Finding their Work Study Target

The next day

Bullet was waiting outside UA.

He was wearing jeans, black untied boots, black t-shirt, and a dark green trench coat with his hair tied up messily.

He didn't have to wait long!

Momo ran over with a cute scarf, saying "Thought I was gonna be late!" she held her costume suitcase and smiled "Where to!?" Bullet smiled at her and pulled her along by the hand, "Come on. Go see old friend first." Momo was skeptical but followed him.

They walked away from UA as Bullet looked at the GPS on his phone, turning into several alleys, going through dark paths.

Momo stayed close to him, hugging his arm as the beggars by the side shivered in trash for warmth.

Bullet looked at the GPS basically ignoring them, but Momo felt bad, saying "Bullet…" Bullet looked up and turned to her before looking at the Beggars, shaking his head, "Can't help." he said to the guy, "Hey you!"

The guy looked up with a vicious look in his eye, Momo was shocked and Bullet chuckled, "3 alleys down, empty strip behind a restaurant." The guy's eyes lit up and nodded at Bullet, saluting strangely as he left.

Bullet nodded and said to Momo, "Help find food, but help leave alley. Impossible. Don't have guts to return to world. Think stay here better. Most die when snow come. This best time to move to better territory. City come and clean up corpses."

Momo swallowed and Bullet continued walking along, adding with a laugh, "Tell you funny story. One time, Bullet sleep inside dead guy during snow. Almost taken away by city! Hahahaha!" Momo covered her mouth, that was supposed to be funny…?

She asked slowly, swallowing down her vomit, "Why sleep inside body?" Bullet waved his finger, saying seriously "Don't know? This warmest place in snow. Trash not bad but inside body like double protection! Very warm but careful body get cold fast, better to kill guy then hide, not find body already dead."

He sighed and shook his head, "Bullet find dead guy inside dead guy one time, very sad. Not fast enough." as he turned back to the GPS while Momo gagged to the side. Bullet sniffed and smiled, "It's okay, throw up good."

He smiled warmly, "Bullet remember first time see Momo throw up. USJ, you remember?" Momo paused and smiled gently, "Mhm. Remember Bullet stare at boobs and say Big!"

Bullet looked awkward, "Ha. Ha. No, you remember wrong, never happen…" Momo giggled and leaned on him, saying "Maybe I should tell Mei~" Bullet turned white and waved his head quickly "Nono! You so crazy? Mei kill you! She already think too close! Say Momo secret concubine!" Momo's lips twitched and she laughed, Bullet was serious, saying "Mei really think so! Bullet say Momo with Shoto, she no believe! She think Momo go to Shoto room then come to Bullet room right after!"

Momo froze and Bullet went on angrily "So crazy? Bullet tell her, if Momo really concubine, not like old King, wife sleep everywhere except his room! Momo sleep with Bullet if really concubine, see other guy? Impossible. Old King don't know wife sleep with everyone in kingdom except him! So crazy? This impossible to happen to Bullet, kill the guy, then the wife!"

He turned to Momo and patted her hand, nodding "Bullet tell Mei this, say she sleep with another guy, Bullet turn villain on the spot, kill whole town. Run to All For One, get Quirk, go crazy." Momo's entire body was twitching as Bullet nodded with a smile, "Mhm! Bullet really go crazy! Meta Army cult look like kindergarten compared to what Bullet do when crazy. Scared of myself when crazy! Take over whole and blow it up!"

Momo said helplessly, "I get it!" Bullet smiled happily, "You say this to Shoto, guarantee never look at another girl. Promise. But maybe different, you don't mean. Bullet tell you seriously, really will do! Mei know but say don't care. Mei say if go with someone else must be killed then world go boom!"

He shook his head, sighing "Mei so crazy, tell Bullet if see with another girl, Bullet no dead. Mei made space laser and blow up planet! But Bullet think this never happen because everytime Mei look at Bullet, so hungry. Sometime sweet but sometime really scary! Sometime hours! Go to sleep after done, 30 minute later have to wake up!"

