Hogwarts letter
~two years later~
Lrya's/Serena's POV
It's been a little over 2 years since I last saw the malfoy family and I do miss draco and mother even father but I'm really happy here with mom I've been going to muggle school to and have made manny friends but my favorite is friend is my neighbor Harry we met the a few days after I got here
•Flashback•
I was walking around my back yard when I here one of the muggle's next door yell "you stay outside boy or you'll regret the day you were dropped on our door step you here me!" I never really liked the neighbors they all seemed rude I was kind nonetheless and me being a the curious 9 year old I was I started to try look over the fence hence the word "try" because i am fairly short I had to get a stool I will admit I was being loud but thought nothing of it so when I saw a mop of unruly brown hair pop out of nowhere I was started and fell off "ouch" "oh I sorry I was just wondering what you were doing" said the cute boy from the other side WAIT did I just say cute I blushed from embarrassment both of being caught snooping and my own thoughts " I'm sorry I was just curious of what was going on because I heard someone yell". "it's ok it was just my uncle Vernon my name's Harry, Harry Potter " that name sounds familiar maybe but oh well " nice to meet you Harry my name is Lyra but I go by Serena" I don't know why I trust him enough to tell him that considering I just met him" that's a cool name I'm Harry just Harry"( see what I did there)"well "just Harry" would you like to be my friend" I teased he laughed and said yes we've talked every day since

it would be a lie if I said I don't have a little crush on him but I don't want to ruin our friendship it's Dudley's birthday today poor Harry only gets presents from me but Dudley is spoiled rotten and he told Harry that I was going to date him one day When he told me that I almost puked he looked upset to but mostly annoyed. and I hate I can't do magic if I could he'd be hexed before he could blink my Hogwarts letter should be here any day now "Serena breakfast sweetie!" mom yelled from the kitchen "coming!" I yelled from my room upstairs I got out of bed and put on a pair of skinny jeans and a plain black short sleeve crop top and went down stairs to be greeted with the smell of bacon,eggs and pancakes I made me a plate and ate while me and mom talked we finished my mom said " let's make a deal I don't wanna go get the post and you don't wanna wash you dish don't try and protest I can see it in your eyes so if I wash your dish you go get the post" " deal" I grinned that's one of the things I love about mom even though she's a parent she still has a silly side I made my way outside I saw Harry walking in and we made eye contact and I mouthed "good luck" he laughed and went inside I checked the post but nearly screamed when I saw the letter i squealed and ran inside to show mom
~time skip~
After I told my mom what I needed from Diagon alley and how to get it we wrote back she told me we could go July 31 I started to protest " but mom we can't go then that's Harry's birthday" " sorry Rena you're going to have to miss it I have to work all every other day" I let out a small sigh and nodded and went to tell Harry I would have to miss but I did bring Dudley a gift to not seem rude I got him some candy it's was a sad thing walking to that door
Harry's POV
It was a normal day at the Dursley's being yelled at by Vernon rude remarks from petunia and an ever so winning Dudley he was saying how he got 1 less present than last year and how Serena didn't get him anything I'd be a lie to say I didn't smile at that considering she gets me presents and not them but that's when Vernon decided to speak while petunia calms Dudley down saying something about a zoo and her giving him one later "what are you smiling about boy" " nothing sir" I replied instantly in a bad mood " well stop and got fetch the post" I went to get it as I was it was regular mail as I was walking back tho I heard a door open and looked to see Serena I did have a crush on her but I don't think I could tell her we made eye contact and she mouthed "good luck" making me laugh with a small blush and then went inside with a better mood while then Dudley starts whining about how they have to bring me to the zoo with them I zone out until I here a knock at the door "boy go get the door!" Vernon yelled I opened the door to see a very glum Serena " what's wrong Rena" " mom and me have to go somewhere on you birthday so I can't spend that day with you or the day after" my mood sadden and I frown " well can you come the day before?" her face lights up "YES! Harry your a genius" she hugged me I hugged back with a blush Dudley rudely shoved me away from her he probably heard her yell "h-hey se-Serena what brings you here" he said trying to act cool I glared when he wasn't looking she completely ignored him and asked me if I'm alright I said "yea" with a smile Dudley looks mad at me but turns back and says "hey Serena did you know it's my birthday I'm 11 and aloud to date now" then he winked if only looks could kill he'd be dead from my glares Serena just looks grossed out but that doesn't faze him "great....Um here I got you some candy" she says with a very fake smile you can see it in he eyes she wants to puke I would of laughed at her expression but Dudley was flirting so all my attention was on the glares I was sending him she then turned to me with a real smile and says "talk to you later Harry" and waves I waved back no longer glaring while Dudley was day dreaming we got in the car to go to the zoo ( you know what happens at the zoo)
Draco's POV
It's been 2 years since Lyra left and I still have hope to find her mother and father gave up a long time ago but if she goes to Hogwarts I'll see her at the sorting and when she gets in Slytherin we can go home together. I still wear my ring and as for Hogwarts I already got my letter we are going to diagon ally tomorrow maybe if I'm lucky I'll see her there
