Emma stare at the figure seating at the opposite end of table without a word coming out from him.
She felt her throat go dry as her eyes roamed across his facial features from his blue eyes to his lip that were in a thinline showing he wasn't pleased at all.
Emma felt a hand moving up her thigh making her snap away from his body, Before looking in her boss direction who stared at her blankly then looked at the figure who had his eyes on them particularly on Emma.
Emma pretended to not feel the eye's burning through her skull as the meeting went on the whole time...
The board members discussed what is to be expected in the contract. While Jaden remain silent as his assistant spoke out for him because he had his eyes on Emma as if she was more interesting than the million dollar contacts profit of what he can get.
"Mr Jaden,are you with us" one of the men ask him.
"Honestly am not but you can go ahead with everything you are doing " my boss looked at him.
I knew how upset my boss was. My boss had a constant look at him and I could tell they were exchanging words between them.
Minutes pass the board room was quite as all eyes were on the two. I cleared my throat trying to gain back their attention before speaking up," I think we should take a break for a while".
I look at my boss for acknowledgements before he replied with a nod saving me the shame.in no time he stool up leaving the room without a word.
I stood up same as the other board members followed him out while I pack up my things to leave.
I didn't realise I was all alone with Jaden unit the the door closed making a sound and I look up and saw him seating in his chair looking at me comfortable.
As I move away waking towards the door he called out to me " what's your name" I paused for a while.
My heart beat faster as he walk towards my direction stopping just few miles away from me.
I looked at him before telling him my name.my voice came out small and soft from the gulping of my salvia "Emmanuella"
"What a wonderful name just as soft as you are baby girl" I fought a smile making it way into my cheeks before whispering a small"Thank you " then hurriedly out of the room
I walked away blushing stupidly as I hugged the files across my chest not believing that Which happened.
I settled back into my office as I focused on my work before my office phone rang.my boss needing me in his office.
I felt the Fury in his voice as he spoke through the phone making me shiver down my spine.
"Really don't know why his this mad this time"
I Rush out to his office trying to know why he seeks my present. I knew I was in trouble because his going to take it all out on me
When I got to his office, he walk slowly away from his table as he look at me without any word making me feeling guilty. "You called me boss I said try to get his attention" he stopped right in front of me
" Yeah so Tell me what where you doing with the client back there in the meeting " trying to seduce or flirt with him.
