The Letter
Varun lights a cigarette as he takes a seat on the lounge and observes his parents glaring at a billionaire occupying their place as if he owns it. Ramesh and Maya Gupta were seething in fury. Their nerves were rattled. The thought of Tara choosing an outsider was dancing over their heads like a threat. The hard work of all these years will go into the drain. Their reputation will be ruined and society will kick them out.
Ramesh pulls out a kerchief and dabs the sweat off of his forehead in distress. Vikram approaches him with clenched fists and punches the man, earning an oomph. Maya screamed and immediately rushed to her husband’s side.
/"You rascal, how dare you?/"
She shrieked, eyeing the towering man in a rage, who leveled her temper with his volcano.
