So It A Boy Problem

Light stood Infront of a mirror dressed in a yellow fitted gown a Bible held against her hand. Her eyes admired her own beauty her natural hair nicely done by the maids. she was going for a youth seminar this evening. At list her life was slowly returning back to normal her father figure appeared into the room walking over to her his hands buried in his suite pocket standing right behind her.

" My daughter is the most beautiful woman in the world now that am staring at you am feeling blessed my baby girl isn't a child any more she as bloomed into a rose my God name be praised " Mr wale smiled staring at his own daughter reflecting.

" Thank you father " she smiled appreciating his complements turning around to face him. He bent his hand light placing her hand in his.

" Walk with me my princess I have something to discuss with you" He acted charmingly her father was her best friend their wasn't anything she couldn't share with him.

" Sure dad " she smiled giggling as the both left the room going down the stairs.

" You looked a bit lost lately like something bordering you. do you mind to share with your dear old dad "

She wasn't surprised that her dad go sense her absent minded behavior. she thought for a while maybe she should share her feelings with her father.

" Dad what did you think when you first saw mum " She asked taking her eyes down feeling a bit shy of her own silly question.

Mr Wale raised his broil slightly smiling at his innocent daughter.

" so it a boy problem" He spoke out his thoughts light eyes going up to stare at his face.

" No it not, just wanted to know dad " she quickly covered up her tracks not wanting her father to have the wrong idea.

" Light you don't have to try and hide anything it is normal for a young lady your age to be curious about such things if you weren't by now I would have asked the church to do a serious prayer on you " He Joked teasingly wanting to loosen up the walls holding light back from spilling out her thoughts.

" Maybe it kinda a boy problem" she muttered out in a low voice.

" So what is his name can you tell your sweet dad " The man asked still both walking down the stairs.

Light smiled unconsciously without knowing thinking about Anthony bright blue eyes and charmingly face his killer smile.

" His name is Anthony baba Lola " She spoke lost in admiration. Mr Wale sported his daughter blushing face.

" You most really be stolen by him my daughter is blushing really hard is he your crush "

" Kinda am not sure " she responded not staring at her father.

" What makes you attracted to him is he the way he looks at you , or smiles everytime you around or tries to annoy you all the time to get your attention or makes your heart skip a beat when he complements you or Is it just all of it put together " Mr Wale spoke already guessing right with his daughter shocked expression.

Light couldn't believe it her father read her feelings out so openly.

" Yes your correct how could you now that much dad did God reveal it to you also " She asked stunned. Mr Wale giggled pinching the tip of her nose.

" No silly I could guess it all because I was once a young man who also fell for someone your mother was the one woman I had done all those silly things too . " Mr Wale spoke staring at his daughter with a serious look.

" But let me tell you another saying not everything that glitters is gold. Young guys we have goals and I don't mean good ones. guys out for something can also do all those things I told you just to make you fall and loss your self respect. But I tell you no light no matter how madly you fall never give out your self cheaply to him. young guys like it more when they chase after what the want"

Light nodded in understand to her father's words.

" Have you heard of the saying my dear child that people want what they can't have young guys are complicated beings mostly when it comes to women they think more with what under their pants than with their hearts."

Light gave her father a confused look not getting is explanation.

" Then how do you know who is right for you. I mean who truly loves and cares for you " She Asked as the finally arrived at the last stairs.

" Light can you tell me that saying you mother always told you when you would always complain on how you didn't know at times if she loves you "

" She would always say light I carried you for nine months do you think I will hate you. I let you bite me during time of breast feeding,I didn't sleep when you were awake at night. And as you grow my soul grow more restless because I wasn't sure I could shield you from the world forever I let you go to see you fly that how you know I love you dum head " Light giggled saying the last line as she grow she indeed understood much better what are mother meant.

" Their you go light my sweet baby girl the day you see you mother's love in any man eyes then you found the one, those are my advice to you. but I will have to let you go now don't want to keep you away from God much longer this is were I say my good byee my lady " He took her hand to his lips leaning and placed a light kiss on it.

Light held the hem of her dress playing along .

" I also bead you fear well your honour I will skiddoo on my way tata " The both laughed hugging her dad for being the best before running off out of the mansion .

Mr Wale smiled staring at the direction of the empty door is daughter had disappeared true.

" God be with you my child and always " He prayed out loudly walking off to go find his own love of his life.
