The "thugs" looked at us with hesitation and I wasn't going to sit here and have a stare down with a bunch of useless people on me and Alice's vacation. I put my right hand around Alice's waist and turned to leave, but as soon as I did I leaned my head to the right.

A knife went past my face as I grabbed his hand and turned around to look at him.

"You know you're a pussy right?" I said looking at him blankly. You all have numbers and really waited till I wasn't looking.

I could already hear sirens in the distance and I thanked my god that I didn't have to beat some trash. He kept trying to pull away from me, so I kneed him in the stomach.

He froze and bent to the ground throwing up. The other looked at him and with a serious look they got up and ran. Completely forgetting that their boss is here and their other group mate I guess was puking a bit of blood now.

"This definitely ruined my mood. Let's just go get the phones and go to a hotel." I said with a sigh. We turned to leave and people moved out the way for us to walk. The only problem is, we don't have any idea where a phone store could be.

I saw some teenagers that looked like they were on some triple date, so I went and asked them.

"Excuse me, where is the closest phone store? Me and my girlfriend just got to New York, so we don't know we're anything is." I asked the make of the group, because I don't want to get falsely accused of sexual harassment.

He gave me the directions happily and they went on about their day. While they couldn't look as good as me they were handsome and the girls only glanced at me, before talking to their dates again.

{Don't really see loyalty like that. Here I thought I had the charm of the gods.}

I smirked while she looked away somewhere avoiding my gaze. We made our way to the phone store and just got the newest one. Since we were in different realms we obviously didn't know what came out when and what was better and it really didn't matter.

We left the store while setting the phones up and when we did I booked a hotel room. I made sure it was a top quality room in its best condition. It was about night time when we left, but there was still lots of people out, so it wasn't too late.

"What should we do tomorrow?" Alice asked as she sipped on a milkshake. We made some snack stopes along our way to the hotel and we didn't know what to do.

After hearing about Dragons, Druids, Elves, and being able to use littoral magic, it made a lot of things not interesting. Specially since we could do better.

"I always wanted to go to Time Square or we could go to the very top of the Empire State Building and as long as we do get caught we can always use magic." I said as I made some trash catch fire and burn away.

"What about food. I want to eat all the pastries and food New York can offer." Alice said as she started walking backwards.

I nodded and we continued through the streets of New York with a happy mood.

<At the Hotel>

On the way to the hotel me and Alice got our suitcases and now we're taking a bath. It was nothing sexual today, because we really just wanted to relax and unwind today.

"Now that I think about it. A world without magic would be so boring. Makes me wonder how normal people can have fun doing the same thing over and over again." I said while playing with Alice's hair.

Her back was leaning on my chest while we sat in the tub and I kept the water hot.

"Now that I think about it, if I lost my powers I'd be bored as well. Roller coasters won't have the same feeling, nor will anything normal." She put a finger on her chin and hummed lightly.

"The food would make me happy though."

"What about me?" I said looking down at her.

"Of course you make me happy right after the good" She said and gave me a quick kiss, before standing up to leave the bath.

I just looked at her speechlessly as she dried ff and started changing.

"How am I ranked under food?!" I asked as I started putting my clothes on after getting out of the tub and drying off. She put on a playful smile and skipped out of the door.

"Because they please me~" She said in a teasing voice. I looked at her as she jumped onto the bed burying her head in the pillow.

I went and put my body over her and whispered in her ear.

"And I don't?"

<Unknown Region in the east>

The sky was abysmal black and it was eerily quiet. No insects, frogs, or animal was in sight. It seemed like they were staying away from that area in general.

Taking a closer look you can make out two brightly glowing yellow lights. They seem to be moving side to side and you can just barely hear growl like breathing. On the other side there is a pair of blue eyes and you can also hear some ragged breathing.

For normal people you can't see them because it's too dark, but for supernatural things you can see them in full display.

With a 8ft tall muscular and bulky body was a real werewolf. It had light gray fur with some blue markings covering its torso. It also had one braid on the sides of its head, dangling off its shoulders.

The werewolf had battle experience and that can be seen from the scars that go over its eyes. It's ears and hair all seemed to be on edge while it seemed enraged by something.

The other werewolf looked normal, but with glowing blue eyes.

"I advise against this Leo. The Alpha will catch wind of your disappearance and find you. You should know how your dad gets when you suddenly leave!!" The normal looking werewolf tried to convince Leo, but he was ignored.

It's voice was hoarse and deep, while it tried to get Leo, the other werewolf to stay.

"NO, that dream dream or prophecy is urging me to some mountain. Like it's my destiny. If what I saw was real then I'll be more than a mere "Child of the moon" I'll be a god!!" Growled Leo. His voice was filled with greed, arrogance and pride.

"You're already the strongest of us left and you keep talking about a prophecy, but never explain what your talking about. The clan needs to know."

"Connor, I'll tell you after I get what I'm looking for or you can come see it for yourself." Leo said as he looked at Connor. Connor looked to be contemplating if he should or not.

He lowly growled.

"..Fine, but this ones on you." He said and they then started running through the forest at speeds invisible to the naked eye.
