Unexpected became clear

Kilo knew that were was an uneven number of 13 people able to vote, cutting off the babies.

So it was expected for the vote to lean towards Suga. Only, only if.

Kilo hanged his head, dumbfounded by how the fight side had 7 and the runaway side had 6.

What were they supposed to do, they were all under the average teen age!

His messy hair suddenly felt uncomfortable, unbrushed because he hated it.

"Yes! Yes, the fight side had won!" Oaka cheered and China just crossed her arms.

Susan shifted her wings uncomfortablely, aware that her crystal was not on the 'fight' side.

"I- o-ok. I guess the fight side won.." Berry muttered, still looking at the crystals in disbelief.

Azula slammed his wings up and down, crying laughing like this was that funny.

China gave him the side eye.

Seissylt looked at the fight side, seeing her black and royal blue crystal on its side.

"Well.." she said, then looked up at Kilo.

"Ki..?"

"Yes?" Kilo managed his anger and looked at Seissylt calmly.

"Uh, what should we do-"

"What's the most smartest way to approach this stupidity?" China crossly accused the crystals of Ceil, Araceli, Oaka, Ray, Azula, surprisingly Seren, and Seissylt, on the fight side.

Kilo, Susan, Suga, Berry, China and Ayla's was on the other side, runaway.

Kilo flicked his tail silently annoyed, then said, "ahem, yes. I will just say that we still leave. The fighting side-"

"Weren't you the one who said we should literally do votes?" Ray accused Kilo.

"The fighting side won, so we will go with that." Kilo continued, ignoring Ray's interruption. "Even if they won, we still need to find a new home, but after moving all into there, whatever and wherever it's gonna be, we will live in here and send out patrols to fight." Kilo moved his hand from the table to his hair, scratching his head. Then he shifted because he was literally sitting on his tail, which hurt, and saw Ray get a embarrassing look on his face.

Heh.

"Then, when they follow us back, we can show them his place purposely, and let their minds race about how they had found our home." He was now on his toes, aware of everybody staring at him, but didn't care since he was getting stressed by thinking of the fight more.

"Luring them there, we can show them that they shouldn't mess with us, but not so much that we just- like- y'know- they get angry but not fearful and they want vengeance. Like, killing one of their members?" He offered, but nobody said anything, because they knew how bad that will turn out as.

Sighing, Kilo turned the subject around, because it looked like Berry was getting impatient.

"Berry, you have other news, right?" And Berry nodded to Kilo's surprise.

"What is it?" Suga asked, half of his attention not even on Berry, but on the fighting strategy.

Berry looked at Azula. "Azula? Would you like to come?" He whispered, and Kilo barely got that message.

"Come? Come where?" Ceil asked the question on Kilo's mind.

Berry got up and spread his wings, saying, "it's when I come back. Azula??"

"Oh, yes! I'm coming!" Azula flapped furiously to get out of the chair.

-----

What..?

Azula and Berry was holding down a.. human?

Seissylt was so flabbergasted that she fainted. Ray pointed to the humans back and to his wings on his back, then stuttered out, "I-I.. huh??"

Kilo was the first to speak up, truly forgetting his cool.

"A HUMAN!? WHAT IS A HUMAN DOING HERE!? WHEN,WHERE,WHY,HOW. N.O.W"

His tone was dripping with fury, clearly he was very furious with the two.

Suga flinched, hearing Kilo use that tone from so long wasn't good.

"Uh.." he mumbled. He was literally leader! And yet he is acting like a scared rabbit?

"Azula, Berry, why are you bringing a human-"

"THAT'S WHAT IM SAYING! WHY THE HUMAN, HUH? WHY?" Kilo literally yelled all of this.

His voice kinda hurts my ears now. Ever since he turned 8. But Suga didn't overthink it, just storaged the fighting strategy in his mind.

-----

Kilo was very furious. They dare bring a human? A HUMAN?

Kilo opened his wings wide, hitting Ceil and Seissylt body on mistake. Then his tail bushed up, hitting Seissylt on the back about 5 times and missing Ceil only once.

"Ow!" Ceil fell out of her chair, and Seissylt had no reaction.

"AGHH, MY WINGS!!" Ceil screamed.

Kilo was to focused on the human then his friends.

"Ki! Ki, settle down!" Suga's voice was very faint, Kilo only took glimpses of it.

In his rage, he got down from his chair and stalked up to Azula and Berry.

Berry was watching him with interest, but backed off quickly.

Azula just backed up and sat down literally so close to the human, watching Kilo's anger melt a little.

"Why?" Kilo swung his head down then looked up again, smiling.

Azula was creeped out and backed off more than Berry did. "I-I didn't do anything! It was all Berry's fault! His move! His choice! HIS VOICE TALKING TO ME ABOUT IT!"

"Berry, why?" Kilo looked at Berry now.

"This woman might have information. And she's literally unconscious!" He pointed out, then his halo got a little hot.

"It's actually a good thing, Ki." And when Kilo didn't reply, Berry looked at Azula for help, the halo on his wrist glowing fiery red.

"Ki! It-its a good thing, it's gonna help us! This human lives in a city village that's under the name of Space birds..!"

