screaming, what's going on?" She enquired.

But Alex remained as quite as a rock." Steven come with me, Leyla stay hre with lady Reina." He told his sister. "Don't leave, Daniel will be here with your lunch in any moment." He ordered. Dashing our with Steven at his back.

When the door closed behind them Reina looked at Leyla." Do you know what's going on?" She asked with concern.

"No, but we must find out." Reina said heading to the door.

"But bother Alex said,we shouldn't go out." She said.

She reached the door and pulled the knob. But it refused to open, she sighed and looked at Eliza. "It seems like his Highness doesn't want us to go out. He locked the door." She said through clutched teeth.

She left the door and headed to the balcony. "Does the balcony overlook the view of the garden?" She asked.

"Yes , why do you ask Reina." She questioned.

"Because we left lady Eliza in the garden."

Alex and Steven entered the garden to see Eliza on the floor with a wolf on top of her biting her arm.

"Killer. " He called and the wolf immediately left Eliza and ran up to Alex wagging its tail happily.

"What are you doing here, who let you out?" He bent on one knee and started rubbing the wolf head.

Steven walked up to Eliza. "Milady, are you alright."

Her elbow was dripping with blood and she held her hand to keep the blood from gushing out." Am not fine , in fact a. Hardly fine. " she looked at Alex and his wolf." Your Highness that stupid mutt bit me for no just cause." She shouted in angary and frustration. "I don't think that its wise to keep something that is dangerous,; I suggest that you kill it before it kills someone." She said.

"Killer." Alex said coldly , his gaze still at his pet." Is hardly a stupid mutt. In fact he's wiser than you can even imagine; and killers Is not dangerous he's only hungry and was looking for a snack and you just happen to come hi way ." He stated." Steven take lady Eliza to the her room and see that a doctor attends to her immediately." He ordered.

"Yes my lord." He helped Eliza to stand and took her to her room.

Eliza had never been this humiliated and also in very much pain she felt like everybody was against her in this palace. And now it seems like animals are included.
