all the devils who were watching from outside saw the red dragon emperor defeat Riser some were happy some were sad and some had a different feeling but just when lady Grayfia announced the winner all saw a bolt of powerful lightning strike the red dragon emperor and a flash of bright light came and when the brightness faded all saw in place of the red dragon emperor a dignified man(in this case a boy of 18 years) with golden hair standing up like a blazing flame. His face is described as handsome, and his eyes, crimson like blood, are visibly not those of a human or devil and give off a mysterious radiance that makes people wither. He has a "perfect, Golden-proportioned body" which emanated a majesty glow that makes the aura surrounding him afraid to come close but his face had some resemblance to the previous red dragon emperor. seeing the change all were shocked, there was pin-drop silence just when the red dragon emperor broke the ice
