Eugene Firefly
Outside Recruitment Office
Ryukou on which she was standing around waiting for Bucky to finish his discussion with Steve, was looking around anxiously as she was feeling that she was being spied on by someone nearby. She cautiously surveyed the area without giving away her intention. The fair was about to end when she saw a familiar person or should she say mob just like her, studying her. She just knows it's another mob, and that mob in question seems to have built a reputation among himself with the men in green. Moving closer to the person her sights caught, she saw orange ginger hair and beard and a unique hairstyle for this era.
Approaching the person, the man she suspects a mob also senses her and turns around to meet her eye to eye. Although Ryukou looks unfamiliar to her enderman appearance, she still gives the aura of one. So, the man would never mistake her, let alone her unusual height.
"Enderman." The man slyly commented. "Fox." Ryukou replied keeping their voices low.
"I knew I wasn't the only one transported into this world." Ryukou gave her thoughts immediately. The man with his mischievous sly look quickly changed into genuine joy upon seeing another of his kind. "I can't believe it either! "Shouted the man earning a confused look at the passerby.
"You seem to have made a reputation among yourself and these men with green uniforms." Ryukou said looking around near the recruitment office and seeing the soldiers on standby. "Of course, I will do anything to survive in this new world now that I have this body, I will utilize it to the fullest using my intellect to get in the ranks of this powerful country called America and somehow getting myself into a secret project that I am not allowed to share with you." He stuck out his tongue and closed one of his eyes to tease the girl.
"I never got your name, Fox. I suppose we're using new names in this world." Ryukou asked.
"Well seeing you are not going hostile while I look at your eyes, this world seems to have changed a part of ourselves." Fox gave out his theories before introducing himself. "You may call me Eugene Firefly." The man now named Eugene bowed enthusiastically.
"You're a little expressive. I call myself Ryukou Matoi." leaving the backstory of her name.
"Hmm do you have a reason for picking that name, I picked Eugene because it's very popular, which I want because I want a common name to hide my identities, OH! Did I tell you that I am a spy?" Eugene loves talking about his job, especially espionage, and that he's good at it. And that earned him a spot in the SSR.
"A little talkative... And I just picked this because it sounded Japanese, and I look like one." She quickly hid her name's origin. Even though she was talking to a fellow mob she would not want to be known as a previous human in their old world.
"Hmm I sense dishonesty, but I won't force you to tell me why. So, what brings you hear?" Eugene changed the topic to get more information on his fellow mob. While he is great at getting information, he just can't keep his mouth shut and spill the beans.
"I don't really have any goals in this life/world, I just get what I want by stealing some cash in a bank by teleporting inside. But I'm just going on a double date with a soldier."
"While I may be an agent for this country and what I heard can get you in serious offense I'll pretend I didn't hear it for my fellow mob but don't do it again or I will act. But who is this soldier you are talking about?" Eugene quickly masked his threat, almost forgetting the girl had teleportation abilities. He may not be completely loyal to the country, but he will show his worth in getting in the ranks and use his power to gain more information if there are possibly other mobs in the world transported here.
"That guy over there pointing at the tall handsome soldier arguing to a small and skinny man."
Ryukou pointed at Bucky.
When Ryokou pointed in the direction towards the two men what his eyes saw was Steve. With his enhanced senses, he can hear their conversation a mile away. He was invited to Project Rebirth as the candidate selector along with Colonel Philips. Recommending this man with a good heart to Dr. Erskine would grant him a favor from him. Hearing their conversation, the skinny man wanted to join the army, but his friend wouldn't let him. This could be a chance.
"Hey, my dear friend Ryukou, you can meet me in New Jersey if you need anything next week, but I'll be in Brooklyn after that, if you need anything just go to one of the Military stations and give 'em this card." Eugene gave a card with a signature of Eugene, with the symbol of the SSR logo and his rank 'SSR Senior Agent Eugene Firefly'

A/N sorry for not posting for 3 weeks my old computer's charger died and I couldn't get the original chapter 3 files.
That chapter was already in the Scene where Steve got his super soldier form.
Anyway, I was burned out and didn't feel like writing until I got a new laptop yesterday.
So, Eugene Firefly is a new character from the FOX mob in Minecraft, he has a chatty personality and master espionage, spying, and thief skills. The mortal enemy is the Chicken (if you don't know foxes in Minecraft kill chickens.) I want him to be the inventor of the Photostatic Veil (used by shield agents like Black Widow and Sharon Carter) since I can't find who invented it in the Wiki.

Eugene's Firefly last name was inspired by my Minecraft friend who loves foxes as well and his username has Firefly in it so shout out to him!
