Daniel's Side Story - 21

"Follow me or I will take you here and now. And trust me, I will."

Emily believes. The man wasn't kidding.

After all, he had proved Daniel's recklessness too many times.

So Emily let the man drag her to the car and they glided in silence until they reached the parking lot of Daniel's building.

How long had he not been here? A month? Two months? Three months? He turned his head, wanting to ask what the man wanted by bringing him here.

But, the question never slipped, because Daniel immediately controlled his lips.

At first Emily sighed. The man's kiss startled her but also aroused longing.

For a moment, he replied. Then realization hit him and he pushed Daniel roughly.

"Do not touch me."

But Daniel didn't care. The man came back closer and this time forced Emily to look at him.

"I know," the man said, his hot breath caressing Emily's face. "I know why you're wearing this red dress."
