Quirk Apprehension Test

Right now the boys were in the locker room, changing into their gym class uniforms as they were told to by their homeroom teacher.

Kurayami was having a light conversation with Kaminari, Sero, Ojiro and Kirishima. Getting to know each others a bit while the others just stayed silence and listen to their conversation.

After done changing into the gym uniform he looked at the other guys and saw that they're almost done changing, then his eyes fell on Mineta who's still in his school uniform and instead of changing into the gym uniform, he went to check out the wall for hoping to find holes to peep at the girls.

'This guy... I always thought his perverted shenanigans were funny in the anime. But seeing this in real life... I changed my mind, this guy's behaviors is hella disturbing.' Kurayami thought as he looked at Mineta's antics. He quickly approach Mineta to confront him.

The other were confused by his actions but after seeing what was Mineta doing, they also frowned and followed behind Kurayami and see what he would do.

"Oi midget, what do you think you doing over there." He asked the pervert with cold voice.

Hearing Kurayami's cold voice, even Bakugo and Todoroki who minded their own business were also become interested in the current situation. After seeing who Kurayami was talking to, they too couldn't help but frown slightly after seeing Mineta's behavior and wondered if he was here to be a hero or for the girls. At the end, they decided to stay quiet and watch the show.

And apparently Mineta was already inside his own world and continued on his search for the peep holes and completely ignored Kurayami's question.

Seeing this, Kurayami's shadow leapt up and formed into a large shadow hand and grabbed Mineta easily due to his small body size and lifted him up about a meter off the ground.

"Ow ow ow!!! What are you doing!! Release me!! It's hurts you know!!!" Mineta yelled at Kurayami while struggling, trying to get out of the shadow hand's grip.

After letting Mineta struggle for a moment, the shadow hand then suddenly dissolve itself, letting him land on the ground on his back with a loud 'thud' accompanied with an 'ouch' and groan from Mineta.

"Mineta-kun! This is not how an inspiring hero should behave. This in unacceptable, I suggest that you to fix your attitude from now on." said Ida towards Mineta with his weird hand gestures.

"Yeah, this is not manly at all!" Kirishima said while looking at Mineta disapprovingly.

"While I do I understand that we're teenagers and all that, you should at least learn how to control yourself dude. The way you act was very creepy." said Kaminari while looking at Mineta weirdly.

"You don't under-" just as Mineta was about the justify his actions, the shadow hand appeared again and clamps his mouth shut, preventing him from talking.

"I don't care what your reasons are. You're wasting our time here, go change into your gym uniform quickly. I don't want to hear anything from you today unless the teachers are directly talking to you. Do you understand?" Kurayami looked at Mineta while openly threatening him. Kurayami's voice was very calm but his narrowed eyes showed that he was very unhappy with Mineta's behavior.

After saying that, Kurayami pushed Mineta towards his locker making the pervert quickly change into his gym clothes.

'I would rather have that shy guy with animal command quirk than this guy in the class.' Kurayami thought as the shadows around him retreat back into his own shadow.

"How on earth did this guy entered this school?... Should we report him to teacher or something?" Sero said as he scratched his head looking at Mineta with a weird expression.

The others also started to speculating about U.A decision to let Mineta entered the school especially in the hero course.

"Oi extras! What are you babbling over there! Hurry up and move! I don't want to get scolded because of you stupid extras are late." Bakugo suddenly shouted startling everyone "And you, purple midget! You do something like that again, I will kill you!!!" after that he point his finger specifically at Mineta making the pervert shivers before leave the locker room impatiently.

"Extras..?" some people muttered in bewilderment looking at Bakugo.

"Ah- Aha-ahaha... Kacchan doesn't really mean it like that. He just eh, ehem- having one of his moments. P-please don't mind him." Midoriya said, trying to defend Bakugo before leaving the locker room as well.

After a short moment of silence.

"Well, that was rude but he's not wrong, maybe we should go." Kirishima said as he left the locker room, the others quickly followed him as well fearing that the teacher might actually punish them if they were late.

'Looks like I can't just blindly trust the anime I watched in the past. Something or someone might just be different from what I remembered.' Kurayami thought as he gazed at Mineta before leaving the locker room as well.

After seeing that all the students have arrived, the hobo man, Aizawa said towards the students "All right, looks like all of you are here. Let's start the 'Quirk Assessment Test'."

"B-bu-but how about the entrance ceremony and the orientation?!" Uraraka asked in panic clearly surprised by the random test on the first day.

"You come here to become hero. You're not going to waste your time on those leisurely events." Aizawa swiftly answer Uraraka's question without hesitation. He then continue, "The best thing about U.A is how unrestricted its traditions are. In short, 'freedom'. That's how the teachers run their classes here."

"You kids have been doing these since middle school too, right?" he then lift up his phone showing a list of physical tests to the students. "Physical fitness tests where you weren't allowed to use your quirks." everyone nodded their heads at their teacher's statement.

"Currently, our country is still using this rigid and unconventional method to measure the overall student's capabilities. It's not rational. You can blame the government for this. And of course, we don't use this method here in U.A, we are here to cultivate Pro Heroes after all."

After a pause, he looks at Bakugo and says "Bakugo, you finished at the top of the practical exam, right? How far could you pitch a softball in middle school?" as he throws a soft-ball at Bakugo.

Bakugo catch the softball and replied offhandedly to Aizawa "About 67 meters."

"Use your quirk this time, go all out. Anything count as long as you don't leave the circle." Aizawa said to Bakugo as he point his finger specifically at the center of the field.

Bakugo stepped into the circle and flexed his arms slightly. He then enters the pitching position and prepares to throw the softball.

"Die!!!!!" *Booomm!!*

With a loud, interesting.... war cry and bright explosion, the ball flew into the sky and landed on the field about 700 meters from him.

Aizawa stared at the ball in the distance for a moment then looked at the phone in his hand for a second before turned his head towards the students who were watching Bakugo's performance in awe.

Aizawa then showed the phone screen to the students saying "Before anything else, one must know their own limit. 705.3 meters, pretty impressive." he said that, but his face is completely look bored.

"Awesome!"

"705 meters!? That's insane!"

"We can use quirk freely here?! As expected of Hero Department!"

"This looks fun!"

Seeing these guys excited expressions, Kurayami in the corner couldn't help but facepalm "Oh boi, here we go..."

As the students speak randomly about how fun the test is going to be, Aizawa who was observing them silently suddenly spoke up "Fun..? So you were planning to spend the three years having fun here? How about to becoming heroes?"

The students who mentioned that the test was fun earlier quickly turned pale when faced with Aizawa's questions.

"Yosh, new rule: Whoever places last in the test are going to be judged as 'hopeless' and instantly expelled from this school, no discussion." He continued as a dark aura suddenly surrounding him with a menacing grin slowly appeared on his face.

"Welcome, to the Department of Heroics!!" Aizawa finished as his aura and grin intensifies even further.

Well, here we go... the few chapters after this are going to be repetitive, if you guys are a fan of mha fanfics, the chapters might be just almost the same as the usual pattern. Sorry for that.

Some chapters length might be random in the future, sorry in advance for that.

The grammatical errors somewhere here... sorry bout that too.
