The new Leader

Arakan was still standing strong on two feet with the Primordial Jade Winged Spear still present in his hands its head pointed at the ground.

Arakan's face and body were covered in blood yet no wounds could be seen on him. His head was tilted upwards his eyes seemed lost ignoring his surroundings it looked as if he was possessed.

Grayfia and Hanma stood behind him as Sara and Kasumi still intended to be against him. Hanma and Kasumi both were badly injured and were on their last legs.

In between the now separated peerage were four bodies that laid on the ground unmoving and riddled with injuries.

Azazel's artificial scale male was broken in pieces as his face was riddled with bruises and blood and his mouth seemed to be missing a couple of teeth.

Sirzechs was not in a better shape either he was half-buried in the ground face first as his wings were on display.

Michale and Serafall both were in a better condition as opposed to the leader of the Fallen angels and the Lucifer.

Arakan slowly lowered his eyes as he looked at Sara Kasumi who were both standing against him and his actions.

"Sara, Kasumi is this your stand?" Arakan asked for the final time as he looked at the two of them.

"I only have Arakan-sama's best interest, anymore of this and you will lose yourself!" Kasumi responded as she held Shusui tightly in her hands.

"At this very moment, my strength even surpasses the combined power of the heavenly dragons," Arakan said as he raised the Primordial Jade Winged Spear and aimed at Kasumi and Sara.

"If you manage to survive this slash then you both can leave and then return to challenge me again in the future do you accept?" Arakan asked as the wind started to gather around the Primordial Jade Winged Spear.

"We do!" Sara responded loudly.

Arakan merely gave both of them another glance as they stood beside each other despite the circumstances. Arakan held the Primordial Jade Winged Spear tightly and then struck!

A wave of sharp winds collided with Sara and Kasumi as the two of them created magic barriers around themselves.

"Sara hang on a little more!" Kasumi exclaimed as Sara was the one who was providing most of the mana for the barrier.

"Despite fighting the leaders of the three factions master's strength has not diminished at all he is still as strong as ever" Kasumi commented as she applied whatever magic energy she could muster.

Slowly the strength of the slash started to fade away as the barrier crumbled as well. Both Kasumi and Sara dropped to the ground unconscious from the excessive use of their mana.

"That bastard!!" Issei yelled and stood up as soon as Asia finished healing him up.

'Ddriag can I make another sacrifice?' Issei asked as he activated his boosted gear.

'You can however it would be of no use from what I can sense his strength far surpasses that I possessed even during my prime' Ddriag responded making Issei more frustrated.

"So there is really no way to fight him?" Issei asked in frustration as he could nothing but watch as Sara and Kasumi too fell to the ground.

'I am really sorry to say this but no...we can do nothing at your current capabilities to even graze him' DDriag bluntly replied.

Arakan turned his eyes towards Rias's peerage who were observing the battle. As soon as his gaze fell on them they all put their guard up as they prepared to fight him.

"Grayfia, get the girl with twilight healing to heal Hanma and the others to the point they are able to walk it is time for the meeting of the three factions to continue" Arakan announced as shadows extended below him and a piece of log came out of it.

-------

"What happened?" Sirzechs questioned as he barely managed to stand up properly and looked around him. Beside him, Sirzechs, Serafall, and Michale, all three were kneeling on the ground as if they were pushed by some heavy pressure.

"You are finally awake king of crows" Arakan commented as he sat on what looked like a tree stump with a completely recovered Grayfia, Hanma, and Taiju standing behind him.

"You are the bastard?" Azazel questioned in a state of confusion as he was unable to process what was going on.

"refer to me however you wish, but it is my time to pass the verdicts" Arakan announced.

"The situation of the three factions will remain the same with the exception that I am the one leading it now. My full strength towers over what the Heavenly Dragons possess."

"I will now be the leader of the Biblical faction, in the underworld, Grayfia will take the position of the Levithan title and will be the one to make sure everything is going accordingly"

"I will personally look after the Grigory while the Angels are free to do as they wish."

"Michale you will lead me to the Seventh Heaven" Arakan commanded.

"Taking an outsider who has impure intentions to anywhere near the Heavens would make me fall and any other Angel as well making it impossible for sinners to ever enter the Heavens" Michale proudly claimed.

"Regardless no one in the Biblical faction is near my strength you have to obey or else I will just find a way through it and in that case..."

"Things will not be as clean as my words" Arakan responded as he stared Michale dead in the eye.

"Well, welcome to the fallen faction brother!" Azazel said with a small laugh.

"even at a time like this!" Sirzechs yelled in slight frustration.

'The underworld faction...now under the hands of a Seventeen-year-old...what a joke'

'Maybe it is my punishment for taking everything for granted and casually' Sirzechs thought to himself still bitter-sour about getting his ss kicked by someone decades younger than him.

"There is no result in grieving and regret now, you three have been too engrossed in your own factions to balance out the effect on the Human Relm."

"It is about time someone takes the reigns and directs this horse," Arakan said in seriousness as the weight over the faction leader lifted and they were able to stand.

"Sirzechs and Serafall, Grayfia will accompany you to the underworld as soon as you reach there call a meeting of the four Satans and inform them of the changes. There is no need for the general public to know of the changes so soon."

"Azazel, I and Michale with accompany you to the Grigory where you will make the announcement of the new leader of the Biblical faction, and after that Michale and I will head for the Heavens"

"Do you understand!" Arakan asked.

"yes..." The four leaders hesitatingly agreed after all even the angels don't like to be defeated and controlled by some outsider.

"I asked do you understand!" Arakan asked yet again his voice was stern so were his eyes. A strong pressure surrounded the faction leaders as they were again forced to bend their knees.

"Yes!" The three now responded more promptly as the pressure was lifted from their shoulders.

"Now act upon it!" Arakan roared as Grayfia promptly escorted Sirzechs and Serafall with Hanma and Taiju.

[End of the chapter sorry for the delay Tobi has another Exam on Monday and many more following that so it is getting excessively hard to fit writing fanfics in that schedule]

[Hope you liked it so far]

[Next chapter will be one of the key point chapters and will explain a couple of things]