"What?" Kilo was shocked. Space birds own city villages of humans? He never knew that fact from either of his lives.

"Yes! This one is a worker there too, she helps with the things for Space birds, and probably can literally tell us some important information she snatched from conversations!" Azula's eyes were now shining, desperate hope glowed as he waited.

Kilo knew that was a good point and bowed openly. Azula let out a huge sigh, and he got up and dusted off his shirt.

" You have a good point, so yes, you will go unpunished for this." Kilo confessed, closing his wings again and relaxed his tail.

"KILO! CEIL'S WINGS.." Araceli screamed at Kilo then tried to comfort the crying Ceil.

"Sorry, Ceil..!" Kilo ran over and bent down to talk with her and Araceli.

-----

Seissylt woke up, still in shock from the unbelievably human. Then she gritted her teeth.

Why am I so weak at this? She thought to herself. Fainting over something stupid like that?

"Ow!!" She surprisingly bit back a yowl.

"Ah, you awake! Seissylt!" Seissylt looked up to see Araceli racing at her.

"What? Why is my back hurting so much?" She asked Araceli.

Araceli shivered a little, then said "why? It's because Ki was so mad that he basically hit you when he opened his wings, and then he continual accidentally hit you over and over again. Sorry about that." Araceli looked over to one of the holes.

"Why is your hair messy?" Seissylt asked. I made everyone brushes, and Araceli's hair is messed up?

"Uh, I broke my brush by mistake.. well, not me! It was Ray that wanted it to brush out his long brown hair. Can you make two more?" Now Seissylt noticed that Araceli was scratchig his hair here and there. The almond colored hair was just getting messier.

"Ok, don't try to scratch your head, only wings until I finished with a brush. Can you get my extra wood from my room? I can make it right now."

-----

Kilo watched Araceli asked Seissylt if she could make him a new brush, and she said yes.

"Good job" Kilo whispered then started walking up to his patrol.

Now, Kilo was on patrol, even if it was night. "Have to find a new home quicker then the Space birds find us,"He had said after some calming down at the meeting. In his patrol, Berry, Oaka, China, and Seren. They were all wearing masks and new pants. They unfortunately didn't have enough cloth to actually have good shirts, so the girls had shirts and only Berry had a shirt from Oaka and Kilo.

"Ki! Stop rushing so much." China called to Kilo, who was in the front again.

The fresh night breeze cooled Kilo down, and his white wing, hair, and tail glowed pure white under the moon.

"GET DOWNN!" Oaka yelled whispered, his sliver hair standing out too.

"Kilo, Oaka, please get closer to the ground. Your white and sliver hair is giving us away." Seren flew faster than the two, and whispered to China and Berry as Kilo and Oaka dived to be lower than them.

"It sucks to actually have sliver hair. China is lucky cause her outside hair is black, and the inside is pure silver." Oaka scoffed.

"Well, we have to check this forest first before the moorland so we will find a new home, but now we have to fly through trees." Kilo countered Oaka's claim.

"Ow." Oaka fell back when his wing feathers got stuck on a branch.

Kilo easily got through all of the branches, already experienced at it from his past life and more training this life. "Oak! Where are you? Ki!"

Kilo looked up and stopped, Berry was calling for Oaka and him. "Here!" He half whispered half yelled, so his voice can carry up to the sky. Berry immediately looked downwards into the forest has soon as he heard his favorite person's voice. Then, Oaka catches up and stopped to, looking confused, "What?"

"Why are you both all the way down into the trees!?" He gasped in disbelief. "China, Seren, they're down here! No, stay there..!" Berry pleaded when Oaka gladly starting asending. "Your hair- UGH-"

A arrow shoot towards Berry and caught his wing. He quickly fell out of the sky. He landing in the trees and nosies of his body tumbling down the trees could be heard. China was frozen on spot, and Seren dodged a arrow then bowled over China farther away from them into the trees too.

Crash Crash

A laugh echoed in the forest. "Haha! Guys, I don't know if I shot down a Butterfly man or something, but it definitely has wings!" A man's voice shouted and laughed again. "If it has wings, then it means it's a Sky creature for sure!"

"Good job, Meryl!" Cheers echoed and songs sang as Kilo and Oaka ran towards where they heard Berry crash.

The night was still clear, so it was easy to move around the trees and see where signs of damage has been done. Kilo suddenly felt sleepy, and Oaka was stumbling part time, his new cloth pants dragging with him.

They finally started to see some leaves floating down in the cool air, and crushed some as they approached a body with a bloody wing and a arrow sticking up from the hole.

"Urghhh.." Berry groaned. "Berry! Berry, are you ok?" Oaka stupidly asked and stumbled up to Berry.

"Do I really look ok?" Berry groaned, injured.

"No." Oaka mumbled. "Oaka! We have to be awake!" Kilo whispered into his friends ear, getting Oaka's attention.

"If we get sleepy now, then Berry might get killed! You heard what those strange people said! 'Butterfly man,' I don't know what that is," he paused, taking a breath, "but if they take Berry and find out he's alive, they might sell him after taking his wings!" Oaka gasped, then stood up straight and said, "What should we do, sir?" He sleepily smiled.
