A FRIEND NAMED JUDAS

Samuel sporting career started right at that moment, a player who was just signed into the game has made more money and fame then other players who have been in the game for years, he won different categories of award at different events. But he had just one problem and that was Andrew and his father, they became a torment that even the management observed it and they couldn't use Samuel and Andrew in the same game. It either Samuel is on while Andrew is on bench or vice versa. 

 Samuel and his team made it to the big league and Samuel fame grew faster. Samuel's connection even got Peter a better job, he was employed in one of the popular broadcasting company, he was was in charge of sport news and the job came with a house and a car, the pay wasn't bad. Peter thought to himself that it was Time he settled down and had his own family, jenifer on the other hand moved on and she got herself a guy. Stella was too busy with work and no guy has ever asked her out because of how isolated she was, Samuel was also occupied with his career, he had a lot of girls who only spend and have a nice time with him throughout the night but he never took it serious. 

 One day Peter went to a restaurant to get what to eat and fortunately he met Stella at the same restaurant, they both sat and they talked about their jobs and how successful Samuel was, Peter collected her number and the two started meeting at different occasions. Peter saw Stella as the right woman for him, since Samuel and Stella weren't together anymore he should be able to try his luck. Both parties continued to hang out without the knowledge of Samuel, Peter kept their little relationship from his friend and lied the Stella that Samuel was aware of their relationship and he gave his approval. Stella and Peter courted for two years and later on they both got married. After some while Samuel decided to pay his home town a visit he visited some of the places that he grew up going to, he called Stella and told her he was in the neighbourhood if she could come around well Stella accepted thinking that Samuel was aware of their marriage since he gave his concert when she and Peter were dating. They both agreed to meet at a local beach close to a village where farmers lived. Stella got to the location before Samuel and later on Samuel showed up alone, he was dressed all black , " how are you doing, its big a while " said Samuel, Stella immediately turned back seeing her first love she couldn't hold back the emotion and she immediately hugged him "why did you gave your approval" she said with tears in her eyes, Samuel was confused but he thought she was referring about him going to play basketball " I just had to, because its what I have been praying for all night " 

 she took a step back and removed her hand from that of Samuel " what do you mean" 

Samuel was shocked by her reaction " take it easy, I just had to sign the contract with the team because it was urgent", Samuel took a look at her finger and he saw the ring on her finger " you're married" Samuel said in shock " I thought our conversation the last time before I left would made you feel am still into you".

 Stella was in shock hearing this words from Samuel who she thought gave his concert to her and Peter relationship " I thought you're aware" 

 Samuel left the place with an angry expression on is face, leaving Stella in a lot of doubt. 

Samuel called Peter and asked if they could meet at any spot that he had something really urgent to talk about. The two friends met at one of the quiet park in the area,

 Peter was happy to see his friend again " how are you doing?, it's been such a long time" 

 Samuel expression towards Peter greeting was really alarming " are you aware of Stella marriage?" He asked with so much curiosity in his tone.

Peter was silent for some while but later on he nodded in agreement, Samuel was surprise that his friend kept this very important information from him all this years. " and you could not tell me all these years, you kept something huge like this from me. Did she ask you not to tell me ?" Samuel asked, Peter realising that his success story was based on his friend and he could lose everything in just a second, immediately agreed to Samuel's claims.

Peter told Samuel to take heart and he should just move on that he already lost Stella, Samuel left back for USA without seeing Stella again. The same day Samuel left Peter had to return home, Stella waited for him in the sitting room,

 Immediately Peter entered the apartment she started questioning him " I thought you said he gave is approval" Stella questioned Peter in a very harsh tone with tears in her eyes, Peter tried to play innocent at first but later he showed the monster in him, he yelled back at Stella claiming that he freed her from the boredom of been single. The couple had a very big argument that even made Stella packing and she requested for a divorce.
