All of a sudden, something moved around her waist. Too drunk in sleep, she ignored it. A moment later, her eyes shot in panic when she felt the movement for the second time. With a startled squeak, she tried to sit only to get pushed against a solid chest. Vikram’s frustrated groan resonates in the silent room and she froze. His arms held her firmly. Her head was resting on his chest and his face was hidden under the curtain of her thick hair.
