Sacrifice!

Bullet was worried that something happened to Kaina, but the Mask said that she abandoned them again! Bullet didn't believe this. Himiko and Bullet fought against each other everyday for fun, she cut him up a few times and licked his blood happily.

Bullet didn't see a problem with this at all, smiling kindly, happy that he had a friend.

They also came up with a Stealth Technique together.

However, today, Bullet found a newspaper.

He looked at Kaina on the front and tapped it, saying "Mom!" Himiko looked at the newspaper curiously, reading it before saying "Ah… I'm sorry, Bullet." Bullet was confused and she pointed at Kaina before moving to the words, saying "Arrested."

Bullet was shocked and his face turned pale! The Mask was also shocked, arrested?! For what?!

Bullet looked at her pleadingly, tears bubbling up.

Himiko looked at him sadly before explaining "Killed a Hero. Arrested. Prison. Tartarus." Bullet threw the paper away, saying in disbelief and slight anger "Fake! Fake! Mom. Nice! Not. Villain!"

Himiko held his hands and said "It's okay. I'm here." Bullet calmed down and frowned sadly, walking away. Himiko followed him and hugged him, biting his shoulder, but not drawing blood.

Bullet pouted and said "Mom. Come. Save me." before laying down in a corner and crying as he curled up into a ball. Himiko sat next to him and hugged her knees.

Actually, she quite liked being with Bullet. Everyone else told her that she was a demon or a vampire or told her to act normal. But Bullet simply told her she was cool! Himiko never had anyone tell her that ever since her Quirk manifested…

He didn't care if her Quirk was villainous or evil, he just wanted to be her friend. She was happy with that. Maybe, deep in her heart, she really did want to run away with Bullet and his 'Mom'. Maybe she could have a new family…

Himiko tightened her grip around her knees and stared at the ground, not knowing what to think at the moment.

The next day

Himiko woke Bullet up, smiling happily, "Fight!" Bullet got up and nodded, wiping his eyes. Himiko jumped at him with a knife but Bullet rolled out of the way, pulling down his mask with two fingers as the other 3 held his knife.

The Mask came out, but he was uncharacteristically quiet.

However, nobody would feel sorry for them so Bullet and Himiko continued sparring every day. Comforting each other in their own type of way.

Just like this, an entire year passed!

Himiko had seen Bullet saving people before. Bullet with his mask was currently a Vigilante. She didn't really care about it, she cared more about Bullet's safety than anything else… But Bullet seemed to like it so she didn't have much to say.

Today was just like any other day

Bullet was watching the Hero ads and Himiko was thinking about the future. What sort of life would they have if they were living on the streets this whole time. She was thinking of getting out sometime soon, but where could they go?

Himiko was a bit worried… Bullet was strong but how would they survive in this society? She didn't like it, but the truth was that Bullet was Quirkless… Who would hire such a person? For her, it was even worse. She had killed people before and was wanted by the police!

Their worst case scenario was both ending up in jail.

Himiko didn't want that, she just wanted to live, why was it so hard? Just because they were born different?

As she was thinking about these things, Bullet raised his head and heard someone crying out for help! He got up and pulled on his mask, holding the knife in his hand as he said "Hero!"

Himiko was stunned as Bullet ran out! She followed after him in the alleys quickly!

Bullet ran on the street with his mask on, holding a knife and scaring people.

He came to see a crowd, a skinny guy with yellow hair and a boy with dark green hair were here too, but Bullet didn't care at all! He ran over and saw the Heroes doing nothing as a boy was trapped in a mudman!

Bullet jumped over the crowd and passed the hero blockade, shooting towards the mudman, his body landed on the ground, his shirt completely gone but he had scars showing all over him!

His tattered pants, cutting off halfway down his calves, and he wore no shoes at all.

Only his mask being the only completely untouched form of clothing!

The Heroes were stunned and said "Wait!" Bullet ignored them and shot towards the Mudman who turned to him, laughing "A hero!? Yeah right!" his arm shot towards and exploded towards Bullet, who twisted and dodged, swinging his knife and chopping the mud, but it was useless.

Bullet looked at the boy and frowned before saying "Save you!" as he charged at the Mudman, dodging the Mudman attacks.

He lunged at the boy, pushing him out of the Mudman completely!

However, Bullet got stuck inside!

The boy was stunned and Bullet growled "Run!" as the Mudman took over Bullet's body, cackling "Oh boy! A much better body! Where is your Quirk… hmmm…" The boy looked at the mask stuck in the mud and froze up for the first time in his life.

Bullet tried to break free, swinging his knife, but the Mudman was made of mud! Bullet was thinking fast, how would Knuckleduster do it?!

Bullet figured out that he would use water! But there was no water, plus this was the worst case scenario, getting captured was a no-no.

He turned his head to the crowd and saw a Water Hose guy but he wasn't doing anything! The mask growled "Fake Hero…!" suddenly, a boy with green hair ran out of the crowd as well!

Bullet was stunned and the boy clawed at the Mudman, his mouth shaking into a smile "You look like you needed help!" Bullet was blown away! This guy was good! A real hero!

The Mudman swung his arms at the boy, who was clawing to get Bullet free.

