"sis, are you there?". Kara ask again still knocking but get no response. She open the door and walk in.
"now to what do i owe this visit?". Kira ask angrilly.
"i've been knocking your door for the past five minutes, so you are in but purposely decided not to answer, why?". Kara ask.
"you are just so stupid for asking me such a stupid question! Thought you are intelligent, i never knew you are as dumb as your ugly sister, When you knock someone's door more than twice and the person didn't open up nor say a word, shouldn't you know you aren't welcomed?".
"now sis, that's much! What have i done to deserve this insult?". Kara ask.
"sis? The last time i checked, i couldn't remember having any junior sister, so what are you talking about?". Kira ask.
"seriously you don't need all this, at this rate if care is not taken, you will die of loneliness". Kara said.
"thanks for reminding me, but what if i told you i knew i'm gonna die of loneliness? That's exactly what i need right now! Now get your filthy ugly self out of my room!". Kira snapped.
"Uncle Hay is here". Kara said and Kira's countenance change immediately.
"come closer". She said and Kara move close to her.
"you are also in support of their marriage, aren't you? Then go ahead! Now out of my room!". Kira yell frightening Kara and the girl rush out.
"let's see if the Wedding is gonna hold". Kira said feeling frustrated, sad, bitter, hurt, rejected and at the same time the thirst for vengeance, she plugged in her earphone, play her favorite song, ANYONE by Justin Bieber, she increase the volume of the song that she didn't hear anything else aside the music then bury her head in her teddy's chest and wept bitterly.
"i didn't bargain for any of this". Was all that fill her head.
Kara walk downstairs and there is Mr and Mrs Daniels seated with Hayden and Kora.
"she wouldn't budge! No matter what i say, she wouldn't come down". Kara complained.
"i will go talk to her". Hayden said and Kora's heart fell.
"why you? Of all people? Mum should do that, not you". Kora protested.
"let him". Mrs Daniels said.
"mum!!!". Kora called.
"Hay darling, please go to her and make sure you bring her downstairs, she hasn't eaten for days". Mrs Daniels said ignoring Kora's comment. Haygen get up and walk upstairs, he get to her doorstep and stop, place his ear at the door but couldn't hear anything, he open the door but stop quietly seeing the position Kira is.
"i'm the cause of all this". He thought as a tear drop from his eye. Seeing her hurt is slowly kiiling him.
"it's all my fault". He thought again remembering how they both met.
FLASHBACK
A YEAR AGO
"what the fuck is wrong with this ATM Machine!". Hayden complain, he has been trying to withdraw since but the money isn't coming out. He was so angry, for the fact that he has been on que for the past twenty minutes and at the end he isn't able to withdraw the money. He hiss loudly and leave the place, he isn't aware of a lady standing as he's busy checking out the ATM Card wondering what might be wrong with it, he end up stepping on the lady.
"oh my God! Who the hell is this?". The lady yell causing the other people on the que to look at them.
"calm down miss, please i'm sorry, you are diverting attention to us". He quickly apologize to prevent the lady from shouting the more.
"so? Since you can't help other than stepping on ladies everywhere you go!". Kira snapped.
"pardon? Everywhere i go? You know me before?".
"where will i know a monkey like you? Out of my way please". Kira said and push him out of the way.
"God! What type of a lady is this?". He thought and his eye caught something on the ground.
"oops! The lady's passport!". He thought and pick it up. Fortunately she hasn't gone a long way.
"miss! Miss! Miss rude! Rude lady!". He called while rushing after her. He was able to get to her before she get in her car.
"miss! Your passport". He tap her and stretch the passport to her.
"all in the name of returning my passport, you are touching me! Must you! You are definetely one of those flirts!". Kira snapped and collect the passport from her.
"what!".
"what is what?".
"now that i look at you closely, you are indeed a beauty to behold, if you don't mind, can i have your number?". Hayden ask totally forgetting about the money he came to withdraw.
"i knew it! You are indeed a flirt! Sorry but i don't give out my number to playboys". Kira said.
"c'mon, was just trying to make friends". Hayden said.
"your phone?". Kira said and Hayden hand over his phone to her.
"Jesus!! Diamond Crypto!! This phone worth 1.3 million dollars! He must be one rich dude!". Kira thought and quickly type in her number and hand it over to him back. The second time they met was on a beach, and that was how their friendship kick off, they've went on many dates until Hayden ask her out officially..................
END OF FLASHBACK
"i miss her!". He said sadly crying the more, he didn't notice there's someone behind him all this while until she speak up.
"you were taking so long and Dad ask me to come check on you, only for you to be here sulking like a baby". Kora said and that cause Hayden to look back.
"you still love her right?". Kora ask.
"don't use the word 'still' Kora, i've always love her and i will continue to". Hayden reply as calmly as he could.
"then what about me? What of me Jace?".
"do i look like i care? I've never for once love you, we both know you are the one forcing this relationship! I know the marriage will never take place, but if at all it did take place, know that i will never show you love, she's the only one that has the key to my heart, and seeing her this way is slowly killing me, you made her this way because of your selfishness! This is not my Mia, you turn her into a monster and the best thing you can do is to let go of me! I have to be with her and change her to the sweek loving girl she use to be, know this and know peace, no matter how you try, i will never love you like i love Mia!". Hayden said before walking away hurtfully.
