Chapter 8 - A Foreign Nomu

The last match between Midoriya and Todoroki had Kenjiki all pumped up and expected great things in the next match.

But it was all for naught, because his enemy was a lightning user.

On the other side, Kenjiki was immune to any type of lightning attacks due to Ei electrifying him repeatedly in the hope of making him even more sensitive in the sex causing him to produce a passive immunity against lightning no matter how strong it was.

"Haaah, looks like I will have my fill in the next match against Todoroki." Kenjiki sighed, ignoring the crackling lightning that was continuously attacking him.

This scene of a zappy gold-haired boy blasting his lightning quirk repeatedly to no avail had been going on for about 5 minutes.

"What are you?!" Kaminari shouted helplessly as he saw wings sprouting from Kenjiki's back before vanishing with his consciousness.

With just that, Kenjiki had won the match.

For a moment, there was no cheer, it was instead silence. As if they were praying for the gold-haired boy 'good effort'.

The next two matches were won by explo-boy and Kyoka respectively. Their match wasn't that exciting due to their absolute advantage over their opponents' quirk.

As the second round came to an end, the first match of the semi-final round took place after some small arena cleanup and repair.

Standing opposite each other was Kenjiki and Todoroki who were waiting for the match to start.

"THIS IS THE MATCH THAT YOU ALL WE'RE WAITING FOR!" The emcee shouted, as he reintroduced the two of them.

Both of them just stood there, untalking as ever coupled with their disinterested face. This couldn't be said the same with the blazing flame that came from the audience booth.

"Are you ready?" Midnight asked, which were replied with a nod. "FIRST MATCH OF THE SEMI-FINAL STARTS! NOW!"

In an instant, ice spikes grew from the ground and continued to grow at a rapid rate towards Kenjiki who was flapping his wings to dodge every incoming ice.

Due to the rapid rate and the size of the ice growing, there was no way for Kenjiki to blitz his way through other than punching a hole.

So, he clenched his fist and enhanced his whole arm with something that's not quirk or his racial ability from being that of a Vampire.

*BANG*

The speed of which the explosion rang and the ice suddenly having a huge gaping hole in the middle of it was so fast that no one, including All Might, the supposedly strongest Hero of earth couldn't react to what just happened.

Shockwave that's strong enough to root the ground run amok the arena, making the Pro Heroes to doubt whether this was really a fight between high schoolers.

Todoroki on the other hand, reacted faster all due to the fact that he felt he lost control of a huge chunk of ice when the explosion happened.

Followed by that was a blood drill opening a way for Kenjiki to finally see the ice boy face to face. Once he closed the distance between them, he shattered the drill to numerous baseball bats so that he could shatter any incoming ice.

"Anything else? Your fire maybe?" Kenjiki asked, while cracking his neck. "Whatever it might be, throw them at me!"

After saying that, he vanished, causing Todoroki to instantly make a layer upon layer of ice around him to block something he couldn't react to.

Unfortunately for him though, Kenjiki's hand easily broke through the ice and grabbed his body out of the confines of the ice.

He did all of this without forgetting to put his fist in front of the incoming head and smacked him dizzy.

"Alright let's end this, use everything you can or else you die." Kenjiki said that as he fully transformed to his Vampire form, growing a pair of horns, and sharpened his teeth.

This transformation of his invoked a memory in some horror fans that had come to watch the event, a memory of a certain blood drinking creature.

"A Vampire?" Such a name was passed around the audience with new information being added. "That fast movement of his is probably the mist body of a vampire, wings, an inhumanely strong body, blood control. Yeah, this is definitely a Vampire."

At the same time, this confused some people, because this was the first time a fictional creature was manifested as a quirk. Well, everything had its first time.

Back on the ground, with his transformation. More and more blood bled from his body with no sign of hardening.

Seeing that gory scene of blood flowing around the arena, Todoroki had no choice but to activate both his ice and fire quirk to brace for anything that might happen.

They each charged their ability to the max and prepared to unleash it, when suddenly.

*SCREECH*

*ROAR*

*BOOM*

A foreign explosion, roar and screeches sounded around the stadium.

What followed after that was a deformed creature with wings on his back and exposed brains.

"What the fuck is this now?!" Kenjiki was baffled seeing a familiar face. "Why the fuck is this thing here?"

The creature that had just landed now was something that someone annoying called Nomu; a human whose gene was engineered in such a way that the body was able to host multiple quirks in one body.

Wherever this thing appeared, that despicable thing must be somewhere, watching.

So, he activated an ability that's exclusive to someone he had transformed to Vampire.

"Look for that guy." Kenjiki sent a brief telepathic message before putting his focus on the Nomu in front of him.

Coincidence or not, the fact that it appeared when he had charged a huge move was a blessing in disguise for him.

"Hey, you. Can you throw him to the sky? I don't want to annihilate any spectators." Kenjiki said to Todoroki who had been distracting Nomu.

"What? Why?" Todoroki instinctively asked, when he suddenly remembered the huge ball of blood behind Kenjiki.

Without asking anything, he focused all of his ice to the ground below the Nomu and exploded a huge amount of thick ice into the sky and imprisoned the Nomu in place.

Seeing that the Nomu was finally in a clear area, Kenjiki did a strange hand gesture causing the ball of blood to suddenly compress to the size of a baseball.

Once that had finished, he called for the baseball bat that he had specifically left for this moment.

With the compressed blood baseball floating in front, and a baseball bat in hand. Kenjiki striked the baseball with all of his strength.

*ding*

The baseball flew at a supersonic speed, breaking the sound barrier in its way to caving itself into Nomu's body.

In less than a few seconds, the roaring Nomu had gone silent where its body bulged and went berserk when the compressed blood baseball exploded.

Annihilating the existence of that Nomu from reality.