Momo tuned out… This guy was really just saying anything! Didn't he know what privacy was yet?!

They continued walking before Bullet said "Momo stay close." Momo hugged his arm and leaned on him in confusion. Bullet knocked on a door and a slot opened, a shifty pair of eyes looked at him before widening and the slot closed.

The door opened and a big guy revealed himself, laughing, "Hahaha! It's the kid! Long time no see!" Bullet smiled, asking "See Giran?" The guy scratched his head, saying "He was here a while ago, left to go see a client. Are you here for him or do you want to fight tonight?"

Bullet asked curiously "Who fighting?" The guy pulled out a tablet, showing him with a grin "A big one! Bull Quirk, calls himself the Minotaur!" Bullet asked with interest "You say, anybody sign up?!" The guy curled his lips, "Some newbie but for an old guest… Everyone wants to see the grown up kid fight!"

Bullet rubbed his chin and pulled Momo inside, grinning "Okay, you put Bullet down." The guy's eyes lit up and he laughed, signing Bullet up. Momo looked at the drab and dank underground area.

There were all sorts of people here!

Along with a huge steel cage with thick bars around a raised square platform.

Momo asked with shock "What is this?!" Bullet smiled, "Death match arena. Come bet on fighters or fight. Winner gets some money from the bets but the loser dies." Momo was shocked, asking quickly "Why are we here again???"

Bullet smiled happily, "Knuckleduster, hard to find. Come here a lot to fight. Bullet want to see Giran first, but if Bullet fighting, Knuckleduster show." Momo was dumbfounded and Bullet dragged her along, he glared at the people looking Momo up and down.

He snorted and pulled her close to him, saying "Momo, no act shocked. Need to be tough or else harassed by scum like this. Bullet protect you now but when fight, you alone, you know!?"

Momo came back to her senses and made a gun in her hand, pointing it at a gun, saying dangerously "Back off!" the guy was shocked and stepped back, smiling apologetically.

Momo sneered and Bullet took the gun from her hand, putting it in his waistband, flashing the grip as they continued walking around.

Normally, weapons were forbidden inside.

Though, Momo made it so it was a bit of a pickle to deal with. Bullet just took it and made a show of strength, but handed it over to a security guy.

The guy nodded and looked at Momo, saying "I've seen your Quirk before. I understand you need to protect yourself, but please try to restrain the paraphernalia." he showed her a list and she looked at it, nodding, "Sorry, Mr." The guy smiled slightly and nodded, going back to stoically staring around at the area.

Bullet pulled her away and sat down in the audience, smiling "Oh boy! This fun!" Momo's lips twitched and she crossed her legs, asking "Which part of this is 'fun' exactly?" Bullet pointed at the cage, smiling excitedly "You don't know! Knuckleduster fight in here and kill 7 people in a 7v1! Only using fists! Weapons not allowed since not fun, end fight too fast. Only special shows allowed Weapons."

Bullet explained, "One time, guy can make swords come out of body. He fight guy who trained sword for 15 years. Awesome fight! Really crazy, Swordmaster win!" Momo was shocked, "Really?!" Bullet nodded in excitement, "Yeah! It so crazy." before leaning in and whispering "You safe here but without Bullet, you no come."

He looked around and explained, "We here just for a bit before Knuckleduster show… One day not enough to get taken. But Momo quirk very tempting and Momo very attractive… Many times see this happen." Momo swallowed and Bullet frowned, "No worry, someone come for Momo, Bullet kill everyone. Promise."

Momo looked at him and Bullet smiled kindly "Momo best friend, Bullet lose when he dead." Momo smiled sweetly and hugged his arm, leaning her head on his shoulder, "Bullet best friend too." Bullet held her hand happily, "Great! Hahahah!"

The duo watched the deathmatches until it was time for Bullet to fight.
