I looked on the internet for employment opportunities that matched my skills and experience. I sent my CV to a number of different small businesses, hoping and praying that I would be accepted because I was in desperate need of a job to support not only myself but also my family, which included Rina and her mom, and of course, Snow.

Finally, a restaurant agreed to hire me, although the pay was far below what I was expecting. I did not feel that it met my needs, thus I did not accept it.

There were positions available that paid more, but I wasn't qualified for any of them. They were looking for someone with experience, and they will only hire those with college degrees. Because of my own idiocy, I haven't even finished the first year of college. I felt like such a failure.
