Founders of Tenjiku!

"Oi, you there you are Taiju's number one and number two right?" Arakan asked as he looked towards Inupi and Kokonoi.

"Hai" Inupi answered as they both took a step back instinctively.

"I see do you have a marker with you?" Arakan asked.

"A marker?" Kokonoi questions bewildered by such a random request.

"Yeah any color would work but black is preferable" Arakan responded with a smile.

"um...I do have a black one here" Kokonoi said rather confused as he pulled out a marker from his pocket.

"Perfect" Arakan said as he promptly took the marker and approached the knocked-out Taiju. Using the marker Arakan started to show off his artistic skills on Taiju's face.

"What in the world is wrong with these guys..." Kokonoi muttered as he saw Arakan draw on Taiju's face while the rest of Tenjiku were laughing hysterically.

"wha-what happened" Taiju muttered a little confused as he gained consciousness. Looking around for a second his eyes landed on Arakan as memories of what happened poured in.

"I lost..." Taiju said in a defeated manner as was on his knees.

"To make it fair you woke up from the strike faster than the rest of them," Arakan said as he pointed towards the Tenjiku members behind him.

"Taiju your leading skills are valuable to me, you managed to make a group of ruffians into a well-trained army of 100," Arakan said as he approached Taiju.

"Taiju, join us to Tenjiku along with the rest of the Black Dragon, join us and I am going to show you what dreams are made of," Arakan said as he extended his hands towards him.

'What dreams are made off...' Taiju thought to himself as he remembered his family and siblings. He stared blankly at the hand for a few seconds before taking it.

"Welcome to Tanjiku Taiju! I Arakan hereby declare the end of the 9th generation of Blackdragons! and the start of the First Generation of Tenjiku!" Arakan said out loud as his voice echoed in the church.

Generally, Devils would be having a headache being near a church let alone be inside one however Devils who have gained more than three sets of wings start becoming immune to such insignificant things.

"Now that everyone I wanted is present I am declaring the rankings of Tanjiku," Arakan said as everyone present in the church looked towards him.

"I am Arakan Barbatos the leader of Tenjiku, Izana Kurokawa is the vice commander of Tenjiku, Kakucho is the Heavenly King of Tenjiku, Haitani Ran and Haitani Rindow are also Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku, Hanma Shuji is the leader of Vanguard of Tenjiku, Taiju Shiba is the leader of the Strike Division, Kokonoi is the treasurer of Tenjiku and Inupi is the executive of Tenjiku!" Arakan declared as everyone held their hands behind their back and bowed in front of him.

"Nice to meet you, Captain!" They all yelled in unison as Arakan looked towards them with a smile on his face.

"Now then it is time for the feast!" Arakan yelled as everyone except the ex-Black Dragon cheered along.

'Maybe this won't be so bad' Taiju thought with a smile.

'This is gang is the real deal' Kokonoi thought with a nervous grin.

'Maybe it is a sign for us to start from the beginning.' Inupi thought with a slight smile.

"What you three waiting for join us," Arakan said from the gates of the church with a smile on his face. Taiju's smile turned into a grin as he followed Arakan's lead behind him Inupi and Kokonoi too came out of the church.

'Tenjiku will rise to the top! We are going to be undefeated' Arakan thought to himself with a grin present on his face.

After a couple of minutes of walking together, Arakan took them to a small restaurant for a feast that he promised.

"Order whatever you want as much as you want!" Arakan said the Top members of Tenjiku started their feast. Over the feast, they got well acquainted with each other after all they are going to be together for a long while.

"I am stuffed! "Hanma said as he in his relaxed on his seat while patting his stomach a little.

"Enjoyed it?" Arakan asked with a smile.

"Best feast I had in a while~" Rindou responded with a thumbs up.

"Regardless in case any of you have a housing problem inform me I have a spare apartment," Arakan said as he stretched a little.

"I was thinking for a while are you some bigshot captain?" Kokonoi asked after all even if it was a small restaurant it is hard to pay for such a hefty meal and have an extra apartment just laying there.

"Not much really, that is why I got you, Koko ~" Arakan responded with a grin.

"Anyways let's get going. Taiju inform the Black Dragon of today's incident from tomorrow on Tenjiku is going to officially recruit some members" Arakan said with a smile as he paid the bill and left with Izana and Kakucho by his side.

"This is going to be an interesting journey~" Hanma said as he too parted ways.

"Inupi, Kokonoi follow me and gather the rest of the Black Dragons from now on we are a part of Tenjiku," Taiju said as he left with Inupi and Kokonoi to round up the rest of the Black Dragons.

"Let's go Ran we are going to see the full gang tomorrow for the first time," Rindou said as he walked away with Ran following behind him.

This marked the start of the Tenjiku the Gang led by one of the strongest beings with or without his powers. However, the journey of Tenjiku had merely just begun. With many other powerful delinquents also rising to power the situation in Tokyo was no longer looking safe.

"We are back!" Arakan announced as he entered the Barbatos Mansion of the overworld.

"Welcome back Arakan-sama," Grayfia said as she greeted Arakan.

"How are their studies going on?" Arakan asked with a smile as he put off his shoes.

"They seem to be doing fine although a lot slower than the expected progress" Grayfia informed as Izana and Kakucho too entered with a few bags in their hands.

"Well it is their first time and besides we got a couple of Japanese dishes for them to try out," Arakan said as Izana and Kakucho took the bags towards the kitchen.

"Grayfia would you be a dear and call them downstairs, "Arakan asked as he too went towards the kitchen.

"As you wish" Grayfia responded with a smile and went upstairs to bring Rias and Sona along with their peerage downstairs.

"So how do you guys like the place?" Arakan asked as he saw the two princesses bring their peerage downstairs. All of them had an exhausted look as he walked slowly.

"Looks like they have seen better ones," Izana said with a smile as he sat down on one of the chairs.

"Thank you for the hospitality Arakan-san," Rias said as she settled down on one of the chairs.

"I apologize for our lack of conduct," Sona said as she too sat down. Grayfia brought out the packed meals they got, arranged in plates that she put in front of everyone.

"Don't be shy to ask for more I brought a little extra after all" Arakan said as he stood up with Izana and Kakucho.

"Enjoy the meal I will be in my room in case you need anything from me. Good night" Arakan said with a smile as he went to his room.

"Arakan-san is more friendly than I expected," Akeno said as she tasted the miso soup.

"Compared to most nobles of the underworld you may as well call him a saint," Sona said with a sigh.

'taste of miso...reminds me of my childhood' Akeno thought as she took a couple more sips before eating the rest of her meal.

"So what is the plan from now?" Izana asked as he walked behind Arakan.

"We are going to have the greatest journey from tomorrow, topple the top gangs of not only Japan but the whole world! Tenjiku will be feared as the delinquents who conquered the world" Arakan said his ambition with a large grin on his face.

"Don't worry no matter what I and Kakucho will be always behind you" Izana said as he ruffled Arakan's hair.

"Go to sleep we are having a big day tomorrow...the start of Tenjiku," Izana said with a smile as he patted Arakan's head one last time before heading to his own room.

[Sorry for the short chapter the Exam season is going on and Tobi doesn't have much time to write the fanfic anyways after two or three chapters it will be a time to skip to canon]