Before they could do anything, a big hand grabbed both Bullet and the boy's wrists!

All three of them turned to the man, Bullet was shocked, 'All-Might!'

All-Might grinned and shouted "Detroit Smash!"

He held Bullet and the boy as the Mudman was blown away by the wind produced from All-Might's fist!

All-Might let go of the two of them and Bullet patted All-Might's chest, saying "Real Hero." then he patted the boy's shoulder, adding "Real Hero." he looked over at the other Heroes and growled "Fake Heroes!" before running into the alley and disappearing.

All-Might was stunned, the boy that Bullet saved, and the boy that came to save Bullet, were also stunned.

Meanwhile

Bullet ran away, he was still wanted by the police, he couldn't stay there. This was how he did his hero work. Save the person and quickly run away after defeating the Villain!

Fame? Bullet didn't need it!

Bullet found Himiko, who hugged him happily, "You saved that boy!" Bullet took off his Mask and waved his arms happily "Yeah! Yeah! Hahaha!" Himiko clapped and said exaggeratedly, "My Hero~!"

Bullet snorted smoke from his nose, blushing with excitement as he gave a thumbs up, making a pose as he said "No Autographs." Himiko paused before laughing and correcting him with sign language, "You're supposed to say 'Don't thank me!'"

Bullet tried again, making a thumbs up and saying "I love you!" Himiko smacked his shoulder, saying angrily "No, no, no! Listen! Don't. Thank. Me!" Bullet smiled kindly, giving a thumbs up, a star twinkling at the corner of his mouth, "Don't. Thanks. Me."

Himiko sighed and smiled, "Close enough." Bullet smiled happily, when a voice said "Well, a vigilante has a media advisor. That's not something you see everyday…" Bullet was shocked and pulled Himiko behind him, looking at the intruder warily, pulling his mask back on.

A man with cloth strips around his neck and yellow goggles walked over, Bullet pushed Himiko behind him, saying "You. Run." Himiko was worried "But-" Bullet shouted "Run!" as he charged at the man, who tossed out binding strips at Himiko.

Bullet sliced the cloth going for her with the knife and lunged at the man, flipping over with one hand on the ground, dropping his heel at the man.

Himiko started running and wiped her eyes as she left quickly.

The man ignored her and jumped back, looking at Bullet in front of him.

Bullet took his foot back and jumped back, landing in a three point stance, his knees bent, a hand on the ground with the other holding the knife in a reverse grip. The man looked at Bullet and said in surprise "No Quirk?"

Bullet tightened the grip on his knife, letting the man know everything he needed to know. The man shook his head and said "You can't be a hero, stop before you get hurt." Bullet made a fist and shot off the ground, shooting towards the man, shooting out his leg like a whip, extremely angry at the statement!

Knuckleduster didn't have a Quirk and he was a Hero!

The Human body had evolved from before!

Bullet had been fighting his whole life, maybe he wasn't as strong as Knuckleduster, but in speed and instincts, he wouldn't lose to even some Heroes!

The man threw out the binding cloth, but Bullet twisted in the air at a strange angle, slicing the cloth while punching at the man's head! The man was surprised again and dodged, shooting out his elbow.

Bullet held the knife sideways and blocked the elbow, the knife digging into his own skin. The man was stunned and jumped back quickly.

Bullet landed on the ground and the man frowned to himself, this boy… His hand was full so he used the flat of the knife to block my elbow, taking the damage from a cut instead of getting knocked unconscious from a hit to the solar plexus!

Bullet rubbed his chest and looked at the man, before charging at him, dodging the binding cloth. He jumped over the twisting cloth as the man controlled the cloth to circle around Bullet.

However!

Bullet jumped out of the closing cloth, landing on his upper back and neck, pressing off the ground getting back to his feet before lunging at the man. The man jumped back but Bullet threw out the knife, nailing the binding cloth to the wall!

The man looked at Bullet, who charged at him, throwing a punch. The man ripped the binding cloth off and forgot about it, catching Bullet's punch and twisting his arm, punching at his head.

Bullet grabbed the man's arm and twisted around, wrapping his legs around his arm, pulling him down and pulling, flipping the man over his shoulder and onto his back. Bullet rolled on his arm as the man said "Not bad." before twisting at a strange angle.

Bullet was stunned as the man was suddenly stepping on his neck with his wrists in his hand, the other hand pressing on his legs. Bullet was completely subdued!

In an instant!

Bullet struggled and the Man looked at him, asking "What are you struggling for? That girl?" Bullet growled "Fake Hero!" The man shook his head and said "I'll make you a deal." Bullet turned his head to him and the man went on, "I'll leave your girlfriend alone, and you come with me."

Bullet quieted down and laid on the ground, not resisting anymore. At least he can save Himiko from the police, even if he goes to jail, it's fine.

The man was stunned and smiled slightly, wrapping Bullet in his binding cloth as he took him away.

Himiko watched from a corner, she covered her mouth and cried. She heard Bullet give up for herself and an intense hate overcame her, these damn heroes! Couldn't they just leave them alone?! She clenched her fists and ran away, wiping her eyes, brimming with anger!
