Begging his father -1.
CHANG HENG.
“Let’s go home. I want to see my parents.” I told my driver and he just nodded at me. We decided to go home after. To be honest, I don’t know what should I feel here. It’s been a while since I’m at home, I’ve been busy as an Intern Accountant in our company so I haven’t been going home ever since I fought with dad. I’ve been very busy since I started college and I’m already preparing a lot since when I graduated I’ll be the one who will handle our company as the CEO. I can’t even rely upon anyone here at home. Since I know that he’s just using me for the sake of the business so I wouldn’t call this “HOME,”

When I went out of the car, the old man suddenly eyed me. Looks like he couldn’t believe that he saw me get home. Our butler...I can see that he was still there. He’s Butler Feng. He’s been taking care of us ever since then. He quickly got closer to me and he took my things and he couldn’t believe that I got home.
“Master Chang? Is that you?” He asked me. He still couldn’t believe that I went home. I guess that he didn’t expect that I went home, I shouldn’t be going here and I don’t have any more reason to go here. I just have something on my mind right now. And I need to face my father once and for all.
I don’t know how I should feel now that I’m at this place. It’s been a while. My dad and I have always been fighting that’s why I decided to rebel against him. Mostly, I just got to talk to him on the phone or video call for meetings. Other than that, I don’t talk to him like my father. Butler opened the gate and he got closer to me and he hugged me. He looks so happy now that he saw me. Even if I don’t get much attention from my father, Butler Feng became my father instead. I still see him as my father figure so I can say that I am still somehow complete.
He’s DingXiang Hui Feng. He’s very loyal to our family. He has been serving us for a long time. Ever since I graduated from high school to college he has been always been at my side ever since. On all my birthdays and my achievements, he was always present at those.
He has been like a father to me. The things that dad hasn’t done for me, he was the one who did it for me. He got a family yet he is loyal to us. When we were still in Beijing, he never leave us. So I am so happy to see him as well. I stared at our mansion and I sighed deeply. I am already here, I shouldn’t back down now. This is it. It’s now or never. I need to break Margaux engagement as soon as possible. I will never be married to someone that I don’t like especially for the sake of the company. He needs to know who I like. I’m already an adult and I’m at a stage where I should decide for myself. He shouldn’t be involved in my life. I hate it!
“It’s been a while since I saw you. And I am still a fatty back then and I’m ugly at that time.” I shrugged.
Butler Feng just laughed at me and he pats my shoulders, “Looks don’t even matter. What important is that you got a good heart and that’s even better.” He said to me and he smiled. Geez, he doesn’t need to be so blunt to me. I rubbed my hair and got embarrassed because of what he said. He’s making me embarrassed here, to be honest! It’s been a while since I saw him yet he’s going to make me shut up by those? He doesn’t change at all, isn’t he?
“Anyways, is dad home?” I asked.
Butler Feng nodded and smiled at me, “Of course. Master Ching is inside.” He said to me and I nodded at him and I quickly get inside the house. And as expected, my father didn’t like me here. He looked so irritable once he saw me. Why would I not be so surprised by this? I know that I was nothing but trash to him. And some toy that he wanted to use.
“I am here to tell you that I won’t be marrying that woman. That spoiled brat from Chua, I am going to cut off our engagement right now. I am not gonna marry that damn monkey.” I said seriously and I gave him a cold look. I don’t care what he thinks but I don’t want to be with that woman. I don’t even like her, not at all! Satsuki was the girl that I like if only she didn’t ruin things between us. I hate clingy types like Margaux so I don’t think that I can deal with her. I know that she didn’t like me so I know that she approached me because of the sake of the business as well.
“So you’re here to waste my time? Wow.” He looked uninterested because of what I said. But whatever he said to me, I am not gonna accept Margaux. He just wanted to use the people around him huh? He’s a monster. He just loved his work so much that he forget his children!Didn’t he care about us? Or even me? Even my sister, Estrella? Or even my brother, Tomoyuki? Are we just nothing to him!?
“I told you before, I don’t want to be married because of the sake of our company. I wanted to be with a woman that I want to choose. Not a woman that you choose for me.” I said seriously
“And until now, you haven’t moved on from your first love 10 years ago? Chang Heng, stop being a kid. It should be Margaux that you should be thinking.” He said seriously and I gripped my fist and I glared at him. I won’t let him do this to me. I will never marry Margaux.
“A kid? Because of you someone almost die! I don’t care if I will try to find her for a long time because I love her! And a monster like you can never understand that!” I shouted.
