Chapter 1

In a place wide and full of stars surrounding it was a remnant of a soul that was beginning to dim.

The rest of the soul, is the remains of the soul of someone named Zack Ern, who died from drowning at sea, while saving his childhood friend.

Zack Ern is a teenager who has an ordinary face and is a loner. Zack himself is an orphan, because both his parents died in an accident and caused his uncle to adopt him.

Uncle Zack is very good at raising Zack, which allows Zack to live well. However, because Zack is a loner and his stature is arguably unattractive and weak, Zack is often bullied by his friends.

Not only by his friends, even worse his childhood friend, as well as his first love also stayed away from him.

Zack sighed contemplating the life he had experienced so far.

Zack is currently on a ship, which is taking him and his school friends to the tourist sites they are going to visit, on a trip.

Zack said in his heart to divert his mind about what he had been through all this time.

Apart from being a loner, Zack is also known to like anime, comics, novels and so on, to fill his spare time as a loner.

Zack said as he grabbed the woman's hand and tried to keep her from falling. Zack uses all his strength, but Zack is very weak because he rarely does activities.

With all the strength that Zack had, Zack tried to pull the woman's hand so that she could hold onto the railing of the ship.

With the rest of his strength, Zack tried to climb and reach the railing of the ship, but unfortunately the waves hit the ship again and threatened their lives.

Seeing this, Zack who really liked that woman felt a warmth inside him. But because he doesn't want the woman he loves to die because of him, Zack prefers to sacrifice himself.

With the remaining strength that Zack had, Zack threw his hand from the woman's hand causing their hands to separate.

While smiling at his childhood friend, Zack began to fall and sink into the vastness of the sea.

"ZACKKKKKKK!"

The woman shouted, but the woman's hand grip began to slip from the ship's railing due to the pounding of Zack's hand. But fortunately, when he was about to fall his hand was reached by several crew members who tried to save him.

And that is the story of the remnant of a weak soul, who is in this unknown place, while floating and about to disappear from that place
