Getting stronger

(I'm getting on killer whales today. They are the most destructive and psychotic force god ever made. They, just like any other bully, play volleyball with baby seal by throwing them 80 meters in the air and spike them back down. They also have black Air Force energy because they violate great white sharks as a game and would fight them on sight for no reason at all. They also run around attacking penguins as a unethical game of tag, because they are sadistic Oreos that thrive from the pain of others. They also kill baby killer whales in secret just to shoot their shot with the devastated mother. They also don't care about putting you on a newspaper and will do it as a way of saying "you don't run us." They also rape the baby orca before killing it even if it's a male.)

I closed my eyes and made my body completely motionless and my mind completely empty just like the authors wallet. I then waited and stayed like that till I saw something flicker.

I waited again and it flickers. That spark turned into a black flame. Even though my surroundings were black the fire was noticeable. It turned from a fire to an inferno with a face.

"You must pass my trials to use my flames at their best. If you aren't fit for my flames, I will kill you and you soul will be bragged to the underworld." It said in a demonic voice.

I opened my eyes and my shirt had burned off. I had black tribal marks on the right side of my body. They went from my right arm to my whole abdomen and takes up half of my torso. They then disappeared like they sunk into my body.

I tried the flames again and the tattoo came back as black fire leading to my hand. I pointed up to the sky and shot a small ball of fire.

*BOOoOoOoom*

It pierced the clouds leaving a huge whole before an explosion. The animals weren't startled by this at all. I just shrugged and began testing my theory on shape shifting.

I looked over and saw Alice was meditating quietly and a monkey looked like it was chasing something that wasn't there.

<Alice POV>

When the lady finished talking I walked off to a monkey that was on a tree, because it seemed to be the least chaotic of the other animals that are sleep.

I wanted to make it see three of me. I focused on trying to project my thoughts onto monkey, but didn't understand how. I closed my eyes and did what I do to look in on people in current time.

The only difference is this time I'll be making them see me like a ghost. If I can peek in on myself and project myself like this. I would be able to see all around me and other people while they are out in an illusion.

With my eyes closed I suddenly see myself standing in front of tree with a monkey on it looking at me. I wanted it to look at this form of me.

The Druid said I can project myself as well so I should be able to do it. I fill my head with thoughts of the money seeking this ghostly form of me and I started having a headache.

'Since this is all about my thoughts and mentality...maybe I should meditate.'

I the looked over to Zane and he was meditating as well. Just then a rock came out the ground for me to sit on and I thanked the Druid before getting in a cross-legged position and taking a deep breath.

I clear my mind. I got rid of any thoughts and questions that would pop up in my head and made my mind empty. Then I started thinking about the money seeing a banana in front of it.

I held the thought and made it look like the real world, like it was reality. I then opened my eyes and the monkey was running around like it was chasing something.

'Yes!!' I was happy, but I didn't get too happy. I didn't want the illusion to slip and break, so I tried to keep it up while I had my eyes open. It lasted a few seconds before he stopped and went to the tree like nothing happened. I then heard an explosion and looked up at the clouds and they had a huge whole in them. I looked over to Zane and he had some tribal tattoos on his whole right side besides his face.

'I'll try to master my other abilities that lead up to illusions that should help. I wonder if I'll ever be able to put Zane in a illusion?' The thought crossed my head and I started thinking of all the stuff I could make him do.

I then started blushing.

'Bad Alice.' I clapped both hands on my face and sat back on the rock and began trying to look in on thing for longer times.

<Zane POV>

I went a few miles east from my original spot with Alice and found lots of animals. There was a lot of insects and poisonous everything, but I wanted to turn into a boulder with four legs, claws, and a vise grip for a mouth.

I wanted to be a mountain lion. Mountain lions are one of the wild cats that hunt bears and moose for fun and have the ability to wipe out entire species if they felt like it (which they do).

I looked through my head and got a vivid picture of a mountain lion. It had light brown fur and legs that look like they can crush heads easily (they can). The paws were big and the claws were as sharp as a newly made sword. I pictured a mountain lion and opened my eyes keeping the image there and started changing.

I took off my shoes, pants and underwear and started growing black fur all over my body. My bones started breaking and I made a thought process turn all pain receptors off and more bones broke and reformed.

I started walking on all fours and I was growing. I grew a tail, animal eyes, and my eyes were an electric blue, that looked like it glowed and shined while my body looked like an endless abyss.

I was about 10ft tall, so the same size as an alpha shifter. I looked at a tree and tried to jump an a branch and I over shot the whole tree.

I stuck to the tree and started climbing it. I jumped from tree to tree just having fun with the fact that I can turn into animals. I always loved the big cats of the world.

Who wouldn't want to be a species that can squad wipe other packs alone. I was in the air when an idea caught me.

'What if I mixed in some other cat traits.' I then hit a tree from being lost in thought, but landed on my feet. I adjusted my body mid fall so I take the least amount of damage.

I would get the vocals of a tiger, because they have a roar that paralyzes animals who hear it and some experienced hunters.

The bite of a Jaguar. They have bite strength that's stronger than any of the other wild cats. Their size helps with all this strength and can easily kill prey that other species don't want smoke with.

I would take all of that strength and magnify it. A Jaguar is the strongest wild cat in the worked and its only rival to that position is the Tiger because when those two fight its a 50/50 chance on who would win.

I sat down still in my mountain lion form and my muscles looked like they were growing in mass and the same thing was happening to my body. Everything about my form was enhanced. I opened my eyes and saw I was about 17ft tall. I looked around and walked around the forest like I owned it.

All of my senses were sharper than they were as an enhanced human because animals have naturally better senses, definitely these animals that are built to simply kill. They are like the Thanos of the wild. They just kill off species to keep a balance.

I was walking around for a few minutes and would you fucking believe that I just found a Jaguar. It came from a tree it had its head low and his claws were out while he showed us teeth.

'Is he challenging me?' I thought to myself. I mean look at me. Who would want to challenge a 17ft monster on steroids.

I accepted non the less. It would be fun fighting an animal on a animals terms. Showed my teeth, but kept my head high. I then started growling and released a soul shaking roar.

*ROOOOOOOOAAAAARRRR*

The trees were shook and the Jaguar got lower burying its claws into the ground. It went back a bit and it ran off up a tree.

'Well, that was something.' I thought amused at how powerful my roar was. I then got another thought.

'Maybe I could breath fire.' I needed somewhere open, like the place Alice was. I turned in the direction of her strawberry scent and ran there weaving through trees like a phantom and found my way there with thirty seconds.

<Alice POV>

I made some progress with my looking in on people. It didn't have a distance limit, but it was stressful and mentally taxing to improve. I can see them for about five minutes now, I want to get that up to ten at least before starting on projection.

I still had my eyes closed meditating when my instincts screamed at me for danger. I opened my eyes and the other animals were on guard then, the Druid came back and calmed the animals down.

"What is that?" I asked her in wonder and with a slightly shaky voice. She looked at me with a calm smile and spoke.

"Ask it yourself." She said and pointed to my right and just then a huge black cat comes out of the forest. It had those same electric blue eyes as Zane and I calmed down.

I walked up to him and was about to speak when the Druid got in front of me.

"Speak to him through your intentions, try projecting your good will onto him instead of speaking. Even though he understands us, he is in a animal form and will be more sensitive to intent than talk."

I nodded and thought about talking to it, petting its head, sleeping on the fur, and riding its back. Zane walked over to me slowly and put his head under my arm.

'Cute!!' I then started rubbing him all over.

<Zanes POV>

When I came to the opening I felt that everyone was wary of me and stood still till that realized I wasn't a threat to them. Alice came up to me and was stopped by the Druid.

She told Alice it's better to project her intentions because I'm more sensitive to them in this form. She lied through her vine like teeth, because intentions were the same as always. I could tell who wanted to harm me and who didn't.

Alice looked at me with a sweet smile and her gaze was warm. I started walking to her and got under her arm by lowering my head.

'So I am more sensitive or maybe it just with Alice.' I thought while Alice rubbed me and was running around my body. Her speed left afterimages.

.....

"Okay you two, it's almost nightfall. Get home and come back tomorrow. Your progress is amazing and so is you talent, even in free time I recommend meditation as it helps with both of you and remember Zane your mental barrier is flimsy. Alice can almost penetrate it." She said smugly.

It was to be expected that Alice's mentality rose. Everyone of her abilities is from the mind, so if it didn't me and some gif would have to fight.

We nodded and raced back home. I obviously won.

I also found out that the enhancements on my animal form are cut in half in my human form since I would have less muscles and places to hold them. I also don't want to be an 8-10ft giant while Alice is only 5ft.

<At home>

"Alice did you drink any blood yet." I asked. She hadn't drank blood in a while.

"Actually, I haven't been craving blood, I still get the faint smell, but all the other smells run it over." She said looking through the closet.

"So, the my blood strengthens your bloodline while taking the downsides of being a vampire away..interesting." I muttered getting my clothes and going to the bathroom after Alice.

I turned on the shower and waited for it to get hot enough for me and Alice before stripping and hopping in. I looked at Alice who had her hands over her eyes.

"Do I have to undress you again?" I said. She breathed in and got in with a small blush and her head down.

I smiled wickedly and got closer to her ear.

"I can do anything now that we're alone." I said quietly and put my hands on her hips.

I wanted to see her blush again, but she got on her tip-toes and caressed my cheek and spoke.

"Then go ahead. I'll wait or do I have to start?" She asked in a haughty voice. It was tempting and I will definitely do it after, but for now...

"I was just playing, I'll wash your body." I said casually with a smile and took her towel and soap and started washing.

She was petrified and pouted, but let me wash her nonetheless.

'Maybe I spoil her too much.' I thought before continuing to wash her.

'Oh shit I didn't even see if I could breath fire.' I thought while I was sleeping in bed with Alice hugging me.
